The idea of reptilians, a conspiracy theory popularized by David Icke, claims that shapeshifting reptilian aliens control Earth by taking on human form and gaining political power to manipulate human societies. This theory has anti-Semitic and anti-immigrant roots, with believers believing that reptilian humanoids live. According to Icke, a new-age philosopher, reptilian humanoids have the power to shape-shift into human form.
Claims that Elizabeth and other members of the royal family were reptilian are unfounded and part of a long-running conspiracy theory. Anti-Semitic conspiracy theories are not endemic to any one political ideology and often blend and borrow from across ideological lines in their development. Both anti-conspiracy theory communities contain significantly fewer accounts, with Pro-Vaccination at 1,923 and Anti-Flat Earth at 1,650.
The idea of reptilians is not limited to those who believe in the global control of the Illuminati. Critics view Icke’s “reptilians” and other theories as anti-Semitic. Hollywood has been full of disguised lizard people, including Mark Zuckerberg, Taylor Swift, and Queen Elizabeth II.
The link between the reptilian conspiracy theories and antisemitic canards is the idea that both Jews and reptilians “infiltrate” places of worship. While the idea of reptilians is often viewed academically as irrational and anti-Semitic, it is important to consider the potential for these theories to be more accurate and relevant to contemporary political and ideological contexts.

📹 Conspiracy Theories and Antisemitism
Dr. Dave Rich examines the place conspiracy theories hold in the way antisemitism is expressed today.
Here is something to think about. If evolution is fact, which their seems to be enough scientific evidence to prove it is….Dinosaurs have been on this planet longer than any other species. What’s to say they didn’t evolve into two legged intelligent people? Ten years ago if I was told about all this I would have just laughed. But I’ve seen enough now to know anything is possible .
Testimonies about Jesus 30I can do nothing by Myself; I judge only as I hear. And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. 31If I testify about Myself, My testimony is not valid. 32There is another who testifies about Me, and I know that His testimony about Me is valid.…
“If you present evidence in the right order and don’t present evidence against, you can make a compelling case.” Well Buzzfeed, isn’t that exactly what you’re doing in this article to promote a viewpoint/case AGAINST conspiracy theories or the existence of lizard people? Not saying they definitely exist or not but conspiracy theorists are blamed constantly for cherry-picking information to support their theories but in in this article you’re also doing the same. You’re cherry picking certain points about this theory that easily seem out-there and ludicrous and promoting only those points which gives the viewer an automatic sense that this theory is crazy or baseless without providing other more compelling or grounded research/facts that actually support the legitimacy of this theory. No matter what standpoint or theory you’re promoting, you should always provide ALL aspects of information that go with it – both for and against so as to provide a balanced case. I think both sides can be blamed for cherry picking information and the ignorance or omittance of information that contradicts their own case or viewpoint.
I’m sure I’m not a lizard person, because I’m not in a position of power, but I do have scars and I love science and love to stick out my tongue, but it’s not forked. I do have red highlights. My wax in my ears prevents my super sonic hearing. I have hazel eyes. Yes I’m compassionate and feel different. Haha. This list sucks.
