Magic is a concept that refers to a mode of rationality that seeks to influence events, change material conditions, or present the illusion of change. It is distinct from religious or scientific modes within the Western tradition, but its definition and definition are subject to debate. Practices classified as magic include divination, astrology, incantations, alchemy, sorcery, spirit mediation, and necromancy. The purpose of magic is to acquire knowledge, power, love, wealth, heal, guarantee productivity, cause harm, reveal information, induce spiritual transformation, trick, or entertain.

The effectiveness of magic is often determined by the magician’s condition and performance, who is believed to have access to unseen forces and special knowledge of the appropriate words and actions to manipulate them.

Phenomena associated with magic include mysticism, medicine, paganism, heresy, witchcraft, shamanism, Vodou, and superstition. Magic is sometimes divided into “high” magic of the intellectual elite and “low” magic of common folk practices. There is also a distinction between “black” magic, used for nefarious purposes, and “white” magic, ostensibly used for beneficial purposes. Magical practices have a sense of “otherness” due to the supernatural power channeled through the practitioner, who is often marginalized or stigmatized in some societies.

Magic is a term used to describe various practices, including divination, astrology, incantations, alchemy, sorcery, spirit mediation, and necromancy. These practices have a sense of “otherness” due to the supernatural power channeled through the practitioner, who is often marginalized or stigmatized in some societies and central in others.

The performance of magic involves words (e. g., spells, incantations, or charms) and symbolic numbers with innate power, natural or man-made material objects, and ritual actions performed by the magician or other participants. Knowledge of spells or symbolic numbers is often secret, and the possessor of such knowledge can be greatly revered or feared. In some cases, the spell is the most highly regarded component of the magical rite or ceremony.

Belief in the transformative power of words is also common in many religions, as seen in shamans, spirit mediums, and mystics who repeat specific sounds or syllables to achieve an ecstatic state of contact with spiritual forces or an enlightened state of consciousness.

  • I used the magic true senior year of highschool and 5 years of collage, and it did everything for me I am civil engineer now everything fell on its place … looking back I dont know how I did some things … if there is a book that csn truly change your life its the Magic …. every household needs to have one copy of that book

  • I Love the”Magic” the empowerment of gratitude is truely the missing power tool if anyone who’s not manifesting properly and or is curious wondering what’s taking so long? Practice and learn the power of living the lifestyle of attitude of gratitude 7 it will work wonders in your life! Sometimes I. Think of it as the piece of parenting I was waiting for!

  • On page 5 of The Magic Rhonda Byrne states that the passage in the gospel of Mathew in the holy scriptures is missing a word, and that word is gratitude. Well she actually states that it is a hidden word. Where is the evidence that this word should have been included in this verse? She does not show this, so how do we know it should be included? And if there is no evidence then the whole book falls apart for this is the most quoted statement from the book and seems to be the basis of The Magic. “Whoever has will be given more and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him” It seems to me you could insert any word of your choosing to make it fit the narrative you wish to convey.

  • You need to visualize more than just once.visualization on a regular basis is what will change the energy and attract what you want to you.what you need to let go of is the idea that you don’t yet have it.that’s what you have to let go of.and pretend it is already done.but you have to keep visualizing to create the new reality.not just once.it’s the feeling of wanting and not having that you have to let go.

  • It’s very true. All of the major manifestations that I had in my life happened when I stopped obsessing about those. I visualised them, wrote about them in journal, thanked the Universe for it and then (well, not consciously at first, but in later instamces I did consciously) I just let it go, I went on with my life as usual. And then BAM! The moment I least expected it to happen, the manifestation happened into my life!

