It’s very confusing using this decarb box with thermometer. For example: You preheat your oven to whatever (240F) Oven reaches 240F within a few minutes. You put the decarb box with thermometer (set to 240F) in the oven. The confusing part is it takes more than 30 minutes for the thermometer to show that the temperature has gotten up to 240F. So is the gradual increase in temperature to 240F part of the decarb? and even though you haven’t been at 240F for 30 minutes, you take the box out once you get to 30 minutes? Or, do you only take it out once your box thermometer has shown 240F for 30 minutes? Meaning the herbs will be in the box for at least 60 minutes if you include the time it takes for the temperature to get up to 240F.
