Where Should I Go After Indivisible Chakra?

After destroying the Boss, activate the Chakra Gate in Tai Krung, Tai Krung, and Kanuul. The final gate is for fast travel, and you need to use the wheel to chase after Kala (use the Divine Wheel to go up where prompted).

After finding Thorani in the Ocean of Milk, return to Tai Krung and confront Anwu at the Tower of Wisdom at Port Meridia. You can then go back to Lhan for a final bout using the Chakra Gate.

In the Iron Kingdom, join Kampan’s position in front of the factory entrance. Ajna and her friends investigate the Chakra Gates, and you can find Nuna in Tai Krung City. With all the Chakra Gates open, you decide to meet Kala at the top of Mount Sumeru.

Back in Port Maerifa, retrieve Naga Rider’s Maha ability and go back near the Ashwat Village to the desert where Thorani first found you. You can’t fix anything until you get to Lahn, which makes up the last half of the game. Use the Sky Splitter and Nature Retribution to escape the basement of Lhan.

If you have opened all three chakra gates, you should be able to re-enter the Tower of Wisdom by standing in front of it and pressing up. After unlocking the three chakra portals on the three zones (city, water temple, and Iron Kingdom), you can do whatever you want.