  • Quote from Neville Goddard ” when satisfaction is reached, impotence follows. When the feeling of reality is yours, you are mentally impotent. The desire to repeat the act of visualization is lost, having been replaced by the feeling of accomplishment. You cannot persist in wanting something you already have. However if you don’t reach the point of satisfaction, repeat the action over and over again until as though you feel you touched it and virtue went out of you “

  • No, visualize it when you FEEL like it. Do it because it makes you feel good and excited not because you feel than doing it it’s going to make it come to you. The more you visualize because you desire it the clearer the picture gets, the more clarity the better at attracting it. You let it go eventually, when you don’t feel like visualizing it anymore.

  • Once I thought of having my favourite snack. I imagined unconsciously how it will feel to eat that food. I felt the taste. I was satisfied. Then I forgot about the food. After 45 minutes my mother gave me that food😳 I didn’t even asked her for this. She was not even aware of my wish. This type of situation happened twice. 🤔 I was shocked. Once I thought of sending a text to my friend. I even visualised unconsciously then I completely forgot. Then the next day he send me the text 🤔 So clearly letting go of the desire after visualisation will manifest sooner.

  • Rhonda Byrnes did an awesome work with the secret, and to her belief system visualizing once, is enough but for a lot of people visualizing everyday will create a pattern of thinking like ” I already have it ” because our mind can’t tell the difference between real and unreal, so if you Have a strong belief system, yes do once and forget it, but if you are someone who is getting started, visualize everyday, because the more you do the more you want to have it therefore the more action you take towards it.

  • This insightful session with Rhonda Byrne on visualization has truly been a beacon of inspiration. Grateful for the wisdom shared and the tools provided to manifest our dreams. Let’s harness the power of visualization to create the life we desire. Thank you, Rhonda, for guiding us on this transformative journey! 🙏🌟 #Gratitude #VisualizationMagic

  • I’m so grateful to you Rhonda. You changed my life and gave it depth through reminding me techniques I had mastered lifetimes ago. Thank you for the secret. Most importantly thank you for sharing it with the whole world when anyone else would prefer to keep it a secret. It shed light and clarified a lot of things that tend to bother the mind. Now life is peaceful there is no anxiety or fear of what is to come, how to prepare. My deepest gratitude 🙏🙏🙏🙏🕉⛤♾👑🙋Namaste from Fiji. I really loved the way you kept giggling. I could see in your eyes memory lane and the journey you took to reach your current position of how it was for you in the beginning. Very inspiring. We will meet very soon.

  • Visualizing once is the same as going to the gym only 1 time. You will just get a good pump but that’s it, no actual changes will happen. You must continuously visualize until you actually see the changes in the real life. Some people prefer to workout daily, some twice per week, and that’s fine as well, this should not feel like a chore task.

  • “Dreams n Passion” are the ones which make you FOREGET Hunger, Thirst, Sleep, Rest n Time while Enjoying Them Everyday —– by this you Mentally, Emotionally n Spiritually UNITE With your Dreams n Passion which Changes your VIBRATION That goes into Infinite Universe & then only Through LOA you get the Results all your Life ! 🎯👌👍📚💰

  • I disagree with this. It depends on where a person is in their journey. If they are activating their inner light — they lay need to repeat the visualization in order to change to their new paradigm or state. Once at the new state, with confidence, then and only then can they be a one and done dynamo.

  • I believe you should visualize your desire every day until the excitement or happiness fades. However, don’t keep visualizing the exact same scene repeatedly, as that can signal a sense of lack. Instead, imagine different scenarios that reflect having your desire. For example, if you want a car, visualize yourself buying it, then see yourself driving it around the city or taking a family trip in it. By switching up the scenes everyday, you avoid reinforcing the feeling of not having it. Keep doing this until the excitement fades, and then let it go. It’s similar to buying a new iPhone — you feel excited at first, but after a few days, that excitement naturally fades. That’s the process we’re mimicking here.

