  • 1:46 my birthmark showed back up in 3rd eye area/middle of forehead. It had closed or disappeared for a while & when I noticed it around the time I started perusal your manifestation articles, I went to work opening it with meditation. I had pressure and headaches the last few days and yesterday I GOT OUT ON OUR UNDEVELOPED PROPERTY IN NATURE, more than just touching a tree in my yard, and this morning I have a lot of pressure. First thing I took Benadryl bc my voice was really raspy and I still have the pressure and feel more like my old quiet self. My ears are ringing loud as well. I know this has to do with my third eye, it’s my birthmark and I inherited these abilities from my mom.
