The Manipura chakra, located under the breastbone and above the navel, represents our individual power and vitality. It is related to self-esteem and confidence and is influenced by various energy points in the body. An imbalanced stomach chakra can lead to digestive issues, low self-confidence, and a lack of motivation. Healing techniques such as chakra meditation, affirmations, yoga poses, and the Mountain Pose can help balance these chakras.
The Muladhara/Root Chakra, which is associated with Earth elements, influences the health of bones, teeth, nails, and the Stomach Chakra, which links to minor Chakras like the Solar Plexus Chakra (Diaphragmatic Chakra) and the Navel Chakra. Low self-esteem may manifest as low appetite or gastrointestinal issues. To maintain this chakra, one should be bold in their style and public appearance.
The Manipura chakra spreads the fire element, bringing energy, warmth, and light. When underdeveloped, a person may be too thin, lacking energy and practicality. The solar plexus chakra, also known as Manipura or navel chakra, is responsible for digestion and personal identity. Balancing the solar plexus chakra can lead to changes in eating habits, emotional awareness, compassion, and connection with oneself.
When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, digestion runs smoothly and thoughts do not limit potential. Unbalanced chakras can result in low self-esteem, lack of self-trust, weak will, poor digestion, victim mentality, and difficulty taking food. Clearing up sacral chakra energy blocks can remove fear of allowing one to enjoy food.
