Which Astrological Planets Retrograde?

Venus and Mars are retrograde approximately 7-10 times a year, while Jupiter through Pluto are retrograde for large periods of the year. These retrogrades in birth charts turn a planet’s energies inward, often felt more strongly by the native. The significance of a retrograde is deep and complex, as it is a transit in astrology during which a particular planet appears to travel backward in the sky from our perspective.

Outer planets like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are retrograde for about half the year, so a large proportion of people have these planets retrograde in their birth charts. However, the Sun and Moon are considered the luminaries and do not go into retrograde. Every other planet experiences retrograde periods, and retrogrades from these planets usually don’t affect individual lives too much.

There are currently four retrogrades happening simultaneously: Pluto is retrograde until October, Saturn is retrograde until November, and several planets that sit further away from the Sun, including Saturn, Chiron, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto. A total of five planets are going retrograde between May and September: Mercury, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. Inner planets Venus and Mercury appear to move in retrograde in a similar mechanism, but they can never be in opposition to the Sun as seen from Earth.

Power-hungry planet Pluto retrogrades for about five months each year, marking the end of its cycle. Retrograde planets, like Mercury, Venus, and Mars, bring challenges in communication, love, and motivation. Jupiter and Saturn prompt introspection and may cause people to experience time more slowly than others.

Which planets go into retrograde?

The outer planets, including Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, undergo 2–6 months of retrograde motion on an annual basis. This phenomenon is observed to persist for longer durations in regions farther from Earth, a phenomenon that is attributed to the movements of Earth-based observers.

Why are planets in retrograde bad?

Retrograde is a transit in astrology where a planet, often Mercury, appears to travel backward from Earth’s perspective. This period is associated with mishaps and slowdowns in life, as the planet slows its roll and moves backward, causing us to move more slowly and lose forward momentum. A small “R” next to a retrograde planet in a natal chart indicates that those celestial bodies were retrograde when you were born.

However, retrogrades are not necessarily a bad thing, and most people have at least one retrograde planet in their natal chart. Learning which planets are retrograde can provide insights into which parts of your life you might need to approach differently or do some internal work around.

What does it mean when 5 planets are in retrograde?

The phenomenon of retrograde motion can be conceptualized as an optical illusion that impedes the velocity of a planet’s orbit, thereby fostering a state of heightened mindfulness and reflection. The planet’s influence on the area in question is reduced during these periods, resulting in fluctuations in behavior, from bratty to demure and back again. Mercury is currently retrograde from August 5 to August 28 in the summer of 2024, marking the beginning of the retrograde phase.

What signs will be affected by Mercury retrograde in 2024?

Mercury retrograde is set to return in 2024, with three periods: April 1-25, 2024, August 5-28, 2024, and November 25-December 15, 2024. This period will cause disruptions and confusion in the sky. Although Mercury reverses three to four times a year, each retrograde phase offers its own unique style of calamity. The upcoming backward spin means that if you’re reading this between August 5 and 28, 2024, you’re in luck. Mercury’s retrograde phase is expected to bring disruptions and confusion to the sky.

How do retrograde planets affect us?

Retrograde planets, such as Mercury, Venus, and Mars, can bring challenges in communication, love, and motivation. Jupiter and Saturn prompt introspection and discipline, while outer planets like Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto encourage deep transformations. These retrogrades, which appear to move backward in orbit from Earth’s vantage point, are believed to bring about significant shifts and challenges.

Mercury, the most infamous retrograde, occurs three to four times a year and is often blamed for communication breakdowns, travel delays, and technical glitches. During this time, double-checking emails, backing up important files, and being patient with misunderstandings can help navigate these challenges with confidence and grace.

What are the 4 retrogrades?

What are the 4 retrogrades?

Mercury is not the only celestial body that appears to move backward from Earth’s vantage point. There are currently four retrogrades happening simultaneously: Pluto is retrograde until October, Saturn retrograde until November, Neptune retrograde until December, and Uranus retrograde until next year. Jupiter will go retrograde in October and Mars will go retrograde in December. Mercury is the fastest moving planet and celestial body closest to the sun, which represents self-image and identity in astrology.

As a result, when discussing a retrograde coming up or happening, it is likely to revolve around Mercury retrograde. This information helps determine which area of life is being affected by a planetary backspin.

