Spot on again (that relationship with abandonment). I’m mars in cancer. Bio mother gave me up to be adopted by Americans. Then adoptive parents abused me. In order to begin the process of ending abandonment within myself, I chose estrangement as an adult since my adoptive parents’ behaviors never changed.

Mars in Virgo for me. Environment for me is everything. If I stay in the house, I become self-indulgent and not very productive. Once I get my shoes on and leave, I go into productivity mode and suddenly I want to do things. The bit about being frazzled with the synapses and the need for distractions and stimulus is very apt. I was diagnosed with ADD at a very young age and its affected my life very deeply. If I cannot find some way to produce dopamine to stimulate my daily tasks, I’ll often neglect them. I feel like my biggest issues is switching gears. When I’m at home, I don’t want to do anything. When I’m at work, I don’t want to go home, I’d rather work. When I get off work, I sometimes look for things to do rather than go home. Being leveraged is also apt. I cannot abide being in positions against my will (which didn’t help my already bad relationship with teachers growing up). If I do not like my job, I will not stay. If I do not like my classes, I will struggle/fail/drop. If I feel I am being controlled or manipulated, I will see that for what it is and refuse to play ball. I hated attending school growing up, not just because it was so difficult for me to focus, but also because it was not my decision or desire to go- I was mandated to. Its definitely a placement that requires a lot of mindfulness and will to work through, because its very easy to become overly passive.

My Father, may he rest in Peace, had Mars in Libra. He had a great “inner-knowing”. Due to his violent and abusive childhood, I don’t think he was able to transmute Libra Mars to it’s fullest potential but he always came off as a smart guy. Im pleased with the Neptune Mars conjunction lately. People repress their anger so much because they dont feel like they can do anything about the problems/injustices in the world and because its considered as bad, but I found that getting in touch with the feelings through music and exercise was powerful. I also have been experiencing curiosity towards taboos. The Mars energy has been a fire that can be like a moth to a flame but also fire is so purifying by breaking down old structures. Most have a one sided sense of Mars energy and “throw out the baby with the bathwater”.

I have Mars in 4th house, so a few years ago I was driving and was listening to ” getting away with murder ” by papa roach and lord behold…accident happened and even though I like Rock, I realized that day to never listen to that genre while driving and I am or have experienced children/ parents issues with this placement, even with other people I have learned to be careful with what I say as they usually take things the wrong way or relationships not lasting; so to avoid misunderstandings I keep my circle small like less than 5 people and I’ve learned to live with it for my own sanity and I’m okay with it cause I like my company and meditations help a lot so thank you 🙏

