Heart chakra pain is often linked to a broken heart, which can result from rejection, abuse, grief, trauma, and loss. The heart chakra plays a crucial role in our lives by connecting us with ourselves and others, allowing us to feel unconditional love, compassion, joy, and peace. It plays a significant role in mental health, as an imbalanced heart chakra can lead to issues such as co-dependency, manipulative behaviors, feelings of unworthiness, and inability to trust ourselves or others.
The condition of the heart chakra determines how much empathy, love, and understanding we feel towards ourselves and others. When touched by prana (life energy), it can cause tingling or pulsation, making us sway. This is a good sign that your prana is flowing more freely within your astral body.
During Hridaya Meditation, an ineffable emotion surges in the heart, known as spanda, the vibration of the divine mystery. When spinning properly, each chakra allows Qi energy to flow through the body. If these wheels become blocked by stress, anxiety, or other factors, the heart chakra can become ineffable.
The heart chakra is associated with the primary emotions of unconditional love and attachment. When in balance, we experience pain, sorrow, sadness, anger, and lust, all of which are feelings of the lower heart chakra. The heart chakra is the source of all vibratory rhythm, audible to those who can attune to its sublime presence.
During spells, the heart chakra is related to loving oneself, giving and receiving love with equal ease, feeling kindness and compassion for oneself. The vibration is caused by “porous breathing” of the entire body, opening up channels and allowing the intake of energy from the heart chakra.

How does it feel when your heart chakra is blocked?
A blocked heart chakra can lead to feelings of unworthiness, trustlessness, and physical symptoms like poor circulation, high or low blood pressure, or stiffness in the shoulders, chest, and upper back. Realigning the heart chakra can improve confidence, connection to the world, and a sense of love, compassion, and joy. To feel the heart chakra, place your index finger at the base of your thumb, middle and ring finger at the tip of your thumb, and place both hands by your side. Close your eyes and think about things that make your heart expand, such as a loved one, a special place, or warm, magnetic energy.
What happens when your heart chakra is too open?
Excess energy in the heart chakra can lead to physical and mental issues, such as codependency, demanding behavior, poor boundaries, jealousy, and over-giving love. To balance this, individuals must love themselves as much as they love others. Healing practices to open the heart chakra include seeking self-love, journaling, therapy, and movement. Journaling allows individuals to “brain-dump” their feelings, leading to self-love. Therapy or emotional support can also help open the heart chakra, especially if a person has experienced trauma or a difficult childhood.
Movement helps individuals experience love for their bodies and abilities, which serves as a foundation for the journey of finding self-love and giving love to others. Overall, practicing self-love and seeking support from others can help individuals navigate their emotional journey and find a balance between self-love and others.
Why do I feel vibration near my heart?
Heart palpitations are common and usually not dangerous, but their treatment depends on the cause and may not require any treatment. If you have heart disease or abnormal heart rhythm, medication, surgery, or a device may be necessary. To stop heart palpitations, calming activities like yoga, meditation, or mindfulness exercises can help control them. Additionally, reducing caffeine intake may help reduce the frequency of heart palpitations. It is essential to maintain follow-up appointments with your provider. Ultimately, the best treatment depends on the specific cause and lifestyle.
Why do I feel fluttering near my heart?
Heart palpitations are sensations of a fast-beating, fluttering, or pounding heart, often triggered by stress, exercise, medication, or a medical condition. Although they can be distressing, they are usually harmless. They can also indicate a more serious heart condition, such as an irregular heartbeat, which may require treatment. Common symptoms include rapid beating, flip-flopping, fluttering rapidly, pounding, and skipping beats.
Why do I feel like I’m vibrating inside?
Internal tremors can affect anyone, but are more pronounced in individuals with Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and essential tremor. Other potential causes include low iron, vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiencies, or diabetes. It is recommended to consult a doctor if experiencing internal tremors. Treatment options include keeping a record of symptoms, using the balance app’s symptom checker, discussing symptoms with a GP, and potentially undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) if symptoms suggest perimenopausal or menopausal. It is crucial to consult a doctor to rule out other potential causes.