  • I love you so much Maam🤗 Your book “The Secret”has changed my life❤ I read that book on May 2021 and trust me the book literally helped me to become better version of myself🤗,stay postive all the time💁and lots more😌Now i am reading “The Greatest secret”😊I will menifest to meet you oneday for sure💜Thanx a lot Maam❤I am will be forever greateful and thankful to you❤You are the best😌

  • I wanted to rent a house in my favorite city for 20 years. I visualized it hardcore. I used to see this beautiful house every time I went to hike in the mountains behind it. I wanted it so much, but when I had the money, it wasn’t available; when it was available, I didn’t have the money; and when I had the money and it was available, right before I moved in, a storm destroyed part of it, so I couldn’t move. The next time I walked by, I looked at it and just loved it, I accepted it wasn’t for me, and I let go. I felt so much love and peace. 20 days later, I rented a much better house, with mountains in the backyard, for a fraction of the other house price, and other better accommodations, in that city. I won’t forget that day. Everything was aligned, it happened easily and fast. Yes, visualize, but then let go and focus in the present moment. Use your mind (you can only use it in the past or future) to think of what you want, but then, stay present and be grateful.

  • Hello Rhonda mam, I have one goal, to achieve specific Rank and marks in a competitive exam. How can I visualize it that I have already achieved? I visualize a specific scene everyday just before sleep and in morning while meditating. Scene is I am checking my exam result and I got the desire marks and rank, i am crying out of joy, is it correct process? I am visualising this scene for 2 weeks and my exam is after 9months. Thank you for reading my world.😊

  • Your ‘Feeling good despite money problems’ article is specifically for those who are manifesting money. But for those who are manifesting something else how do you live as though you already have your desire when you don’t actually have it in your reality yet until it manifests? For eg like you said in the article if a person is manifesting a car and visualizes already having a car the next day he doesn’t have to visualize a car because he already has a car but he doesn’t actually have a physical car which he can drive until it manifests. We can’t totally disengage from our current reality. What I am asking is how can we deal with/react to our current reality when we see that what we want hasn’t manifested yet?

  • Hello mom, I am from India. In my childhood, my parents used to tell me only one thing, it is very difficult to earn money, but I thought it was wrong. When I saw your The Secret movie, I was convinced that this principle of low attraction works and I am using low attraction, but it seems as if God is testing me. Ever since I started low attraction, I am facing a lot of financial problems. Am I still on the right path? Please guide me

  • How to live life and just forget your desire? How do you live as if you are already living your dream? Aren’t you thinking about it when you do that, therefore not forgetting? But what you say is true Rhonda, i only have to say my wish once and it comes true about a year later when i have forgotten it. Also when i have given up, that is when it comes.

  • In your ‘Believing your visualization’ article you say that in our visualization we should put ourselves in the picture but if we put ourselves in the picture it is not exactly believing that we have our desire already because everything we experience in our life is in first person and we don’t actually see ourselves in the picture experiencing something(third person). To believe that we actually have our desire we should visualize having our desire in first person without seeing ourselves in the picture because that is what we will really see when it manifests. What you are saying is that we should visualize in third person by putting ourselves in the picture. What is right? Isn’t visualizing in first person more realistic?

  • Rhonda you are my platonic love and I like you too much…. I love you and thank you very much for your teachings, I have been able to improve my life at every moment thanks to your teachings… God bless you so much❤❤❤❤❤ I love You Rhonda❤❤❤❤ You ‘re so beautiful and cute, very pretty and young😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • On one hand in order for something to manifest we have to reprogram our subconscious mind that is done by repetition and on the other hand you say here that we should forget about our desire. How does doing the focusing work once and forgetting about our desire make it manifest when in order for something to manifest we have to reprogram our subconscious mind that is done by repeatedly thinking about our desire?

