If you are struggling to defeat the guy you can attack them in the back then attack him in the back then use your horse to run away at the artist and spin then keep going straight then jump off your house the guy will get confused and then he will continue doing what he was doing but he will go left then keep repeating the same thing
I was under the assumption all the lightning incantations were dragon cult as most of them say as much? Jw. But tbh I usually just use bolt of granssax+9 with buffing incantations, the FP talisman from iji, godfrey icon and the scorpion talisman and that thing is a literal sniper and has saved me many headaches!
Wow so much wrong with this, why that seal.. ever. This is a dragon cult spell you are missing out on 30% damage that adds multiplicatively with the rest by using any other seal. Their is a small spell effect the plays before you cast any incantation and it says what school it is in most cases and this one is clear as day.
