I have MSI GL65-9SEK with SteelSeries Keyboard built-in, I noticed that after my windows updated to version 20H2 – OS Build 19042.1052. I can’t change my backlight RGB theme / Per-Key RGB Keyboard. I tried to uninstall/reinstall both the keyboard driver and SteelSeries Engine, it didn’t work. I also found out that in Device Manager my keyboard didn’t list “SteelSeries Keyboard PS/2” on it, also when I open SteelSeries Engine it always says “Please connect SteelSeries Engine Enabled Device”. I have submitted a complaint to SteelSeries and MSI, but I haven’t got any reply. Do you have any solution for this??