What are the 5 retrograde planets in natal chart?

The sun and moon never retrograde, but outer planets like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto retrograde annually for up to half of the year. If you’re born with Uranus and Neptune retrograde, you’re not the Chosen One. However, understanding their placement in your chart can help you understand the challenges and opportunities they present. The ruling planet in your chart, Mercury, Venus, and Mars, is the most personally significant retrograde.

Mercury retrogrades three or four times a year, for about three weeks at a time, usually in the same element. This retrograde is particularly infamous due to its influence on individual health, interactions, finances, and daily life. According to Cafe Astrology, around 18 people are born with Mercury retrograde, including Angelina Jolie, Robert Downey Jr., and Mae West. Understanding these retrogrades can help you navigate the challenges and opportunities they present to you.

Which planets undergo retrograde motion?

Which planets undergo retrograde motion?

Retrograde motion refers to the motion of a body in a direction opposite to the direct motions of most members of the solar system or other astronomical systems. Major planets revolve counterclockwise around the Sun, while Venus and Uranus rotate counterclockwise on their own axes. A minority of known satellites display retrograde revolution, including Jupiter’s four outermost moons, Saturn’s Phoebe, and Neptune’s Triton. Uranus’ satellites’ orbital planes are tilted so greatly that their motion is either retrograde or direct.

All known asteroids’ revolutions around the Sun are direct, and only a few periodic comets, such as Halley’s Comet, move in a retrograde orbit. A separate sense of retrograde motion refers to the apparent brief reversal of a planet’s motion as seen from Earth, depending on the difference in orbital speeds of the planets.

How to identify retrograde planets?

Planets appear to slow down and become stationary from Earth’s perspective, causing them to appear to move backward in the sky. This retrograde motion is due to the Earth’s orbit, with the Sun and Moon never retrograding. Retrograde planets are marked by R or Rx in the natal chart or ephemeris, while Mars R or Jupiter Rx indicate that these planets were retrograde at the chart’s time. Saturn retrogrades for 140 days, while Jupiter retrogrades 120 days, Mars retrogrades for 80 days, Venus retrogrades for 42 days, and Mercury retrogrades for 24 days. Each planet has its own percentage of time when it must retrograde, with Saturn at 36. 39, Jupiter at 19. 76, Mercury at 09. 33, Mars at 07. 22, and Venus at 30. 24.

How do you feel when planets are in retrograde?

How do you feel when planets are in retrograde?

In astrology, the inner planets of Venus and Mars are called “personal planets” and are felt more within our individual experience than the outer planets, which operate less within our everyday reality. Despite the long line-up of outer planets still in their backward spin, there is the experience of finding clarity and our way forward once again. Our journey within this human experience is non-linear and filled with cycles of transformation, routine, excitement, adventure, and outward exploration.

However, many of us are invited to mimic the planets in retrograde and go on our own retrograde exploration. This means sinking into stillness, reflection, and inward contemplation, allowing us to continue our forward movement in today’s world.

  • I’m here as I’ve a 3rd house Jupiter in Gemini Retrograde and I needed to understand me better! Gemini retrograde then will act like a Sagittarius? The education piece, wow! Hated school in my youth but here I’m half way through my MBA Management. My son is referred to as ‘the mayor’ and I think this boy will be a big time entrepreneur when he gets older. Wow Jupiter retrograde really resonated with me.

  • A rare astrological phenomena was called :- During the 1980 from 26th of February to 19th of March these four planets Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Mercury were in retrogression. The superior planets Saturn, Jupiter and Mars were into retrograde motion for long duration at that time just like it is during this year. Lucky us!

  • Thank you. I have natal retrograde Mars in Aslesha in the 8th. All my other placements make complete sense but my Mars sign has always baffled me. However, the instant I read about it actually being more reflective of Dhanishta a light came on in my head. Its so true. I have been dealing in real estate since 1983, I love music, dancing and travel, and I always seem to be in the right place at the right time. Awesome article! 👍👍👍

  • Retrograde saturn in Scorpio in 1st house. It’s true, I have major trust issues with other people, exactly like you said! And also I am very very impatient and often frustrated, that I cannot move forward more quickly and feeling misunderstood by other people constantly! I am trying to work on that this year very hard to improve myself, even before I saw your analysis.😅 Thank you! 🙌

  • I must add that retro Jupiter can also give problems with a father, especially in a female chart (violent father etc.) in their childhood. And later in life it can give a dominating, overcontrolling, overdemanding and self-rightous attitude towards everybody whom a person consider “lower” in status and/or his or her “property”, especially to their “own” children. In other words, it can show a very deep inferiority complex, which leads to inadequate behaviour.