What does a blocked heart chakra feel like physically?
An imbalance in the Anahata chakra can result in a number of physical symptoms, including a weakened immune system, cardiovascular issues, poor circulation, fluctuations in blood pressure, and respiratory difficulties. It is possible to achieve a state of equilibrium within the chakra system through the consumption of specific foods and the practice of exercise, rather than through the use of pharmaceuticals. By addressing these issues, one can enhance their overall well-being.
How do you know if your heart chakra is overactive?
Overactive heart chakras can lead to co-dependence, jealousy, high expectations, harsh judgment, and difficulty setting boundaries. Chakras are crucial in yoga, and each asana indicates the state of your chakras. The heart chakra, located above the heart, balances the lower three chakras (navel, sacral, and root) with the upper three chakras (throat, third eye, and crown). It is traditionally seen as the balance between the physical and spiritual worlds. Imbalance or blockage of the heart chakra is more common than you might think. Signs of a blockage in Anahata Chakra include:
- Overactive heart chakras: Co-dependence on others for fulfillment, jealousy, high expectations, harsh judgment, and difficulty setting boundaries.
- Overactive heart chakras: High expectations, harsh judgment, and difficulty setting boundaries.
What does an open heart feel like?
An open heart is a state of being where you feel open, accepting, and expansive, allowing love to flow freely. Many people struggle to experience this openness due to traumatic events, which can lead to a closed heart and difficulty connecting with others. To live more vibrantly and joyfully, we need to learn to trust and open our hearts to ourselves, each other, and life’s experiences. This will help us feel more open and accepting, allowing love to flow freely without obstruction.
What is the vibration of the heart chakra?
The Spiritual Heart vibration, known as spanda, is a unique energy vibration that allows for a guiding force to guide one towards the reality of the Supreme Self. This vibration causes stillness and voids, revealing itself as another reality. When we experience peace and immersion into our being’s core, the Spiritual Heart becomes an ineffable reality, contrasting with mental perception. This experience of the Spiritual Heart is different from any mental perception. Every moment offers an opportunity to open our soul to love, promoting Divine Grace.
What trauma is stored in the heart chakra?
Heart chakra trauma can manifest in a number of ways, including experiences of betrayal, the formation of unhealthy relationships, the development of emotional blockages, and the manifestation of a fear of vulnerability. The objective of this session is to acknowledge and address these wounds, foster self-compassion, and cultivate authentic love.
What is the sensation of the heart chakra?
The heart chakra, located in the center of the chest at the height of the thymus gland, is associated with loving oneself, giving and receiving love with equal ease, feeling kindness and compassion for oneself and others, and having a sense of ‘we’ instead of ‘I’. It is the bridge between the lower and upper triangles of the body, and is associated with the element air, symbolizing space and the infinite. The heart chakra is the door to our inner temple, our soul, and a place where we transcend ourselves and the world.
📹 If You Feel These, You’re Probably a Psychic Empath Who Can Feel Energy Vibrations
If you’re feeling overly sensitive, it could indicate that you’re actually a psychic empath, but hold that thought first until you watch …
I cannot wait to read your material. I have been suffering so bad for the last 8 years but this started as a young girl. I am 70 and if I am able to have the years ahead of me in a peaceful state, I will be the happiest woman in the world. You have given me the hope that I have been searching for….Thank you soooo much! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I would get internal vibrations after panic & anxiety attacks and I still get it when I’m stressed out. It’s crazy that you learn more about your body on youtube than going to see actual doctor or psychologist. They have no clue what you’re talking about, all they want to do is put you on psych meds.
