What is the saddest tarot card?
Theresa Reed, known as The Tarot Lady, discusses the grieving process and the Five of Cups, which she believes is the saddest card in the deck. Grief doesn’t happen in a neat package with stages, and sometimes you can’t fully recover. Megan Devine’s book, It’s Okay That You’re Not Okay: Meeting Grief and Loss in a Culture that Doesn’t Understand, offers a profound and honest look at the grieving process, with tips, practices, and stories to aid in healing after loss.
What is the luckiest card in the tarot?
The Wheel of Fortune card, part of the Major Arcana, is a symbol of destiny, fortune, success, elevation, luck, and felicity. It is often depicted in a six- or eight-spoked wheel, often attended by an individual dressed in an Egyptian-style headdress. In some decks, such as the AG Müller, the wheel is also attended by an individual wearing a blindfold. The wheel is not always inscribed with any lettering, but the letters T-A-R-O (clockwise) or T-O-R-A (counter clockwise) can be found aligned against four of the spokes, which can also be interpreted as R-O-T-A, the Latin word meaning “wheel”.
In some decks, such as the Waite, the wheel is inscribed with additional alchemical symbols representing the four elements: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. These emblems can also be seen on the Magician’s table in the Magician card (Card I).
What is the highest female tarot card?
The High Priestess, a figure in the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot, is associated with the Shekhinah, the female presence of the divine. She wears plain blue robes and sits with her hands in her lap. Her features include a lunar crescent at her feet, a horned diadem on her head, and a large cross on her breast, symbolizing the balance between fire, water, earth, and air. The scroll in her hands bears the letters TORA, meaning “divine law”, symbolizing the memory we carry about the past, present, and future.
She is seated between the white and black pillars of the mystic Temple of Solomon, with the Temple’s veil behind her embroidered with palm leaves and pomegranates growing on a tree shaped like the Tree of Life. The motif behind her throne is suggested in the pattern of The Empress’s gown, suggesting the two are sisters, one bringing life into the world and the other inviting the living to esoteric mysteries. In the Tarot of Marseilles, she wears a blue cape and red robe, unlike The Pope, who wears a red cape and blue robe.
Is it OK to do tarot everyday?
Tarot cards can be used as a daily guide for meditation, self-improvement, and growth. To build a routine, read one card a day for 5-10 minutes each evening, depending on your mood. You can choose from the Major Cards or use all 78 cards depending on your topic. For specific topics, use one court, such as Coins/Pentacles for money, Wands for work or social life, Cups for love, and Swords for decisions and philosophical questionings.
Follow your intuition and connect with your deck better. 2 Cards readings are ideal for answering simple questions, such as whether to continue putting effort into a relationship or if there will be positive outcomes.

What gender is the world Tarot card?
The World card represents the end of a cycle of life and a pause before the next big cycle, beginning with the fool. It is male and female, suspended between the heavens and earth, symbolizing completeness and cosmic consciousness. Full happiness is to give back to the world, sharing what we have learned or gained. The image of the woman, Hermaphroditus in Greek Mythology, shows wholeness unrelated to sexual identification but of combined male and female energy on an inner level. The image of becoming whole is an ideal goal, not something that can be possessed rather than achieved.
Robert M. Place in his book The Tarot explains that the four beasts on the World card represent the fourfold structure of the physical world, which frames the sacred center of the world, a place where the divine can manifest. Sophia, meaning Prudence or Wisdom, is the spirit or the sacred center, the fifth element. The lady in the center is a symbol of the goal of mystical seekers, sometimes Christ or Hermes. Whenever it comes up, this card represents what is truly desired.
Is The King of Swords A Boy or a girl?
The King of Swords is an older man who endeavors to ascertain the veracity of a matter and to facilitate communication through the sword, which symbolizes the pursuit of truth and the act of communicating. He is loquacious and forthcoming, yet also mendacious and mercurial, suggesting a profound grasp of his aspirations and the significance of veracity in his existence.
Which is the strongest tarot card?
The Fool is a card in tarot games, not part of the Major Arcana. In most games, the Fool is independent of both plain suit cards and trump cards, and does not belong to either category. Tarot decks originally made for game playing do not assign a number to the Fool indicating its rank in the suit of trumps. The Fool is one of the most valuable cards in almost all tarot games.
In tarot games originating from Italy and France, the Fool has a unique role, sometimes called “the Excuse”. In these games, the player excuses the player from following suit or playing a trump. At the end of the trick, the player takes back the Fool and adds it to their trick pile, giving the trick’s winner the least valuable card from that same pile. If there are no cards to give in exchange, the Fool is worth one point less and an extra point is given to the trick-taker.
In a minor variant option of French tarot, a player dealt trump 1 but with no other trumps or the Fool can make trump 1 behave the same as the Fool. In official tournament rules, a player in this situation must declare their hand and force a redeal.

