The Accu-Rack and Magic Rack are rack templates designed to hold pool balls in place, providing a compact and tight fit for a game. These templates have surface friction that prevents the balls from sliding away. Both the Accu Rack and Magic Rack are designed to hold the balls tightly and quickly, delivering good overall performance.
There are two options for racking balls in pool: regular triangle racks and Magic Racks. The Magic Rack is a thin plastic template with holes for each ball, ensuring perfect placement and a tighter fit. It is specifically engineered to hold the balls in place before the break, allowing them to be beautifully arranged on the top of the rack. This method is faster and better than regular racks for beginners.
The Magic Rack Pro is an elite racking system that provides a consistent and tight rack every time, even on old cloth. It freezes the outer balls, forcing them to contact the inner ones. This concept is known as “training” and allows for a perfect frozen straight rack every time, eliminating the possibility of cheating.
The Magic Rack combo pack allows for quick and easy racks of 8, 9, or 10 ball racks in 10 seconds or less. This paper thin rack is engineered to hold the balls in place before the break, offering minimal interference when the balls roll over it. The Magic Ball Rack Pro All in One is the ultimate racking system used for racking pool balls.

Just a couple of points. Place the rack with the shiny side down. The eight ball rack is also shiny side down. Be careful that the top diamond is aligned with bottom diamond and not crooked. Just like your initial camera shot of the eight ball rack. Notice that the bottom diamond and top diamond are aligned an correct.
At 1:10 it looks to me like the 12 and 15 do have a gap between them. Hard to say for sure because the lighting is too dark. Anyone else? Also, how does the magic rack not affect ball movement when you break? If it’s high enough to “lock the balls in”, I assume because the balls are sitting in the little cutouts, how can that not affect ball travel?
They use the magic rack in Chinese 8 Ball. If there are balls on the magic rack the referee uses higher ball markers to pick the balls up the referee then takes the magic rack off the table and then the referee puts back the balls where the ball markers are and then the pick up the ball markers and then the play carries on.
