At Disney Springs, Are Magic Bands Accepted?

MagicBands can be used in Disney Springs to charge purchases to your room and link your PhotoPass photos. They are available for purchase at most stores and restaurants in the Walt Disney World Resort, including gift shops in Disney Resort Collection hotels. Guests can use MagicBands to enter the park and use basic features, as long as they are staying at a Disney-run store. The biggest variety is World of Disney with specific stores like Star Wars. Guests can use MagicBand2, MagicBand+, or Disney MagicMobile to enter the park and use basic features. MagicBand+ is also available at Disney Resort Collection hotels. Guests can pay at nearly any store at Disney Springs, including restaurants, and most offer the AP discount and resort delivery. Some Disney bands allow users to interact with experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort using color-changing lights, haptic vibrations, and gesture recognition.
