My battery was on 23. The time was 2333. There were 696 comments. I celebrated my 51st b~day leaving everything i know in my country ( Israel ) who is going through a war and a time im done with. I’ve never done collective readings, but I agree personal readings take a lot of energy. For me the feeling is like being an empty vessel, and sometimes the info trickles into my head, while sometimes it rushes. It feels a bit like pulling on threads and sussing out the connection points. During the reading, I’m extremely energized. Then when it’s over I feel like I could sleep a million years. Grounding really helps me with the fatigue. I used to do in person readings at a bookstore regularly. I enjoyed it. If I lived closer to that kind of store, I’d probably do it again.

That’s super interesting! I def feel private readings are way more difficult to “uncover” where I’m supposed to be looking for some people more than others. Lots of times when I do a private reading I tell them to come back to the reading 1 month later to gain an overall perspective especially if it doesn’t initially resonate. I usually always get feedback that the reading was indeed accurate after it was absorbed. I always do an energy match for the very first private reading to make sure I am “there, beside them” before I attempt the actual reading or answer any of their questions. I had to stop doing personal readings because it was too energetically draining for me after I had my daughter. I would get nauseous and sweaty and need to rest for long periods of time. (Not sure why but it was never as intense before I got pregnant) Even Zoom sessions that were one-on-one left me nauseated and sweaty. That is a great analogy. Mine is somewhat more chaotic, but the direction/gate/waiting/meeting resonates. Mine is more like being in the middle of a time lapse big city scene with everything moving so fast when there are hella energies present, but goes into near slow motion in a one on one connection. I’m still working on the knobs and energetic boundaries. It’s either all the way turned up, or almost all the way turned off. Isolation turns it up even higher, but being around too many people does the same thing. Working on/with it all.
I love that metaphor. I can’t imagine doing that many personal readings above and beyond your regular collective readings. Very impressive. I have not yet opened myself up to personal readings online. But I will say that my process to collective readings is similar to the process of jazz improvisation. It’s about sensing the vibe and rhythm of the energy, and using my knowledge of the cards (music theory in this metaphor) together with an openness to express the chaos the I “feel” with the vibe of the energy to add flavor, context, and details to the archetypal experience being expressed by the particular configuration of the cards. If you’ve ever had a jam session, you get the same type of connection with your band mates that you get from the energy of a tarot reading. …..at least that’s how I conceptualize it. I was asking for msg, as well as what you were sharing, and got it.❤ I am leaving for the Gypsy life in an RV.. Some could call it a boat. I did enjoy hearing what it is like for you! You are a great intuitive/ reader.🤩 As a healer, I don’t often find myself healing a group, unless in a hospital, or something. I have to be in a special zone, and get permission to help., then, I just push out love, and light. Fill the room. When I do personal healing, I have to read the person. There is a lot more to it, but if I’m not in great form, the healing can still work, because it’s not me, as much as my team doing the work.
Andie, if I ever pay for a reading, it’ll be with you. I do spend some time with Tarot on my own. A dear (and deeply tuned in) friend tells me that I should do readings professionally, that I have a knack. But whatever knack I have has so far been a mere glimmer compared to yours! I have mostly filed the notion of doing readings professionally, partly because I know that I don’t know enough about things like, for instance, ‘the airport.’ I also need to learn better how to tune in and see way past the cards while even sharing the nuances from just the cards is still quite a challenge for me to do in any concise, compact way. There’s also the ‘hygiene’ part of it that I need to solidify for myself (‘dropping my own baggage’ and cleaning cards and space). I watch and see some of your process as you go. One could spend a lifetime learning all the interpretations and purported meanings of the many flavors of cards. I’ve been working with it since late 2020. So much information to take in about each card, about how they derive meaning (i.e., the Kabalistic approach, but others, too), so many ways each is seen. I recently followed an assigned exercise to use the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot and turn each card into a couple of words, to build my own grasp of the ‘vocabulary’ that the cards represent. Murderous challenge, especially as much as I’ve seen on different interpretations!

Andie thank you it tickled me & I started laughing at the airport but the map honestly I’ve just got some oracle cards that are beautiful called the 🗺️ Hands up I’m a reader & healer but a not working one as I’m on a sabbatical so fatigued but also it’s next year I’ll come back. My example is I need a relaxed peaceful frame of mind, I find working collectively is like a boom boom energy (I don’t read aura’s) I spend time bringing in that energy with my ritual of lighting what I need to work with, sage or angelica root, sometimes jasmine but I’m drawn instinctively someone once told me the energy was so big & bright, see for me that’s how it should be. If it’s a 1-2-1 reading I work differently candles are lit, I feel the energy altering sometimes I get things well before I start. I often get a message within a song, for my own journey my example is today I’ve woken up & I’m hearing ‘part of this world ‘ but it’s being sung like when Ariel’s voice returns, so I know I need to go back to my practice for my own upgrade I chant to raise my own vibration for my team to come close & they have already showed signs I have to change my chant so I guess today is the start day. I am rather new to Tarot and things spiritual. Here is my thoughts when I feel in the grove: I prepare and jump into rapids, like a river with tumultuous current. I bounce off rocks; go under; gasp to breathe; twist and turn as the water folds me. Then calm waters. The things revealed in the traumatic ride are in my head. i see things, past, present and future. This is when Spirit talks to me, be it angels, ancestors, angels or higher beings. I am so calm after seeing (feeling) this that I often fall asleep. Any validity to this feeling?
I hate to say this, but unfortunately, as a fellow light worker and healer at some point, you have to realize when you need to raise your price because your supply and demand has gone up. That is part of the problem in the conscious community with us as entrepreneurs is, we would love to do it for free. Unfortunately, we really do have to charge more when the supply and demand is there so that way we don’t overtax ourselves and our work doesn’t even have one moment to be underappreciated by anyone and when a person is paying top dollar they know they’re going to get the top value and they will be patiently waiting for whatever it is that they desire you to provide for them.
