I have been controlled for much of my life. I went through a lot of trauma as a child and as a young woman and it’s all been coming up to be cleared. I’ve been in deep hermit mode for over a year now. Really since Covid but really isolated since May 2023. I met my twin flame last August 2023 and my healing was catalyzed because of it. I write poetry that helps with releasing my trauma and I know it helps the collective as well because so many of us have gone through similar trauma – sexual abuse, self loathing, mother/father wounds, etc. Singing has also been a huge part of my life but I never pursued it. 12:01-22:48 I had such a heavy heart these last couple of days. Saying ‘goodbye’ to the fruit trees in my garden for the winter. During my ‘dark night of the soul/shadow work’ these beautiful plants have been my companions during my ‘hermit’ mode. perusal them from their blossoms to picking their ripe fruit; they have given me something to look forward to daily.
