Chakra Masculine Nurturing Imbalance: What Does It Mean?

The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, is the first piece of the chakra system puzzle. Its imbalance can lead to feelings of insecurity or financial instability, while an imbalanced heart chakra can manifest as difficulty giving. Chakra-focused yoga, when combined with intention, breath, and visualization, can be a powerful tool for achieving balance and harmony within the body.

Chakra balancing promotes overall well-being and inner peace. To address chakra imbalances, individuals can practice mindfulness disciplines, wholesome therapies, or energy healing. Understanding the signs of blocked chakras, their causes, and the importance of chakra balancing can empower individuals to take proactive steps toward holistic well-being.

The sacral chakra, linked to pleasure, sexuality, and joy, relates to our balance of masculine and feminine energies inside our energy field. The second chakra is linked to sexuality, and the fourth chakra is linked to the heart. An unbalanced masculine means suppressing the feminine, including feelings, intuition, and community, becoming shadow.

To help men balance and heal their feminine qualities in a gentle and harmonious way, it is essential to connect the Sushumna, the Earth element Chakra, to the other chakras. The second/sacral, fourth/heart, and sixth/third-eye are feminine in their default expression. All of the chakras have both emanating/masculine and nurturing (female energies of relation). As a baby is born, the root chakra becomes fully energized, and subsequent chakras become more balanced and harmonious.

📹 RELATIONSHIPS: the NO B.S. guide to masculine & feminine ENERGY

In this video – we’re talking about masculine and feminine energy. The main principle is that we need BOTH masculine energy …

Which chakra imbalance causes anxiety?

The throat chakra, which governs the mouth, tongue, and throat, is crucial for emotional and physical health. Blocked throat chakras can cause anxiety and insecurity. Eastern traditions believe there is an interconnection between emotional and physical health and the seven energy centers known as chakras. However, research on chakras and their role in anxiety development or management is limited. Chakras are wheel-like energy centers in the body that affect physiological and emotional functions, and emotions, lifestyle choices, and thoughts are also believed to affect chakra function.

What is the masculine energy balance?

Our daily lives are influenced by a mix of masculine and feminine energy. Masculine energy is driven by DOING and achieving, while feminine energy is intuitive and oriented towards receiving and allowing. Balancing these energies leads to a greater sense of harmony and fulfillment. However, striking a balance between these energies can be challenging, especially in a world that values doing and achieving.

One personal experience highlights the importance of finding a balance between productivity and being a doer. After four years of college and career, the individual developed serious gut issues, leading to the diagnosis of IBS. Despite trying various diets, probiotics, and food allergy tests, they ultimately gave up and accepted the condition.

Interestingly, the individual noticed correlations between their workload and gut problems. Visiting vacations or meditation retreats led to significant improvements in symptoms, and improvements during weekends. Over time, the individual realized that their tenacious productivity, which was their greatest source of pride and purpose, was also the source of their illness.

What chakra is related to testosterone?

The sacral chakra, located in the pelvic region, is associated with creativity, sexuality, abundance, and self-respect. It connects with reproductive organs like ovaries and testicles and produces hormones like estrogen and testosterone. The solar plexus chakra, located above the navel and below the diaphragm, is associated with determination, power, courage, and the fire within. It also produces hormones like insulin secreted by the pancreas.

The heart chakra, located at the center of the chest, is associated with virtues like compassion, forgiveness, and awareness. Its functions are connected to the thymus gland, producing Thymosin and Thymopoetin I and II.

Which chakra holds trauma?

Which chakra holds trauma?

The root chakra is a fundamental energy center that is shaped by various events, including financial traumas, loss of home or land, and relocations. These traumas can lead to the belief that the world is dangerous and that we are victims of it. This can result in feelings of anxiety, a desire for a predictable life, and a lack of acceptance of life’s experiences.

However, all traumas are a root chakra phenomenon, and the unbalanced root chakra often harbors unrealistic hope that it will never undergo sudden and unpredictable changes. This accumulation of traumatic incidents can lead to a “no” to life, preventing us from fully embracing life’s experiences. This can sometimes lead to escapism and fantasy.

A significant portion of our mental turbulence is the result of untreated traumas stored in the root chakra. Unresolved memories can also transform into physical pains that spread throughout areas governed by the root chakra, such as legs, feet, and the muscular and skeletal systems. By addressing these root chakra traumas, we can better navigate life and navigate the challenges that come our way.

What does masculine energy attract?

What does masculine energy attract?

Masculine energy is characterized by taking action, being strong, stable, and self-confident. It is protective, making fast decisions, and seeking direction and purpose. Masculine people use words more than emotions and seek freedom and love acknowledgment. They are represented by the left brain and are creative, practical, and visionary when used appropriately. However, misuse can lead to ego, anger, resentment, and inner conflict.