It has been years and I mean years. Thank god for youtube and people like you. I have seen neurologists and had test and MRIs I just feel like a nut-ball. I have stopped trying to get help because it seems useless. The earthquakes I feel at night, the jittery bug crawling, electrical shocks, painful limbs, and the refrigerator running in my head!! There are other people that feel this way?! I am over the moon happy about this! And there is help!! 😁😃 what a great day!
It’s good to hear about this ‘wired buzzing feeling’, it has been a common symptom for me for decades. Since introducing daily cold water therapy, daily mindful walking and breathing and accepting that my nervous system is disregulated I have found it easier to breathe and/or move into and through the symptoms without worrying. I have had POTS all my life as well as MECFS for 25 years, and these help with that too. Calm acceptance, gentleness and compassion with self rather than fear and impatience has helped a lot. Your articles are generous and brilliant, thank you.
I’m in tears. My life over the past year has been a mess with the constant shaking, tremors, jitters, heart palpations, brain fog, vibrating sensation, constantly waking up with headaches, fatigue. I don’t want to speak in my life almost convinced I have either MS, ALS, Parkinson or something wrong with my brain. I pray to God I have none of this. This is exactly what I’m experiencing. I have never experienced anything like this before.😩 I pray that God will remove this.
I had these symptoms too and I was afraid I was going to lose my mind and or life. I reached out to an upper cervical chiropractor and he said that my top three vertebrae were misaligned. It has solved my tremors, insomnia, tinnitus, blurry vision, off balance, numbness of limbs the only thing that still remains about the same but is getting better is my short term memory, cognition and dissociation.
I remember when i had to fill the examination form i was alone there i start panicking because of the professors and teachers they start saying that she’s giving excuses not to come school they had no idea that i start panicking around those people who scold and who are agressive or who are harmful…idk i just feel that time that this person can harm me or they might scold me so i start shaking they noticed when, when i hold pen i had to do the signature the saw my hands they said are u ok I couldn’t speak. I was like please stop i was saying this in my head that please stop cox i was looking like i was doing drama or some kind of act😭 i knew it they won’t understand but i couldn’t stop that shivering i signed and left i ran to my house and when i reached i started crying from the gate and was crying and crying continuously for an hour,my mom was so scared she was like what happened, I’ll fix everything.i was only keep saying that this world is not meant for me and they are cruel 🥺i was hurt,i was scared i tried not to cry there in the school and i didn’t..i finished all work there and ran crying silently towards the house and when i reached home then i screamed 💔🥺🥺
I cannot begin to thank you ENOUGH for this article. I have been searching high and low for 2 years for answers to this. Been to countless doctors been through all the mold and lyme stuff, have decades of medical experience myself and could not pinpoint what was happening with this. I had it intermittently at night for years with just the earthquake feeling and a tiny bit of buzz but it resolved quickly by just catching up on sleep. Then one day it started on one side of the body while walking around and has not stopped for 2 years straight. It’s so disturbing it debilitates me and consumes my every thought to try to make it stop. My buzzing also comes with debilitating muscle stiffness, electrical shocks and spasms. Some mornings I wake up and I’m so stiff, sore & fatigued it feels like I ran a marathon in my sleep. I have been reduced to caring about nothing in my life but making this vibrating/electrified feeling & muscle spasms STOP.
Your article popped up and it’s relevant to what I’ve been experiencing. I have CRPS, and such bizarre symptoms, I just get dismissed by doctors. I have treated myself for over a decade because I truly feel marginalized by allopathic medicine. I wanted to say that because CRPS, Fibro, CFS, etc, are so similar, everyone with these disorders should limit exposure to Wi-Fi, cell phones, etc. We are probably all electrosensitive. I have been having a sensation of vibration in my chest cavity, and I was not about to tell a doctor!! My visit notes invariably always mention or infer paranoia. I plan to binge watch your website to see if I’m experiencing the same as you folks with CFS! If you go to a doctor and they can’t write you a script for a drug, you get “punted”. Thank you for giving me a glimmer of hope!
