Kurt Donald Cobain, the lead singer of American rock band Nirvana, was a sensitive boy growing up in Aberdeen, Washington, at the tail-end of the 1960s. He showed interest in music from an early age and formed his first band, Fecal Matter, in 1985. On March 25, 1994, Nirvana’s former manager Danny Goldberg joined nine other people at 171 Lake Washington Boulevard in Seattle to beg for Cobain’s life. Kurt was killed because he was threatening to break up Nirvana.

I’d like to contribute something. When it happened, of course, we were fucking devastated. Our hearts were shattered. But we were right THERE, adjacent to and fresh off all the interviews, fresh off of Rome which was his first serious publicized attempt. Before this “legend of Kurt” craziness. And we remember this too… Courtney revived him from overdosing SO MANY TIMES, she lost count. She described being alone with him as his eyes rolled back and he went cold and limp, having to slap him, pinch him, put ice cubes all over him to wake him up. Kat Bjellan described seeing him like that too and Courtney revived him. So I ask you, why in the fuck would she “have him killed” when he was so hell bent on doing it himself?? All she would have had to do was say she was asleep, in the tub, whatever. She is the reason we got to have Kurt around as long as we did! It sickens me, and it would sicken him too, the way she’s been treated after his death.
I wish Kurt never met her. I don’t know if she killed him physically herself or if her drugs and the way she treated Kurt killed him? But I really do feel like if Kurt had never met her he would still be alive. She just went along with using drugs with Kurt and she could have stepped up and helped him if she really cared about him. Seems like it would be fairly easy with modern DNA tech to verify if she’s related to Brando. I lived in Seattle 89-93 and once met Love and Cobain at The Vogue but had no idea who they were about to become. The death of Cobain still causes me to feel sad so I rarely think about it or listen to Nirvana…now I’m sad again.
I just saw a article about some of the things that were in Kurt’s autopsy that were not ever mentioned to the public. He had a gash on his leg, several needle marks in both arms, pills that were mixed into his drink, numerous pills being tested in his system including heroin. Dr. Cyril Wecht maintains that the original dose of heroin, that turned out to be Kurt’s last dose. Was such a high dose that Kurt passed out before being able to untie his arm, pull down his sleeves, put the needle etc. away, and make sure that his ID was out. Let alone pick up a shotgun, that exceeded the length of his arm. And fire it inside his mouth. (According to police photos there was a cabinet behind Kurt while he would’ve been seated on the floor) Friendly reminder; heroin in the blood dissipates as time elapses. Kurt died on April 5th and his body was discovered on April 8th. The coroner wrote in Kurt’s autopsy. What Kurt’s blood heroin level was for April 8th. Not the amount of heroin that went into Kurt’s arm for the last time.
I saw Hole play live in Seattle and the show was FIRE!!! Right up front and center I witnessed her raw power and talent and OMG she was easily the most stunningly beautiful woman I have ever seen. I am sad she felt the need/desire to alter her nose. It perfectly fit her striking large features and made her completely unique. I miss who she was. So gorgeous and perfect without plastic surgery.
Despite being controversial and a very unpleasant woman, I don’t think she have anything to do with Kurt Cobain suicide. Back then, it was very clear for everyone that it was self inflicted. Also, as someone who took opiates for years, I was told a few times that “I should be dead” when they saw how much I had in my after having a blood test.
Ya know. Courtney was a hostage. She stood to inherit a lot of money from her mothers side of the family. They were more concerned about that money than anything that was child named Courtney. And we see this all the time in family courts. Where lawyers use the most undignified process of law to destroy the other side not caring about the child caught in between. The mother sent Courtney off to boarding school and her dad continued to make contact. Sure, Courtney is probably a narcissist today. How else does one protect themselves from the belief they are only what they’re financially worth. It’s hard for these people to endure true unconditional love. Who’d ever thought Cher would try to become the controller of her son’s fortune from Greg Allman. Hank Harrison’s did an interview a few years ago. I could still see the competing parent in him but also saw a dad who felt loss. That loss is the time he can’t ever get back. And Courtney was forced into being.
It makes me wonder why people like her get celebrity status and rich, while people like Kurt Cobain who had tremendous talent and was so real and human, kind and loving, didn’t get to live a long life. Hmmmm…Kurt never wanted to be rich, he just wanted to play music. I have no respect for Courtney Love. She is a liar and a phony person and I strongly believe that she was involved with Kurt’s death.
Let’s get something straight. The REAL ‘grunge’/ garage music BEGAN in the early 80s to late 80s. Nirvana was a second generation. The Label K tattoo on his forearm was a reminder to himself of the REAL independant music circuit. Love was jealous of his admiration and respect for the artists out of Oly, Wa. / Evergreen College…..HIS role models. Courtney hated ANYONE that posed a whiff of a threat to her ego. She was nothing but a power from beginning to end.’ Baby doll’ dresses with boots, bleached blonde hair, red lipstick, etc were styles she COPIED, lol. Her thirst for recogntion and fame is what killed Kurts spirit long before his physical death.

Im sorry but if you do the actual research and the expert that wrote the literature/book on crime scenes and how your suppose to handle them, he has stated the mistakes were numerous in Kurt’s death and it should be re evaluated from a outside state because Seattle pd would never admit they messed up an could be wrong. If it had been an overdose, nobody would have asked a thing after Kurt’s death. Hell, even her Dad is on record saying she had Kurt killed. wtf!
