Knowing that each (it will be less overwhelming if you start with the traditional 7) chakra is, or can be, associated with a tone, a color, a vowel sound (and thus particular harmonics), and a position in or around the body, one can tone (sing/hum) into/from the chakra–with awareness of it being situated along an axis running from the center of the Earth to the outermost heavens–“wiggle” the sound around, and release whatever snurgles are ready to be released from that chakra. While there are traditional color, sound, and vowel associations, this is actually an experimental, experiential and exploratory process. So you can start with the traditional mapping, but allow your inner experience to modify it. You especially want to emphasize the harmonics associated with the given vowel sound. So for instance, the lowest chakra has vowel sound “o,” red light, and the deepest pitch in your range…but if you feel any of those shifting as you “tone in,” then go with the flow. Hey you that are in pain…first: calm, listen to this, even if you don’t believe, and when you’re listening just breath.. breath… I know… its exhausting listen ” breath” of all that people who works with mental health issues…but it works…. Second: start to think in others .. you are not the center of the world. People who suffer so so much for food or even dream about have a phone or internet dummy!! Think and wish well, start to wish, whisper through your lips, if you want, or start a conversation with.. hmm.. maybe god, or goddesses, Angel’s, vampires… Whatever works for U. Talk or write your questions, thoughts and wishes.. Third: all of these things that I did, helped me and still works.. I have anger and fear so much that hurts.. I read all the beautiful messages and start to wish…and get this! I made a mantra, make one. Whatever works. This is me, chakra balancing and alignment. I really would like to see more of the beginners guide to meditation, i have followed you from the start, i can fully utilise each meditation you develop, but there are soooo many who still cannot meditate without help. Please please, put some out there for beginners, teach them grounding, like you used to. That helped me so very much, whilst going through the awakening process.