  • Hi Ms. Gina… So true on Jupiter Retograde it’s my 7th house Lord & my darakaraka. I am in search of true spirituality even though I have found my guru in my early 30’s & received the knowledge of meditation 🧘‍♀️. Regards to relationship is true… connected to someone different from my religion & background and culture from Israel but find it difficult to form a meaningful bond. Spot on children… my eldest son is so different, he has his unique way. Break in education for me. Mars retrograde is my atmakaraka in my 5th house. Thank you 🙏 for sharing & I always enjoyed your articles because your insights & predictions always spot on.

  • 3:05 mind blown, this should be talked about more! Turns my debilitated Jupiter Rx in Virgo into exalted in Pisces. My Venus is also in Pisces, in tight opposition to Jupiter (tightest aspect in chart). The Jupiter Rx sign-change to the home of its opposite really seems to alter the dynamic of the opposition in a major way🤯🤯

  • I’ve got both Saturn and Jupiter Retrograde. It just blows my mind because you gave the example of my Saturn (debilitated in 5th house) and Jupiter (Atmakaraka). So both have Silver LININGS and very very big importance in my life. Jupiter Rx being AK and 1st house in Karakamsa Lagna? It’s obvious how intense the focus is, and how the karmas are strong… All playing out in my 3rd house. Saturn is Deb in 5th house. My difficulties in expression, childhood, creativity was my biggest frustration. True to your analysis, it does get better. Then again, it spoiled the houses ruling it. The house of Jupiter Rx AK is in is also spoiled. Pretty much these two Retrogrades are entangled. Really intense. But important for growth. I loved this article. Thank you for providing us these secrets!

  • A very important teaching not discussed openly from any religion but written is u r here to exhaust ur karmas and get liberated.u having good life is ur karma u having bad health is also karma . If u r suffering u r actually exhausting ur bad karma of past lives. On earth with each suffering u exhaust bad karma faster and with spirituality u increase ur chances of liberation faster on earth. This is the reason some people who know this secret don’t allow themselves to treat with modern medicine to increase the life span . They live what is allotted for this lifetime and they want to leave when karmas are exhausted. Mercury retrograde with jup venus sun in cancer 5th house with aspect of moon from 11th house here.

  • Thank you, Gina. Great article as always. However, I do wonder with point number 7, where you mentioned that houses ruled by retrograde planets can be spoiled. In a birth chart I know, Mercury and Saturn are retrogrades, they rule 2nd & 5th, and 9th & 10th respectively. They are not debilitated and Saturn is Vargottama, and yet she got her permanent office job and promotion during Mercury-Saturn MD-AD period. So I wonder what this point means exactly by houses ruled by them being spoiled..

  • Firstly thank you Gina, for your inputs and knowledge shared . Loved this part of article as it’s bingo on theory of Vedic astrology and coming straight from Guru 🙏 SR Ji. Also this supports the theory of SBC as seen through clearly, and the way you have given nice explanation of the retrograde planets, highlighting karma quest, which supports the theory, which we have been learning and in process of finding more in Vedic astrology . Appreciated for more such insightful articles, with graphic and example of charts 👍💐

  • 21:23 jupiter retrograde in 4th house of Sagittarius ( Virgo ascendant) personal experience in jupiter Mahadasha is extremely bad . Moved out exactly at the start of Mahadasha for education (did not work out) unemployed inspite of trying a lot . Weird problem of losing my room to extended family members who come out of the blue and don’t seem to leave . Plus have been living in rented houses since start of mahadasha

  • Amazing research and analogy ….finally YouTube has another grt scholar ….thanks for including PT. Sanjay Rath sir findings ….it’s Subs 🙂 …just a month ago I got my chart being read by him ….started finding out truth in my life for rest of my 36 yrs….pls keep sharing ur finding n research …it will always be seen in future ….

