Why Amulet Of Marriage Is Not Mine Stardew Vaslley?

The Mermaid’s Pendant is an item in Stardew Valley that allows the player to propose marriage to a marriage candidate. To acquire it, players must raise their relationship level to ten hearts and give a bouquet to the marriage candidate. The Old Mariner, an NPC on the east side of the beach, can be found in town.

To get the pendant, players must reach a 10-heart friendship level with a marriage candidate, which requires giving them a bouquet at 8 hearts of friendship. They must also have purchased and completed construction on the first farmhouse upgrade. The Mermaid’s Pendant can only be obtained when it’s raining and can be obtained by going to the beach and finding the Old Mariner on the second beach under the trees.

The Old Mariner sells the Mermaid’s Pendant for 5,000 gold, but it is impossible to receive it in winter as it does not rain for the entire season. Divorce is available for 50,000g from a book in the game.

In Stardew Valley, the Mermaid’s Pendant is sold for 5,000 gold if the player is eligible for marriage. If the player has a relationship with an NPC with 10 hearts and a bouquet has been given, they can purchase the pendant for 5,000g. Why is the Old Mariner not appearing in Stardew Valley?

The Old Mariner, a character in a rainy weather game, sells Mermaid’s Pendant, a marriage item. To buy it, players must reach the 10-hearts of a bachelor or bachelorette. Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. Common causes include the latest version of the Opera browser sending multiple invalid requests to servers for every page visited, using the Brave browser or Ghostery add-on, which send extra traffic to servers for every page visited, and using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary or permanent IP blocks.

Some unofficial phone apps may also use GameFAQs as a back-end, triggering anti-spambot measures to prevent automated systems from flooding the site with traffic. Continued use of these apps may cause IP block indefinitely.

Other common causes include using scripts or add-ons that scan GameFAQs for box and screen images, running a “scraper” or “downloader” program, using poorly configured browser add-ons for blocking content, and overusing the search engine with large searches in a short amount of time. If players promise to stop, their connection will be unblocked temporarily, but re-blocked if additional bad behavior is detected.

The pendant is referred to as an “old amulet” and cannot be gifted at the Feast of the Winter Star.

What do you even do all day Haley?

Haley asks a player two questions that could affect their relationship. The first question asks what the player does all day, which gives friendship points. The second question asks what the player should do that day, which gives twice as many friendship points. During Haley’s Heart events, players can choose dialogues that affect friendship, but it’s important to pay attention as dialogues can lose points. During the Ten Heart event, players can choose to decorate Haley’s dark room, leave, or kiss her.

If the player chooses the first two options, Haley will be annoyed but not lose friendship points. The third option offers a romantic scenario where Haley kisses the player and blushes, which doesn’t affect friendship but is a cute scene that players might want to see.

  • Right now I’m happily romancing Harvey I just have him the Bouquet an a thing I love doing is giving Harvey a coffee twice a week in the mornings as a in my head role play thing as me saying hey you’ve been working so hard here is some coffee for your hard work an I love it that in my head I can make some cute role play moments an explain my gifts out! ^^

  • Pro tip — don’t worry about giving them two gifts a week unless you wanna like “farm” relationship points with a specific person. Give gifts to them on their birthday and talk to them whenever possible, but mainly just gift on their birthdays. Honestly I haven’t missed a single birthday and I’m in Spring, Year 2 and I am top hearts with most characters. There are some I am not yet but I am sure by the end of year 3 using this method I will be. Birthdays are supercharged events, don’t sleep on them and don’t worry about the gift giving gfits otherwise. Save those “loved” gifts for their birthdays if for nothing else.

  • I like how I didn’t see a single comment about Alex- win him over with potato’s.. I think he likes that I have a good relationship with his grandparents too, giving all 3 gifts often, had cut scenes with them all, cut scenes made it happen for me getting my points up with him. I would walk thru town and cut scenes would pop up with him and it started happening with his grandma & grandpa too.

  • ok ik that a lot of ppl disagree but sam actually is such a good spouse sure he’s a literal man child, but his character ark and development is (in my opinion) THE BEST in the game and he learns to mature as he grows through your marriage also, he isn’t too affectionate but not too distanced (which i like, personally) like HELLO?