  • Rhonda, can you describe how to live like it’s already done? For example, if I want to manifest money into my life, how do I live like it’s already done if I’m thinking about the rent, and the bills, and the debt, and the bank account being so low? Please tell me how I can practice this? I think this is the hardest part for me. Thank you!🌷

  • How does the Secret apply to those who are not well off, or are not safe? For example… people in countries with active wars going on, those experiencing famine, those who are terribly sick, those who are not safe, etc. Im wanting to manifest things in my life, learn the Secret… but I have guilt about it. I really hope my question and thought makes sense. ♡

  • I’m a millionaires, my attracted to me, addicted to me Wealth comes to me. I cut oft every toxic incompatible wrong people, their energy repels me, it is repulsive I’m healthy in a lifetime. Surrounded by healthy compatible right people a lifetime. I’ve fallen in love with myself I let it go because it has already happened. I just have the joy and honor to love me a second time in reliving my life twice

  • My name is Sami Sanchez and I am currently a Master student in the Social Work program at Eastern Washington University. As a social worker, I recognize that as a social worker that my objective is to create social change. I have knowledge gained from my education and life experiences that has guided and inspired me to start an organization for the development and betterment of Spokane. I am raising money because Spokane County has a population that is 88.9% White and the small percentage that identifies as non-White. Most residents recognize that is a lack of diversity and I would like to incorporate an organization that will connect communities from all backgrounds to create a sense of belonging as well as offer cultural resources and services that would be useful for this community. This organization will be called “Cultural Exchange” and will include empowerment seminars and panels, cultural workshops, food cultural exchanges, and intergenerational cultural perspectives from people in our community that can be recorded and demonstrated in panels. The overall objective is to provide a space that is impactful and meaningful for the diverse population to feel empowered, uplifted, and supported as well as to educate others about various cultures in Spokane. To everyone that donate to this organization it will be greatly appreciated and I will be able to create the social change that I desire and those who feel underrepresented. gofund.me/8436cc5c

  • First of all it is an excellent written work, But then again are those following statements also true? ” If I firmly believe, I can drive very safely and won’t ever cause any accident, after drinking 5 bottles of beer and 7 bottles of wine and 9 bottles of whiskey ” ” If I firmly believe, I will have 3 arms instead of only 2 arms, by the end of the year “

  • Here is my experience of Visualizing, you can visualize as much as you want, BUT never look for signs in the 3D; “When is it coming?” “Why is it not here yet?” “When will I see it?” “How long does it take before it’s here?” – All these questions about when, why, how and where will just delay and even hinder your manifestation. If you wish to visualize one, two, ten or twenty times per week, it doesn’t matter as long as you leave out the when, why, how and where part. This is my experience.

  • 🇹🇹 🇩🇰 5/27/2023 Thank You Almighty, Universe 🤝 New Subscriber 💅💎🎁 Very Interesting & Informative 👌 I knew this all along, I just needed a reminder and Rhonda Byrne did it for me😆. • But at one point I stopped believing that it is impossible but the manifestation still didn’t happen. I am sure I didn’t send out any contradictory thoughts, feelings and beliefs during that time. It is now that I have started thinking that it really is impossible since it has not happened for more than a year. If it was possible it would have happened long ago.

  • I have been trying to manifest a thing for more than a year which is said to be impossible to happen and despite all that I started believing that it was possible but since it has not happened at all I am starting to think that if it has not happened yet it really is impossible. And I am sure that I did not send any contradictory thoughts, feelings and beliefs during that time. Can you help me?

  • Dear Rhonda, Could I ask a question? When we are manifesting, if we see the result is not there and the reality is not as good as what we imagined in our mind, and we feel a bit dissappointed, what should we do in this case to be delusional ? I find it hard to not feel dissappointed and insist on the result and I do have negative feeling and thoughts that this thing is not going to come or that I am dreaming or I cannot do it. Even thought I know that the more I insist on the “lack of result” will manifest more “the lack of it”, how to deal with the dissappointed feeling when the result is not there? Thank you !