  • i have mercury, mars, and jupiter rx in my natal chart and can’t believe it took so long to watch this article. i have mercury atmakaraka and vargottoma in virgo in the 1st but it makes soooo much sense that it is actually in pisces 😭. i am extremely disorganized, have adhd, and bad at research and focus. i definitely struggle with deadlines and operate from my superconscious. i guess i am here to learn about that. it does help with my spiritual path though, probably, ultimately.

  • mercury atmakaraka and lagnalord retrograde in 8th house capricorn in dhanishta . its exalted and in 8th house in navamsa and sits with ketu .can definitely resonate when u said that i have a very strong desire to achieve a very specific purpose in this life since i always feel restricted as well as guided through very unique and absurd means giving me the impression that something higher is communicating to me through unique circumstances.

  • Dear Gina, this was very informative, thank you, I am a happy new subscriber 🤗☀️ Could you please help me understand the 4.th aspect. I see the degree of individual retrograde planets (in my case Jupiter, Rahu, Ketu, Pluto) but how do I know is it a late or beginning stage, how do I judge that? Thanks a lot 🙏🙏

  • Great article! Can Ascendant lord retrograde (Saturn) show a late bloomer personality? Aq rising with Saturn in 12th house. I’ve always felt I’m on a different timeline as compared to my peers. I’m 29 and not been in a relationship and frankly genuinely wasn’t interested till at least age 25-26. I’m an absolute loner..never found friends I liked..but I also have Rahu in the 11th house.

  • Dear Gina, I have Jupiter Retrograde in pisces 27 degrees revati (first house), also Rahu in the same house 7 degrees in Uttara Bhadrapada; Ascendent 11 degrees Uttara bhadrapada. I Had many different consultations and none could explain the effects. Is this guru chandal yoga? Is this Jupiter retrograde acting as debilitated because it is in its own house (pisces)? I cannot find answers online, please let me know if you are available for consultations in London! Thank you

  • the retrograde planet will only act as the opposite sign. I have Jupiter in Scorpio and its retrograde so it behaves like it’s in Tauras, i become fashionable,i concentrate on delicious food i present myself nicely in Jupiter Dasha. but it gives the results of Scorpio, only behaves like its in Tauras . jupiter in 11th – cap asc .

  • A retrograde planet gives the result of its opposite house only if the opposite house has a greater number of planets than the house in which the planet is and while counting the planet exclude the planet into consideration which is retrograde and then compare. If the opposite side have more planets then the retrograde planet will give results of the opposite house..

  • Point number two is absolutely true. Venus in cancer retrograde in D1 and D9 it’s Pisces. So venus in capricorn and virgo stuff I experience. Like I get partners who are extremely meticulous, detail oriented and routine lovers, workaholics, likes to be logical and practical always. Absolute opposite of both pisces and cancer signs means. And venus is my AK! fuck! 🤣

  • Retrograde Planet\tKey Characteristics and Effects General Retrogradation\tRetrograde motion is an optical illusion where a planet appears to move backward from Earth’s perspective. This makes the planet appear larger and more significant astrologically. Saturn\tWhen retrograde, Saturn’s effects are intensified. If exalted or debilitated, it acts as if in the opposite sign. Retrograde Saturn highlights karmic lessons related to responsibility, discipline, and limitations. Jupiter\tRetrograde Jupiter focuses on internal growth and philosophical or spiritual reevaluation. It often delays but enhances wisdom and expansion. Jupiter retrograde can change the expression of faith and beliefs. Mars\tMars retrograde can indicate past aggressive or warlike actions that need resolution. It increases internal drive, can cause fluctuations in energy and ambition, and sometimes leads to internalized anger. Venus\tVenus retrograde suggests past life relational issues that need healing. It affects expressions of love, art, and financial matters, potentially leading to unconventional relationships or financial strategies. Mercury\tWhen Mercury is retrograde, communication, cognitive processes, and travel may face repeated revisions. It suggests a need to rethink, relearn, or correct one’s way of thinking or communicating.

  • Could you please clarify point #4? As I understand, the faster the retrograde planet is moving, the more intense its focus is, but just before it stops and switches to normal motion, the desire of the planet suddenly grows enormously? Am I understanding this correctly? Also, how much is considered “just before it stops”? Like, if, say, Saturn’s retrograde period is around 5 or so months, and somebody is born 5 days before the end of the retrograde period, is that the “very low” desire state or the “extraordinary” state? How much of the cycle, in percent, can we consider the “extraordinary” state?