Thank you! You have no idea how helpful and motivational this article is for me. I’ve been experiencing an earthquake, like a phone vibrating in random spots over my body 24/7 – it’s been 11 months.. 11 months and I don’t know what’s sleeping anymore. I can’t sleep because it annoys me. I can’t be relaxed.. thank you! Will follow your recommendations.
Man I had a major wreck in September. Broke 5 vertebrae in a back. They found a benign bone tumor on my leg during my Scans. fortunately it was benign. The back thing really messed up muscles and tendons in my leg. This shaking issue started about a month ago. I figured my nervous system was just so overloaded still. It was a lot at once. Hoping I get pass this.
Interesting… I started feeling this vibration about 8-9 months ago. I got mono in Jan of 2010 and it turned into CFS but I was healed of that Aug 20 last year along with about 5 other physical illnesses and PTSD and even the body dysmorphia I struggled with for about 30 years. I got up a different person after the power of the Lord lifted from me after about an hour. My friends all say this is spiritual what I am feeling. It IS a sensitivity yes. If I didn’t have so much peace and joy of Jesus in me, the constant and sometimes jarring vibrations would cause anxiety. Thank you Jesus for the peace you have left for all who seek it in your name.
I thought I was going crazy, losing my mind for nearly 2 years to start. Asking others – do you feel that? Can u hear that? – I’ve always been in control as much as possible of my body, and was trying to always better myself and control things starting with my tourette syndrome and anger issues.. but I couldn’t control this ailment …. So it really bothered me, like majorly, I nearly went to fourth floor. It bothered me even worse than my sleep paralysis and narcolepsy
Oh my ..Iv just had to pause the article 10 seconds in and say that I have actually found someone who knows what I’m experiencing 🙏🙏 I have major vibration in my body..3 yes in and have no help from my gp..I cannot afford for private care so I live in a constant state of pain and vibration…ok going to watch this article..🙏🙏
Thank you so much for posting this article! I found so much peace from it, knowing that someone understands EXACTLY what I’m feeling. In 2020, I experienced dpdr (depersonalization/derealisation) that was triggered by a combination of stress along with antibiotics for an ear infection and penicillin after wisdom tooth extraction. This led to a pattern of brain fog and stressing over why I no longer felt connected to my body, memories, or the world around me for 3 years. I remembered what normal felt like, but I had no clue how to be in tune with those feelings, embrace them, and become aware of myself, my surroundings, or the present moment. I was desensitized to emotions and all news (good or bad)… which in turn had benefits for coping (such as being able to be the “strong one” in the family when my grandfather passed away in June 2022)… but was still something different and unfamiliar to me.. because while I thought I was okay, my body was internalizing stress and my blood pressure would increase during stressful situations. The only reason I found out about that was because I broke out in a full sweat and ended up in the hospital the day after my grandfather passed. Everything was fine..but as soon as someone mentioned my grandfather passing – I, along with the doctors and my mom, watched my blood pressure rise and heart rate increase…but I was totally unaware. Once I stopped worrying about each new symptom or how long they would last (floaters & blurred vision, lack of ability to process the difference between my own movements or the movements of objects and people around me, brain fog, and complete disconnection to former thoughts), that’s when my brain slowly but indeed began to heal.
Wow!!! I have almost all of the symptoms you listed in this article. And it’s driving me crazy. Been to doctors, but no one seems to know what to do. Can barely sign my name anymore with the tremors, and the exhaustion is over the top. Thanks so much for this information. I had a feeling that my nervous system was shot! Love the idea that you can focus on this one area and it helps everything.
I completely relate to your articles. I feel like I am plugged into an electrical outlet 24 x 7 and also have these little internal body twitches. I have complete insomnia, fatigue and unable to function now. I can’t live like this anymore and desperate to get well. Were you able to recover and eliminate your symptoms? Are your tremors and electrical vibrations gone? I am desperate and willing to try anything because I started to think about taking my life. I need to know this can be reversed or at least reduced to the point I can enjoy life again. Thanks so much for these articles.
