To manage MagicBands or Cards, navigate to the “My MagicBands and Cards” page in your My Disney Experience account. Click on your profile to view your list of linked MagicBands. A MagicBand+ can be linked to one MyDisney account at a time and can be assigned only one ticket or pass at a time. A ticket or pass will remain assigned to the support.
MagicBand+ enhances vacations with customizable light-up themes, haptic vibrations, and more. Linking your tickets and passes for an enhanced vacation is possible. Unlinking a band from a MyDisney account will also unlink any admission media assigned to that band. To enter a theme park, both a valid admission and theme park reservation for the same park and same MagicBand+ must be made.
You can manage your MagicBands in the MagicBand+ section on the Disneyland app. For example, you can customize your MagicBand+, assign a ticket or Magic Key, and unlink it from one person. However, once a MagicBand+ is linked to a MyDisney account, it cannot be re-assigned. Once linked, they cannot be re-assigned.
The Magic Band Plus + allows for even more magical experiences at Disney theme parks, but with the unlinked version, you can customize it to your own. Unlinked means no one has ever linked it to a profile in a MDE account, which means you can link it to yours and use it. If the band had been linked to another person, it would be useless by anyone.
