Yeah, Frost build with Frozen chakram and either Brand or Skycrown mace is pretty good. You can go lots of ways with this build, too. Add ice sigil, use speedster for cooldown stuff, Hex, etc. The basic chassis is just solid. Damage type thats hard to ignore for most enemies, good impact and decent range and speed with chakrams, and a solid weapon.