  • I feel Elizabeth Taylor must have been Scorpio Ascendant… Because if we take Scorpio ascendant then we can very easily see why she married 8 times. 7th L Venus will be exalted in the 5th H and sitting with RAHU (Venus will be also 12th L) and retrograde Jupiter will be seeing this Venus… Saturn will also be seeing the 7th H ruler Venus… 7th L has the be overactive to give her so many marriages

  • Heya, I um was hoping you could give me some insight into this question, but I have jupiter in vigro and mercury in pisces both retrograde and both making a yoga which already makes them act like the opposite sign (bc their in each others planetarty Lord rulership) . Does this yoga take them away from their exaltation because their also retrograde?

  • Hello Gina,Wishing u a very Happy New Year💐😊 I’m Virgo ASC,4rth & 7th Lord Jupiter 7° retrograde & combust is sitting in 10th House in Gemini in Ardra Pada 1.. It Aspects my 2nd House of Libra Empty,4rth House which Has Venus, Mars & Saturn in Saggitarius & 6th House SUN 6° (Also my Darakarak) in Aquarius in Shatbhisha Pada 1.. My 7th Lord Jupiter and Darakarak SUN both are in the Nakshatra of RAHU..I wish to know wat does it mean about my future spouse? I would be Delighted to hear your words on this equation and the houses Jupiter is aspecting! 🤗❤😌

  • You mentioned that malefic grahas are good in kendra and kona positions when they are debilitated and retrograde. In general, Saturn and Mars are considered good in 3, 6, and 11 houses so would a retrograde Saturn or Mars in a neutral sign still be considered good if it is placed in a upachaya house?

  • Have you actually seen exalted/debilitated retrograde planets give opposite results in practice? I’ve personally never seen it.. e.g. I know enough people who have exalted retrograde planets which have given strong favourable results, likewise I’ve seen the dashas of debilitated retrograde planets be terrible for some

  • namaste gina and thank you for this knowledge. like you said an exalted/debilitated planet of retrograde behaves like it’s in the opposite sign, how do the other attributes of a planet affect its retrogression. for instance, conjunctions? or if it’s in a parivartan yoga? so for instance if venus is exalted and retrograde for aquarius ascendant and also in parivartan with jupiter who is in the fourth house, will venus behave like it’s in virgo in the fourth house?

  • What if saturn is retrogade in aquarius, 2nd house??? Will it make disasters and hurdles to my financial part of life??? I’m never good with income since young even venus is in 9th, jupiter and rahu in 10th, sun moon and mercury in seventh houses… however I revered shani as my guru and mentor. It will give me good results if I live hardworking, steadily and honestly. Most importantly caring those in needs and elderly..

  • Many are true mam. I have four planets retrograde in my natal chart. I am a Scorpio ascendant. I have 2 nd lord Jupiter retrograde in 8 th house in gemini 8 th lord mercury retrograde and in first house ( Scorpio) Lagna lord Mars retrograde in 9 th house cancer sign and in conjunction with moon 4 rth and 5 tg lord Saturn retrograde In 10 th house Leo. All u said is true

  • My son is due this august and will have 5 or 6 planets in rx. I’m most worried about Saturn because I have Saturn rx and my father passed when I was a baby. I hear that Saturn rx means relationship with your father. I’m so worried bc I’m in a happy marriage and really hope my son will have a good relationship with his father 😢

  • I have venus in retrograde in taurus in my 8th house and i checked the planet speed it says -0.35 degrees although I had never heard of ephemeris till today so Im not sure if that is the information im supposed to be asking about. I was wondering if this is the strongest type of retrograde planet? Unfortunately i have always related to amy winehouse since i was very young and surprisingly i have the same sun venus mercury conjuction as jack Nicholson and have very bad trust issues and high ideals for partners – so i am trying to stay away from relationships but everything has become much easier since I became receptive to the hidden light i always saw but not clearly

