Jeffree Star Cosmetics has announced the launch of their Conspiracy Collection, a collaboration between Shane Dawson and Jeffree Star. The collection, which includes an 18-pan palette and a smaller Mini Controversy palette, will be available on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics website and in all retailers that stock his products, including Morphe. In the US, the collection will be available at JeffreeStarCosmetics.com, Beautylish, and Morphe.
The Conspiracy Palette is the crowning glory of the collection, featuring neutrals, pastels, and neons in shimmer and velvet finishes. It retails for $52 and is no longer available for sale on the Morphe website. However, Jeffree Star has confirmed that mini “Conspiracy” palettes are available for pre-sale and will begin shipping on November 12.
Since the launch of the Conspiracy Palette, it has already sold out worldwide and is predicted to generate $17.5 million through in-store revenue sales and another $17.5 million from online sales. The palette can be opened like a jewelry box with clips on the side, featuring a mirror with Jeffree’s and Shane’s logo on the side.
A restock is scheduled for March 2020, and the Conspiracy Palette is expected to be back in stock soon. The collection features 18 shades of Jeffree Star Cosmetics iconic eyeshadow formulas, including matte, metallic, and foil. Pre-orders and new orders are expected to be back in early next year.

However, they have since returned to the spotlight with Dawson’s new series, which explores Star’s new life in Wyoming. Why did Shane Dawson get canceled on YouTube?
Shane Lee Yaw, a YouTuber and author, has released two New York Times best-selling books, I Hate Myselfie and It Gets Worse, and his three channels have collectively accumulated over 4. 5 billion views. In June 2020, YouTube suspended monetization on all three channels and his books were pulled from shelves following a public backlash over controversial comments he had made in the past, particularly regarding underage girls and zoophilia.
Dawson was born in Long Beach, California, in 1988, to two older brothers and grew up in a low-income household. He graduated from Lakewood High School in 2006 and was bullied for his weight in school but later lost 150 pounds in adulthood. He became interested in making videos when he would hand in videos for school projects with his friends.
On March 10, 2008, Dawson created his YouTube channel, “ShaneDawsonTV”. The earliest video on the channel, “Kermit the Frog and Me”, was uploaded about four months later. He worked at Jenny Craig with his mother and brother but was fired in August 2008 after uploading a video of himself pole dancing and showing before-and-after photos of clients, saying that “all these people gain their weight back”. His mother, brother, and six other coworkers were also fired after the company saw the video.
In September, he uploaded a video called “Fred is Dead!”, which has since received over 25 million views. During this time, Dawson performed as various cultural stereotype characters in his skits, including ghetto girl Shanaynay, Ned the Nerd, gangster S-Deezy, Barb the Lesbian, a football jock/bully, an insecure girlfriend, a fashionably bulimic high school girl, Aunt Hilda, gothic girls, trans characters, and Guadalupe/”Fruit Lupe”.
Why did Shane Dawson change his name?
Originally named Shane Lee Yaw, Shane Dawson changed his name to Dawson due to the reluctance of casting directors to contact him, which he attributed to his perceived Asian identity. He selected the name after Jack Dawson.
