When blocked, disillusionment, boredom, restlessness, and unease take over. I have been following this yoga series for 4 months now and I got to tell you – these are working really well on me! It has been a fun experience doing the yoga of each article on each day of the week (7 chakras – 7 days). My body feels so much different comparing to when I first started, I never would’ve imagined that doing yoga every day can have such an impact on me! Thank you so much for this series, I am really looking forward to a new one too! ✨🙏🏼💫
did the whole series this week and it was wonderful! it was really great knowing what i was going to be doing ahead of time and having that plan for the week, but also knowing that the articles would never be too long so i never felt the desire to skip or postpone any of the articles. i definitely am going to have to go back to the sixth chakra article as i very quickly realized yesterday that i was just not in the mood for yoga and was forcing myself just to get through it. that was 100% just my mood yesterday and nothing caused by the article itself, so i am looking forward to going back and doing it again on a better day! thank you as always, joelle! earlier this year, i was in a bit of a slump and daily yoga was feeling more like a chore than something i did for my own enjoyment, but your articles have truly made such a difference and reignited my joy and motivation for yoga and i am so grateful!!!
Hi Joelle, Merci Beaucoup! I love doing the colour coded chakra series! Please never take down these articles because I don’t do them in order, I select the chakra or colour that is calling to me on the day and do a different one every day. Thank you so much! Maybe I’m a bit nerdy like you, but I love that your wearing the colour of that chakra too! Xx thank you from Jade in Australia 😘
loved every single article of this series but I don’t think the crown chakra is about inner wisdom, rather it’s about connecting to a universal force that connects all living and material things in the universe. Transcending ego and realizing you’re a part of something greater. Traditionally inner wisdom ends at the third eye chakra. Just thought you would like to know
