A balanced second chakra is essential for living in the present, enjoying every moment, being in touch with emotions, and being highly creative. The sacral chakra, which governs the stomach, reproductive organs, and kidneys, can cause issues like urinary problems, ovarian cysts, constipation, and kidney problems. Emotionally, it can lead to fear, insecurity, jealousy, and disconnection from society.

To balance the sacral chakra, one can sit on a chair or cross-legged with a straight spine, imagine the sacral area filled with a bright orange color, and breathe in the tangerine shade while exhaling. Chanting ‘vam’ with each exhale can also help.

Grounding involves sitting on a chair with feet on the floor, imagining roots growing deep into the earth, and draining negative emotions. Practicing baddha konasana (butterfly pose) while watching television can activate and open the swadisthana. • I’m curious what sensations other people feel when doing this. It was difficult for me to discern how these frequencies affected me physically, because I was in a lot of menstrual pain already. However, I was intensely emotionally impacted by this particular sound bath, like none of the others have. I wasnt focusing 100% on the article at first but when I sat in a meditative pose on my couch holding my tummy, I was fully perusal and really enjoying the effects while taking in the sound, and when all the frequencies were in harmony I burst into tears and couldn’t stop crying. But in a good way. It was cathartic. It helped ease my pain but I would like to try again when I’m feeling normal to see what others mean when they say they can actually feel it in their abdomen. So cool! Thank you for this!

  • 🌟 A Big shout-out to the website Owner! 🌟 I just have to start by giving a massive shout-out to the owner of this incredible website. The content you’re sharing is truly amazing and has made a significant impact on my life. 🙏 The Power of the Sacral Chakras Sound Bath is amazing🌼 Listening to it during the night and incorporating it into my sleep routine was a game-changer. ✨During the night, I felt a strong, resonating vibration in my abdomen. It was as if my energy was aligning with the chakra’s frequencies. After just three sessions, I noticed something amazing. The sensation of pressure in my bladder and intestine tract that I often feel disappeared. Can’t Wait for the Heart Chakra Sound Bath. If it’s anything like the Sacral Chakra experience, I know it’s going to be life-changing. Keep up the great work! 💪

  • Thank you so much for sharing your gifts! This gave me so much relief and healing. I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort from a UTI. I thought I would give this one a try as I was riding the bus home and it relaxed all of those muscles and the pain melted away within 30 minutes. God bless you 🙏

  • This is so beautiful and so needed right now… much more comprehensive, and so healing because of it. Thank you very much. God is obviously with you in your personal life, as well as in the creating of your healing work. I plan on getting into the 8 hour one as I have time. I am curious, though – are there 7 or are there 8? I only count 7 in the list provided. Thanks for clarifying. I’m also interested in any of your articles that you have available as mp3s or some format that would allow a person to play them on a stereo system that doesn’t require an online connection… to be able to bypass the need for wifi so you don’t have the EMG interference with the healing work you want to accomplish. Thanks. I also believe that including the minor chakras as they are associated with each primary one is a genius move and a much more effective approach to this healing work! I want to commend you on that and ask if you’ve been able to or plan to do so with all the other primaries? I absolutely love what you’ve done re: the root chakra in this regard, also.

  • Thank you very much for bringing this into existence! I found your website because I am hearing more and more low frequency noises in my living space nowadays, and they are becoming louder and more disturbing physically. I had no idea that my search for more soothing vibrations for my ears and my nervous system would lead me toward such a profound healing path. And now this session is over, I hear the humming again, but it doesn’t get to me.

  • Just found your website, thank you for this presentation! It stands out in so many ways from other articles like this that I’ve seen. Just a few minutes in, I can feel the positive effects, and I’ve already saved it to my playlist. This is definitely one I will use regularly. I can’t wait to try the black screen version when I retire for the night.

  • Your articles are so beautiful . Pairing them with crystals is a forced to be reckoned with. Very powerful . I so wish you had a article for earth star and soul star I would absolutely love to have your sound bowl gifts for them but I’ll settle with the sounds I have for now loll . Thank you for your light ❤️

  • Holy shit! I’ve been having issues with my boyfriend and internalizing all those emotions. This soundbath helped me realize that I do want to be with him and not run! Also the first time I heard this (when it first premiered) I felt it strong in my kidneys. I felt great. I always come back to this one ❤❤❤ thank you!!!

  • Thankyou for your wonderful abilities and so grateful for your candidness on your journey – last year?? What an inspiration that we may heal as you did, to produce such excellence. This is my fourth from series. Has anyone had unpleasant symptoms ie nausea, nose bleed, headache? Is it normal Travis? I tried combined, which may have been too much for my healing just now. I lowered the volume today, appeared to help. I personally don’t care for the effects as it is a manipulation contrary to the purity of the sound/energy. Less is more. Purity… Thankyou for being here. You are appreciated, after very difficult times, I care not to dwell, just to focus. And to all the kind words on here, I wish you all goodness and healing 🙏.

  • I was wondering if you can listen to multiple articles at the same time? I mean if you were to be perusal these played live at the same time your body would technically be subject to all of the vibrations? Do you think that’s possible or recommend it? Would be sweet to have all the chakras going while I sleep 🙂
