Hi yes in needs more specifics, but a lot of ppl will find it confusing so I decided to stay general. But the traditional ruler of the 1st in 7, 12, or 9 can give living abroad and the Moon(place of living) there or the Sun-the self factor. I don’t understand. I have five cardinal planets and a crowded 3rd house in Cancer (3 planets). I have been wanting to travel but I have not gotten the opportunity. I have four planets in those signs (Libra Moon and Jupiter, Aries Venus, Cancer MarsR for me). From other sources I have found – my 4th House ruler in 12th House – finding home in foreign lands, 9th House ruler in 12th; 3rd House ruler in 9th; 12th House ruler in 3rd – those shuld also indicate traveling. In reality I’m 21 and I’ve only been outside my country once. It was when I was 16 and it was to neighbouring country for one day. I have a question I saw another article saying something like, If you have sun in the 12th house, with planets in the 7th and 9th it can prevent travel, at least longtime. I think that’s what I heard. Is that true?