  • I LOVED this article! It was very helpful! I’ve been steady playing Stardew Valley for a while and FINALLY started interacting more with the townsfolk in year 2 of the game. What can I say? I’m no more social in real-life than I am in the game. Anyways, although he wasn’t very approachable to start, I started courting Shane.

  • I am currently playing my first ever stardew play through (I always wait a long time until I can afford the game) and Sebastian is my boyfriend right now. I was thinking about Abigail, too..maybe for another playrhroigh. So yeah, I played the game blind up to this point and Sebastian is my absolute favourite so far. Just the notion if him standing at the beach on rainy days staring into the vastness of the ocean, made me feel very invested and addressed, since I enjoy such activities myself. The article was nicely done. 🙂

  • Thank you so much iv been staying up for LONG amounts of time trying to vide a vide or just playing the game to get a chilled. Thank you so Fricking much this article is really helpful and i can finally work to getting the baby. also i didn’t know that they cant grow past toddler so that’s a awesome faceted!!! anagen thank you SO MUCH!!!!

  • The comment section is so funny lol. Welp, I’m only here to read other people’s thoughts. I downloaded this game last week and I’m currently aiming for 8 heart with Abigail. Truth be told, I’m married irl and I’m not the type to cheat. It feels so wrong so I decided to put “Verdos” As my character. That guy in an adventurer inside a story that I’m currently writing. Well, I’m an writer like Elliot. And, Verdos is single, doesn’t have anyone to ship with so I thought I might get an inspiration if he got married to someone in game. Also, idk why but… I call Elliot as a narcissist cuz… He’s very similar to my brother… And, I call Sebastian as the Coder. I call Shane as the SadSad. I call Harvey As Harvey. I call Alex as Musle Brain. I call Sam as Super Saiyan Guitarist. I call Abigail as the Strange Weirdo. I call Haley as the Mad Fook. I call Maru as the Star Weirdo. I call Lea as the Artist. I call Penny as the Teacher. I call Emily as the uhm… Supernatural Weirdo…

  • For me it’s Harvey. I’m gay🎉 and the other male npcs just aren’t that good looking besides Alex but all his gifts are too hard to obtain early game I don’t trust Sam could ever grow up to be a viable marriage option and Elliot makes me feel like lower class. Da bastion isn’t bad but he’s to goth/seen for me

  • I was really asking myself « what’s the purpose with having children in this game ? There isn’t really anything interesting… » but now I understand. Their existence true value is shown with a blobfish mask on their face. What am I saying… The true point of this game is to watch two children walk happily with the face on a blobfish on their noses. That is the real treasure of this game.

  • I found out a bad secret that I’m unhappy about. I’m on Beach Farm right now – I don’t know if this works on all the farms – and there are some wild bushes that start off growing there, which will eventually become blackberries or salmonberries. I accidentally chopped one down with an axe, and it didn’t grow back. I tested it, and chopped a couple more down, and none of them ever grew back. So, it freed up some space, but I was disappointed that I wouldn’t be able to pick berries there anymore.

  • GUYS. I found like an awesome way to make money fast in multiplayer. Okay so first you just craft or buy ONE quality sprinkler. You and your friend hit it at the same time multiple times. This will duplicate the sprinkler. The sprinkler sells for more than most crops+you don’t have to buy seeds. My friend and I did it and year one we had fully upgraded houses and both the wallpaper and furniture catalogs!!

  • hey, can you please help me? Im using the crops anytime anywhere mod because my farm is the forest farm and i want to plant in grass. But i didnt know that will change my game so the crops can grow out of season. Im on summer now and my strawberrys is still alive. I already change the .config but the strawberry are still there! So, i want to know how can i change the files so i can go back to spring 28. Which file i delete? please help me.

  • This is dumb. I’m on my first ever stardew valley playthrough, never played the game before, never heard of the game before. Yet every single “best kept secret”, I already knew about. Not even because of the internet telling me, but simply because it is impossible to miss by playing. So what’s the point of this article?

  • I have 1 billion luck in stardew valley. On my original farm, I have one rare capsule and two stone owls. And on a farm with my sister, we were fighting over where to put ANOTHER stone owl, and we accidentally duplicated it by me hitting it a bunch and her breaking it with a pickaxe instantly, so we timed it perfectly and got two. All by accident.