Yup. I have recovered substantially but I still have the body jerking. Oddly it happens when I am really relaxed, during meditation or after I lay down in bed. My whole torso will jerk and my legs will thrash. I also have the feeling that the floor is moving when it isn’t. I know it is connected to a specific type of mental stress and pressure. Once while my leg jerked violently, in my mind I heard the voice of my boss saying “Get everything on that list done by the end of the business today!” There are specific types of work environments that I can’t tolerate. When the muscle jerking and thrashing starts in the night, I try not to overreact and just ride with it, knowing it will stop eventually. But now after perusal this article, I will take a different approach and do some compassionate rewiring for this symptom and be more accepting versus annoyed. Thanks for a great article.
After 18 years of suffering and not completely understanding CFS or being able to explain my symptoms ! Visits to two major hospital in the nation . With tons of medication and on go medical care all these years. This article has explain my symptoms, problems and life difficulties I am dealing with daily.
I really had no idea what the cause of this electric shock feeling was until I came across your article. It has been making me crazy lately as it won’t go away. I always thought I had Fibromyalgia, which was sort of confirmed by my doctor, but now I am second guessing it. Thank you for doing this article it was eye opening.
Thank you so much for explaining this and for all your article’s. After over twenty years of CFS, this is the first time I hear this explained and are shown a way out. This article, among many of your article’s, helps me on my path to recovery. It’s because of you and a few others I recently found on YouTube, that for the first time in many years I start the new year with hope. I now believe this last year was the last year I spent sick, and 2024 will be the year of complete recovery.
Thank you thank you, may god bless you my friend, this was started for me after tinnitus was triggered by a medication i took so the tinnitus made me afraid to sleep and after a month or so i was hearing internal buzzing and internal tremors. I believed that something is wrong with me and i was so stressed and taught that my life is over that mg mind spiraled into this weird state of mind like this one you just mentioned. Man i can’t thank you enough i am so happy and relieved right know <3
When I walk, total pins and needles in arms, legs, and face that feel like hives. Started after a virus last summer. Arms, legs, and brain were on fire. Slept on ice blocks for weeks. Your articles are extremely helpful. Thank you. God is using your illness to help others so much. Understanding all this is key. It is super hard because this is my third bout over 40 years. Thank God it mostly went away after two years. I hope for that again but still have a year to go if that is the case. I read the mitochondria are the key culprit. They are fragmented.
This is the first day im getting this word tremor, and the doctor just told me that only external tremors exist (visible shaking or trembling). When i am sick i feel this internal shivers. Internal vibration, he just are just shivering. No one has ever been able to explain what this is. Thanks for the explanation.
@CFS Recovery, I’m so glad I found you and took the time to listen to your explanation of the symptoms of CFS. It has been so difficult for me to find the words to describe how I was feeling to my doctor. For me the symptoms were/are scary and to be completely honest, I was questioning my own sanity. The worst time for me was/is after going to bed when everything was quiet, dark and calm around me, but inside me the tremors and static were deafening! Many times I’d turn on my bedside light (which gives me a little shock, every time), throw back the covers to see if my bed was actually moving like the ship caught in a storm it felt like I was on! I wondered if this was yet another symptom of Fibromyalgia, or something new. And, I believe the electrical storm that accompanies the internal tremors actually generates physical energy. I become so unnerved by my 1st attempt to sleep that I sit up and grab my iPad to read or watch YouTube for a distraction…. I don’t even have to physically touch the screen, merely place my hand near it, and it comes to life as though I’ve selected something to watch. For all the difficulties I experience while simply trying to go to sleep, once I do manage to calm the seas and my mind, and drift off into oblivion, I can sleep for 17+ hours. But, there are also days when I cannot control my tremors or the static in my brain; thus, by the 3rd day of turbulent insomnia and walking around like a zombie, I attempt to sleep once again. The cycle is never ending but at least I may have a possible name for it now, and I don’t believe I found you by accident.
