Shadow Bolt is a primary DPS spell that makes up 95% of your rotation, while Shadowburn is an instant burst of shadow damage. Warlocks are strong damage dealers with a large range of abilities, including placing curses on enemies and shooting powerful bursts of shadow or fire magic. To use these abilities, you can use a macro to imp Firebolt into all your spells in your rotation.
To put your pet in stealth mode, you can use the showtooltip (spellname) /startattack /petattack /cast (spellname) command. This will slow your pet’s movement speed by 40 and give you a 50 bonus to damage. The first attack from stealth receives a 50 bonus until cancelled.
As a warlock, you need to learn to use your pets, manage your threat, and collect Soul Shards. As you grow in levels, your strategies will change slightly. You can set your pet in aggressive mode using the PetAggressiveMode() command, which instructs your pet to cast its spell faster.
Warlock pet(s) do not attack when you cast Corruption or any Curse, but only when you cast direct damage spells like Shadowblot or Immolate. This will use any available trinket, cast (Metamorphosis), cast (Demonic Empowerment) when an Imp or Felguard is summoned, and cast your regular spell.
In World of Warcraft: Classic, there are various pet abilities available for the Warlock class, including Shadow Bolt, Shadowburn, and Immolate. To learn more about these abilities, check out the game menu’s keybinds and action bars.
