Once you reach level 12, you can visit the world of Golem Court and interact with the Gardening Vendor to learn the basics. From there, you can acquire gardening spells and tools, such as trowels and watering cans, to begin your gardening journey. Unlike regular spells used in combat, you won’t need any training points to obtain gardening spells. These spells are purchased for gold from specific vendors spread throughout the different worlds of the Spiral. Each vendor has a different set of spells for you to learn, allowing you to grow and better take care of plants.
After completing a tutorial quest line with Farley in Golem Court, you will be promoted to a Level 1 (Novice) Gardener and given a few seeds and your first four Gardening Spells for free: Small Soil, Medium Soil, Revive, and Plow. No Spells require Plant All to be trained.
There are 45 gardening spells available to learn spread over seven different spell trainers. You will eventually have access to the gardening trainer in the Jade Palace, Mooshu, who sells all the large-radius needs spells. If you are gold restricted, you should train all large area spells, 48 hours spell, and the level of the Khrysalis Gardener, Barley.
This guide will help you understand how to garden and essentials to becoming a Verdant Gardener in no time.

Kingsisle really needs to add more gardening ranks, a new world with new gardening quests, and more gardening plants/spells. I Can’t believe fishing has caught up gardening like this. Verdant Gardener, we need something like Exalted Gardener or maybe Enlightened Gardener, or maybe Zen Gardener. This could be at like rank 25. Maybe we could have plants that drop new snacks, new or better jewels. Gardening seems to have stagnated for a while. Nice article btw, I don’t really need help with gardening but it’s always fun to watch you’re articles and I can show other people who need help with gardening this article. Keep up the great work.