  • I have read the book and it opened eyes, mind and heart. It changed me a lot in terms of thinking and understanding and letting go.But right now I am in a situation were I can’t concentrate on my visualisation and affirmation and that is my job .Right now I am on a job hunt in Dubai and I’m applying for jobs everyday but till now not a single interview call has come.I get anxious and worried, but I try to ignore it.This is were the WHY factor arises.I don’t spend all the day thinking WHY but still sometimes it comes automatically which I feel is a distraction to my affirmation. How can I deal with this?.Open to any suggestions.Thank you.

  • You did not exactly answer my previous question. I have mentioned that I really want to believe that increasing height after fusion of growth plates is possible but what I am having a hard time with is that I can’t find a reason to not believe that it is impossible because you can’t defy nature and increasing height naturally after fusion of growth plates doesn’t seem logical and realistic as growth occurs through growth plates only and if there are no growth plates how will the height increase? I have been researching about this and the only way to grow taller after fusion of growth plates is to get a very risky and painful surgery which I don’t want to undergo. I want to grow taller naturally. Growing taller is my true heart’s desire. Please answer specifically in reference to my question

  • Dear Rhonda, I am confused about two concepts which seem contradictory. We need to “live in the present” which means we need to be aware of our surrounding, the sounds, the feelings, the sents etc in our present and the present is the only truth, but at the same time we need to use visualisation to bring the future that we want to us, so we need to see, feel and live AS IF the futur we want is already in our real life. So this is contradcitory to the “living in the present”. How can we live in the present and also creating the future with the visualisation? When we are visualising, we are not living in the present. Could you explain this please? Thank you so much !

  • I have confusion…. That from where I have to visualise .. for example. I want to place top at my class… So I have to visualise myself ( my self image) what I already topped in class and other students are congrats me.. And another one, I have to visualise what I can see through my eyes .. that my hands are writing on the paper and im goin to take my result .. and people congrats me Did u get me ????

  • When I notice that I am still the same height and I look the same I don’t complain about it but just get disappointed. I have stopped expecting that it will happen anymore because I haven’t seen any movement for months since I started manifesting and am losing hope now as manifesting is my only hope to get what I want but nothing has happened. If my desire was really possible at least something would have happened by now

  • How do you believe that you can grow taller even after fusion of growth plates? If manifesting height was actually possible then why don’t we see anyone in their adulthood growing taller? Not everyone has beliefs about height or think negatively about height but we still see that people stop growing after a certain age and don’t see them growing taller in their adulthood. Even manifesting websites and doctors say that you cannot grow taller at all after fusion of growth plates and you can’t defy nature and manifesting is just a way to make us feel confident in our current height because it cannot change. Pls answer if this is true

  • Is it necessary that the image I visualize is vivid and seems real? My mental pictures are blurry. Although I’ve had clear pictures when my body was very relaxed, but most of the time it’s not very clear. I’m kind of worried that since the picture isn’t vivid, my subconscious won’t believe it. Can you help, please?

  • But growth plates were discovered more than 200 years ago and it has still not been proven wrong that one stops growing after fusion of growth plates. So if there was still room for any possible evolution on this particular subject wouldn’t it have been discovered by now? How is everything possible to manifest then when this isn’t?

  • Dear Heavenly Father, today I come to you in the name of Jesus, I pray that the person on the other side of the screen will receive blessings, answer prayers and receive miracles Heavenly Father, we love you, we praise you and thank you, Heavenly Father even putting us on the earth that you created, and we are grateful that we are still on this earth during all this stuff going, Heavenly Father. We’re waiting for Jesus Christ as our Lord, Savior and King, and believe with all our heart and mind that Jesus Christ, your son, died for our sins and was resurrected by you, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen 🙏🏼.

  • How to live as though its allready done when it is health and u are fatigued to the complete max.. there’s no mind energy left to pretend with cause ur spent . Obviously my mind got me here but I’m having trouble getting out . I get tiny gasps of air but very few & far.. Whyd it so hard to be positive and second nature to be negative?… Why