It is so great to not feel alone with this. I was shocked to hear you say you thought you felt earthquakes… so many times I felt like I was going crazy when I felt vibrations through the floor and not just in me. It scared me. Thank you for your articles!!! I have been really trying to just take life one day at a time and just think I am happy to have this life even if at times it is uncomfortable because of all these symptoms. Are we ever going to find out which doctor saw you? Curious cats want to know! 😁
Thank you for this article. I have been searching for years to understand. Today I am on the verge of making some major life decisions to change my path forward because the stress is just too much for me to even function. Your article gave me the courage to seriously change things. I don’t feel alone or crazy now knowing what I am experiencing is real and others have experienced these symptoms too. I have had a theory for years about frequencies and vibrations that could be healing. I like cats, and heard they heal through purring. When my symptoms get bad I pet my cat. It helps a bit. I hope that makes sense. I wish I could work on research that could explore that more.
So we had a 5.6 magnitude earthquake here in Jamaica couple days ago. I’ve been depressed for years due to childhood trauma and covid but it has gotten worse since lately due to being unemployed for over 7 months and not leaving the house on most days. I also have tinnitus for over a year now that I have never got treated. Ever since the earthquake, whenever I try to go to bed I feel like the house is shaking. I haven’t slept last night and its now 12:28am here. The shaking sensation keeps me up because it makes me panic and my heart raise. I think this will help. I’m so tired.
Thanks for posting this. I’ve gone to urgent care a few times in the past for buzzing. As the body is a veritable chemical soup factory, I assume I have an electrolyte issue. I’ve been talking for at least three years about this body buzzing that I feel when sitting or reclined. Today I was researching tremors and MS and Parkinson’s. I’ve also experienced palpitations, sometimes flutters, sometimes fibrillations. Recently, the vibration has increased to a ridiculous high. I’m tired of sleeping only every other night or feeling this constant electrical buzz for two full days before it resolves. When I go to urgent care, my symptoms are not caught by bloodwork or ekg. I’m healthy. Except I’m not! In the beginning of autumn I started using an electric throw blanket in the evenings and several hours a day, because my metabolism runs so slowly. I wonder if I might be causing the vibrations through too much EMF exposure. This is a hell of a way to live. I’m 66, eat no processed foods and few carbs. I’m exhausted from reading and trying to figure this out and frustrated that doctors only want to drug and cut. Aack!!
I understand and agree with what you are saying. Yes, we feel weird sensations in the body and don’t understand what’s happening and get scared. It becomes difficult to explain it to others and others don’t get what we are trying to say. I am so thankful that you are bringing out all this information about the hyper sensitive nervous system.
I can definitely relate to symptoms mentioned here, I’ve had the earthquake feeling like when im laying down, also i feel tremors when im walking, and when i go to bed its like my mind is almost never at rest. If i wake suddenly or raise up suddenly. I worry about alot of things alot just trying to get things done as a mother of three and i like everything to be organized just like it is in my head so im always stressing so maybe this is what causing me to experience these symptoms, so i’ll try to relax and see if that helps. Thanks for the info.
The two weeks that ive had as been exhausting, totally drained, at night I lay down to go to sleep and my body is vibrating madly it feels as though the bed is shaking, and its really hard to get to sleep as this goes on for hour’s, the next day im exhausted, this had happened 6 years ago but not this intense.
What advice would you give to someone who feels the earth quaking & bed shaking who has no anxiety. I’m a super layed back and an overall relaxed, healthy, and happy person who experiences this. I also LIKE the feeling.. for me, it feels spiritual and/or esoteric. Is what Im experiencing somehow different than your other viewers? I’m interested in your opinion. Thanks in advance 🙂
