A Mystical Scroll is a rare summoning scroll found in certain Dungeons with a low drop rate. These scrolls can be used to summon monsters between 3-star and 5-star grades. The best way to get mystical scrolls is to save up the crystals you get and buy the 750 crystals premium pack. In Late Game areas from dungeons, you may find mystical scrolls often.
To refresh your shop, make sure you have the mana to buy them first. You might find some LND or Ls pieces while refreshing. Mystical Scrolls are good for EXP Farmer (With Good Runes), GB10 (Speed Team), NB10 (Speed Team), Elemental Dungeons, ToA (Speed Clear Low Floors), Arena Offense, RTA (Cleave Team), and Guild Wars Offense.
The “Mystical Guild Scroll” item is a special summoning item that guild members can use the scrolls to summon together in the designated place. There is a small chance that when a monster is summoned, it will be a LND or Ls piece.
In Summoners War, there are multiple ways to earn Ls other than buying them with cash. Guild battles, ToA, drop from world bosses, buying pieces in the shop, and finding LND or Ls pieces are some of the ways to obtain mystical scrolls.

I mean, if you’re taking out all the white and green runes which came in 3-6* flavors that’s a lot of empty space to fill. Obviously they’ll fill it with the mons, the stones, the unknown scrolls, and more of the runes they did keep in the shop; but it doesn’t hurt them to throw in some extra mysticals into the mix. I shop refresh a few times a day (3-15, I’d guess?) and nearly always get at LEAST one MS, plus the other scroll pieces, scamstones, & runes. In general, I still feel like, for me (esp on my alt acct), shop refreshes garner me more scrolls than premium packs. However, that’s been true even before the update.
I had over 20k crystals so I figured I’d try burning 1000 just to see what happened. I was able to get tons of white 2* mons as food (maxxed out both storages), got 50 Legendary Scroll pieces, 20 light and dark pieces, 40 or so Exclusive Summon stones, and 16 Mystical Scrolls. Not a bad trick if you have crystals to spare LOL
I think that if you can go 40 to 70 normal summons without lighting (3* summons) then your chances of summoning lightning increases for ms scrolls. That’s how I got 2 nat 4*’s from 11 ms scrolls. The ms summons counts towards normal summons, but using hearts and normal scrolls get’s the easy/cheap lightning reroll chance/rate/percentage.
I’ve been doing this recently as I have a little excess of mana as its nice getting l/d pieces without dropping 1,350 crystals on the trash ld pack but its not sustainable as you are paying over 100k mana per MS and 1mil per LD and so on with leg pieces and scam stones (which I don’t buy most of the time) I also fully believe that there are only flat stat legendary runes in the shop…
I don’t know if you are extremely lucky with the ms or if I’m extremely unlucky. I don’t feel like the chance got buffed. I’m also not even getting halfway good runes. All of them are blue 5* or worse. And I am actually someone who was refreshing the shop even before it got buffed, so its not like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Well, maybe next time. Are the premium packs with the +1 scroll bonus worth it? What’s the math on it? edit: Holy shit, all of the scrolls. Maybe they didn’t change the default rate for scrolls relative to other things (1-2* mons etc.), but they just took out the white/green runes out of the probability distribution, increasing the rate of everything else, including scrolls. We should check if the rates of monsters have increased as well, that could be a clue (they appear more often, so they could be more useful for calculating the statistics). edit2: I didn’t count, but it seems like you are getting a lot more monsters in the shop. Seems like they just kept the relative rates, but took the shitty runes out of the equation. Well, no more dungeon farming for me (except for mana, I guess), I’ll just do toa and refresh the shop until they nerf it.