My youngest daughter has Mars in Gemini 1 degree away from my Mercury in Gemini. We have such an amazing connection and riffing in conversation. My oldest has Mars in Leo–she really goes for what she wants and does well! Super focused! My Mars is in Aries. We’re good drivers too–although we have a tendency to speed. I do really expand and come alive when I take a big risk and succeed, especially when it’s an athletic activity, e.g. a flying trapeze class. I need to do that again. Mars in virgo, I was obese as a child and teenager, my whole life I’ve been dealing with health struggles and I feel like I’ve also been dieting and definitely learned to restrict myself a lot my whole life. I’m down to a healthy weight now and my whole life seems to revolve around my health, I’m always either going to boxing or doing yoga when I have time
Mars Reversed in Virgo, along with Moon, Pluto and Uranus in Virgo, all in the 11th House. I do know that in my Progressed Chart, Mars is no longer Reversed. I have learned over the years to look around me and see what is really bothering me. I’m on Mars and libra 0°. I have actually literally experienced and observed the thing that your talking about in regards to the luck change etc. both good and bad. I met a guy a year and a half ago, he had started a restaurant just as COVID hit. he was open one evening and there was no one in the restaurant all night. I gave him a lucky dollar as a tip and he laughed. I told him that I did have much money but I would come by as I could and wish him and the restaurant luck. I came by as promised and after a while he seemed annoyed that I was one of a handful of customers who’d drop by (being open cost a lot of money when you have no customers and you’re paying staff) I talked with him about those issues and how he could still make money without customers coming through the door. I don’t credit myself however I truly believe that I am meant to help people in this 3D world. I just need to learn to make money doing so. I have now started my own business doing consulting among other things. I haven’t completed this section yet, I wanted to stop and say this because I truly believe that others in my houses and signs must have the same abilities and I think that one of the most important things that we can learn and do is to embrace these parts of us and learn to give blessings to others in what ways that we can. I believe that this may be due to other aspects of Mars and past lives. My mars and moon sign is switched. I have Moon in Scorpio and Mars in Cancer. When we talk about motherwise, I lean more to my scorpio moon. I was never abused. Lied to, manipulated and betrayed, yes. I’m home person. To explain it, I like the feeling of home even the vibe of home from another person. Despite living far away from my family, I live with my co-workers but I still want to isolate. I want my own home which is not easy to get with my low salary. I really love my Mars in Pisces… it used to annoy me, how passive I was compared to others… unwilling to face obstacles with brute force, always avoiding direct conflict… though my Mercury in Aries assists in facing obstacles which my Mars attempts to avoid through wordcraft. As you mentioned, I too had a “past” which wasn’t very uh, I’ll just say graceful. It didn’t help my family struggles with emotional and mental stability. I feel there is indeed a treasure trove of inspiration and ideas behind my once debilitated self worth… which have been healing gradually with age. You’re definitely right about the need to interpret the past, at least for me, I have screwed myself a bit due to not being willing to completely submerge in the reality of my past. I was unwilling to see the truth due to emotional attachment, and in the end sacrificed a part of myself, completely believing the sincerity of my intense emotions on this decision. Now looking back, I can see how on some level… I almost run more subconsciously with my “assertive” direction… the emotions are strong, to the point of completely obscuring a sense of logic if the cause seems justified… now, to learn to control this ability for productivity… ._.
Mars in aquarius here. Wow I’ve become kinda like buffy the vampire slayer since 2019 through I now realize bringing 5 narcissists their Karma. I’ve had pluto conjunct my descendant by transit and I have mars conjunct north node in the 7th in my natal. But you are right I could feel that staying in honour while doing it was a real challenge but I feel very peaceful and not angry anymore.

My sweet baby has a mars in cancer…and my bond to her is so deep and so nurturing, far from abusive. It actually hurt my heart to hear that…I grew up in severe abuse and would never walk those paths, however, I had to go to work when she turned 1 years old, and it was heartbreaking, my eldest had me home for the first 4 years. They both have acted abusive towards me my whole life and I do have chosen to estrange myself from them almost completely. Natal Scorpio Mars here 🌚 conjunct Pluto, moon, mercury, and the asteroid Lilith in 3h. Sun, Jupiter, and Venus are together in Libra. Agree with all your points. Betrayal, trauma, purging, and transmutation are definitely the main underpinnings of my life experience. I feel like I’m constantly in a state of purging and healing. I have a bad habit of treating my body poorly or getting injured. I’ve routinely had to go to the ER at least 1-3 times a year since I was a little kid for various reasons. And I’m just now starting to understand that at the root they all had to do with some kind of physical or mental stress. I definitely struggle with always feeling insatiably hungry and it makes me feel out of control. And I absolutely compensate by coming up with weird mental rules about how I spend money or getting rid of stuff all the time. For example, I cannot have more than 5 of any one type of thing. Like having more than 5 pairs of shoes stresses me out. So I’m constantly getting rid of them every time I buy a new pair. I’ve felt that I’ve had to work really hard to do things I would consider normal or easy for others. And a lot of it had to do with fears I never thought I could overcome. But once I really became open to embracing and surrendering to fear, I felt spiritually powerful. Like I had protection from the universe or a higher power. I have this unending desire to feel in extremes if that makes sense. So sometimes I’ll tell myself stories that make me cry for fun.

I was wondering if other Mars in Pisces people process their pain in depth, over and over through the years, even though we have got it and feel finished with it, but it keeps showing up to be cried over again, which helps the other humans process easier through alchemy. Our pain eases their (others) pain through chemical energies on the planet. I sometimes feel like I am pregnant for the whole world, nurturing an unborn new type of human that once birthed, won’t have to experience what I am going through so that there won’t be any emotional pain in the future, just emotional love. I have Mars in Leo in the 1st House but very close to Mars in Pisces as a matter of fact in some readings my placement is Mars in Pisces. It’s crazy that my life experiences has been more in this placement! so I relate to it more.