  • Hi, I am a Gemini ascendant and I have retrograde Jupiter + rahu conjunction in 5th house(libra) and I had literally 1000 problems during pregnancy but somehow the 5th house lord Venus was in 1st house and it saved me and my baby … I had the rarest liver disorder called the acute fatty liver during the 35th week of pregnancy.. I am starting my rahu mahadasha next year can you please tell me how that period would be for me please ?? I’m also having stomach related issues like bloating and chronic gastric issues … thank you

  • In the Navamsa D9 chart Saturn is retrograde placed in 10th house in Capricorn and Mars is retrograde in the 7th house in Libra both of them in the Aries Navamsa. Mars is placed here along with Mercury in the 7th House iin Libra in the Navamsa.. In the Lagna chart D1 Chart with Capricorn Ascendant Mars and Saturn are both Retrograde are placed in the 11th house in Scorpio. Can you please guide me on the effects of Mars and Saturn with this placement . Thank You.

  • It does not seem that a debilitated functions as an exalted one, or that any retrograde functions as the opposite sign. I already lived with someone, from Mars in Cancer, Saturn in Leo and Jupiter in Gemini, he was a lying man, he betrayed me, there was a time when he drank a lot, he never had responsibility and he was a cold person. All those retrograde planets. Moon in Scorpio, Venus, Sun and Mercury in Capricorn, only the houses relieved. Jupiter in the 3rd, Mercury, Venus and Sun in the 10th. Saturn in the 5th and Mars in the 4th… he was the most complicated person I’ve ever known, toxic and controlled himself not to be a bad person. other than the fact that he was always struggling and super ambitious, he would only give up something that could benefit him, if it was going to harm him. Anyway, maybe the planet looking at the previous house and sign makes some greater sense.

  • I don’t think it’s correct that a retrograde exalted/planet debilitated changes state. Other astrologers I have been learning from said this before – a planet debilitated is still debilitated even if it’s retrograde. Example: My Saturn (Cap 12th House to Aries 4th House in D9) – absolutely behaved Debilitated throughout my Saturn Dasha. He also happens to be my lagna lord, which made the harsh behavior worse. Perhaps you can shed more light on this? Would love for my D9 Saturn in Aries to act like an exalted planet – it’s also sitting with Sun and Moon, and even features in a Neech Bhang due to the Sun, but nah, it acted like a debilitated planet as I grew older. Which is true? How confusing. But then again, that’s a feature of retro planets. Let me do this ephemeris thing, perhaps that’s the clue. Edit: The retro started on 17th May and I was born ten days later. Can’t find any more details on the state. 🤔🤔 Mmm over time you say, let’s see. I hope you are right. Truly do, very hopeful insights. Thank you. Still not sure it’ll behave anything but debilitated… But let’s see. Thanks for your insight. 🙏🏻

  • Mars aires conjunction in 4th house, retrograde Saturn in 6th house followed by retrograde Jupiter in 8th house. There is a parivartan yog between 1st house and 6th house too. Please help me. I can’t find any way to get out of troubles. I still have courage to face any damn situation no matter what, but Im so tired.

  • Yes mam. My lagna lord Mars is debilitated and retrograde in 9 th house and is along with moon. ( Mars (R) with moon in 9 th house) I feel I am lucky. I get some help during my tough times. I also feel my life drama is written by god and I am just playing because everything happens just like that mam. Jupiter retrograde in 8 th house in gemini and aspecting saggitarius 2 nd house which has Venus sun conjunction. 8 th lord mercury in first house and is retrograde again Mercury retrograde and in first house Saturn retrograde in 10 th house I don’t know what will happen in my life but whatever happening is turning out to be good for me ( may be as u said because of debilitated and retrograde lagna lord Mars with moon in 9 th house).

  • Pronam 🙏❤️🙏 If it’s useful for anyone,I am sharing my situation with Mars R . He is in Cancer, 1st house. Retrograde as well as Bargottama. In its dasa, I went to a situation where I could not handle my anger and I use to punish my Son, for which till now I have a curse on my heart. I went to mental instability, where I had to take medication for anger . Anyone having this specific position, please be careful about your anger . My only regret in this life is, I hurted my innocent child, though our bond is inseparable. But, I didn’t knew I became a psychological patient, that time. I ask forgiveness from my son always for my deed and he loves me most. And after my dasha changed, my anger issue is much better. No longer need medicine. And, I became most popular parent among all children 🙏❤️🙏