Who made tarot in 2024?
Tarot is a 2024 American supernatural horror film directed by Spenser Cohen and Anna Halberg, based on the 1992 novel Horrorscope by Nicholas Adams. The film stars Harriet Slater, Adain Bradley, Avantika Vandanapu, Wolfgang Novogratz, Humberly González, Larsen Thompson, Olwen Fouéré, and Jacob Batalon. The story follows a group of college students who use a strange Tarot deck to gruesomely die one by one. The film was released in the United States by Sony Pictures on May 3, 2024, and has grossed $30 million worldwide.
The plot revolves around a group of friends who rent a mansion in the Catskills for Elise’s birthday. After tension arises due to Haley and Grant’s breakup, they decide to distract themselves by having Haley read their horoscopes with a box of strange tarot cards. The group receives various cards, including Elise’s The High Priestes, Lucas’ The Hermit, Madeline’s The Hanged Man, Paige and Paxton’s The Magician and The Fool, and Haley’s own horoscope, revealing the Death card.
Is the tarot movie 18+?
“Tarot” is a poorly made film that lacks scares, GGI effects, and memorable characters. The violence is abysmal, skewing closer to the 12A side of the 15 certification than the 18. The cast is poor, with Jacob Batalon being poorly drawn and making it hard to care about their demises. The film tries to be “Final Destination” by ham-fistedly foreshadowing the deaths in Haley’s readings, but it is genuinely laughable.
The trailer shows Elise being killed with a loft ladder, and the reading is a ham-fisted attempt to foreshadow a nasty fall. The music used to destroy any mood of foreboding or threat is also poorly done. Overall, “Tarot” is a disappointing film that fails to deliver on its potential.

Over the years I have searched for a deck that was my home deck, one that totally resonates with my heart and soul. The Bonestone & Earthflesh Tarot is the one! I have preordered 2 so I always have a back up and can hardly wait for its arrival. Hats off to Avalon and Ana for outstanding work!!
The artwork is very powerful. It s going to be the kind of deck that will draw strong emotional response to it. I love the high priestess. I love the fact she s facing the night with all light and colors inside her. Very interesting interpretation. The death is also very shamanic. I think shamanic is a good description of your deck. Amazing job ladies!
Oh my god, 😍❤️ FINALLY a deck that speaks to my soul. Such beautiful artwork! I cannot wait to buy this deck, I’ve been following your articles on YouTube for years and if anyone was going to get this spot on, it would be you. I’m so excited! Thank you for working as hard as you have to bring such a beautiful deck together and I can’t wait to read the guidebook as I’m sure it’s full to the brim with your wonderful wisdom x Also, from one mother to another, thank you for representing a beautiful depiction of a mother carrying her child, rarely is it shown in a deck and it really resonated with me. Thank you, Avalon!

Ana has created such beautiful artwork for the cards and your writing in the description box gives a glimpse of a great guidebook to come, Avalon! You both are a great team and you can be very proud of your work. Can’t wait to hold the deck in my hands and work with it, it already speaks to my soul from afar. The only thing I’d prefer differently would be the font … but that’s a minor thing. Blessings to both of you! 💛🙏🏻
When I paid for my copy, I think about half the Majors were done and that was it. It was the first time I’d ever bought an indie-published deck and I’d only started with tarot five months before. And the shipping cost to the US made my eyes bug out! O.o. Definitely a big leap for me, but I just knew it was going to be a really special, a deck I couldn’t miss out on, and it has not disappointed. It is powerful. I’m sure the guidebook will be fantastic as well. The music for this article is great, too. 😀 Beautiful job, ladies!!