Feminine energy is creative, inspiring, nurturing, supportive, and desires love. It is intuitive and empathic, flowing fluidly and emotionally. Feminine energy is fluid, stormy, emotional, passionate, and craves to be seen, admired, and appreciated. It is intelligent and loving, containing compassion, emotion, and empathy. Strong in feminine energy, individuals have a strong connection to their body and intuition, making decisions based on their heartfelt feelings.

Feminine energy is receptive and represented by the right portion of the brain. However, being too much in feminine can lead to weakness and loss of personal power. Research shows that neurologically, we are all a mixture of both masculine and feminine traits, and understanding this difference can help individuals navigate their unique personalities and relationships.

What does chakra imbalance mean?

An imbalance in the root chakra can result in a range of symptoms, including anxiety, fear, nightmares, eating disorders, and physical issues. Nutrition can be utilized as a means of establishing a sense of grounding, whereas a deficiency in nourishment can facilitate the attainment of control. To reestablish connection with the root chakra, one may engage in activities that facilitate grounding, such as walking barefoot on sand, grass, or dirt. Furthermore, yoga poses have been demonstrated to facilitate the activation and balance of the root chakra.

Which chakra is associated with masculine energy?

Which chakra is associated with masculine energy?

The chakra system is composed of six even-numbered chakras, which are concerned with the feminine qualities of relaxation and openness, and the odd-numbered chakras, which are concerned with the masculine endeavor of applying our will to the world. These chakras move energy through our systems, creating warmth and heat, while the even-numbered, feminine chakras cool things down, attracting energy inward. In the modern world, the masculine energy of action and expression often overrules the feminine energy of wisdom and acceptance, leading to increased stress.

Many people have an imbalanced work ethic and find little time for enjoyment or relaxation. To maintain harmony, we need to complement our lives with relaxation and receptivity. In yoga, a practice that combines strength, flexibility, effort, and softness (Sthira and Sukham) is essential. Any imbalance in our yoga practice will be mirrored in our chakras. The first three chakras, starting at the base of the spine, are chakras of matter, which can be opened more fully when we work through these physical chakras.

What are the symptoms of a misaligned chakra?

A lack of equilibrium within the root chakra can result in a range of health concerns, including degenerative arthritis, knee pain, sciatica, eating disorders, and constipation. Emotional imbalances can impact an individual’s ability to meet basic survival needs, such as securing financial resources, obtaining shelter, and accessing food. Balancing this chakra provides the individual with support, connection, safety, and groundedness, thereby ensuring a sense of safety and connection to the physical world.

How do you fix unbalanced chakras?

The practice of chakra healing can be facilitated with the assistance of friends or partners through a variety of techniques, including color visualization, sound healing, candle healing, meditation, nature walks, and yoga. Sound healing is particularly conducive to the first chakra, as it is closely associated with survival, safety, and security.

What chakra causes hormonal imbalance?

The sixth chakra, or third eye, is of great importance for maintaining hormonal equilibrium. It is connected to the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, growth hormones, and metabolism, and plays a crucial role in hormone secretion.

  • Women who have been through trauma or didn’t have a nurturing mother growing up have learned more masculine behaviors. Ex: staying stuck in defense mode, fighting for power/control, having trouble submitting to authority, etc. it’s a defense mechanism and if a woman becomes loved and nurtured the right way (feeling safe esp) she will naturally evolve into her authentic self.

  • I am very feminine in my looks and the way I present myself, but I have a very masculine demeanor. My partner looks very masculine but has a more soft, gentle energy to him. I am very business orientated (work in sales) he’s a creative and a free spirit. We balance each other out perfectly even if not in the traditional way

  • I’m a woman with more masculine energy but I am not attracted to males with more feminine energy. It’s a turn off and I feel like I can walk all over them. I feel most attracted to males with high masculine energy even though we do tend to butt heads but if they’re more masculine than me it works out because I tend to not fight back as much.

  • Wow, I just realized how crazy accurate this is. The last relationship I was in the guy had a very feminine energy as do I. So we both butted heads all the time.. now I am with a man with a very high masculine energy & we just flow so well together. I am also trying to unlearn all the masculine energy that I had to learn in that relationship that didn’t serve me well.

  • This explains perfectly why I’m so attracted to the guy I’m currently dating – he’s very work oriented, focused, driven, always decisive and in charge. It makes me feel like I can let my guard down and let him take the lead, and I like it. I am the eldest in my family so I previously had to be in charge and solve a lot of problems at home – constantly being in masculine energy mode was exhausting. But now I’m so in my feminine energy around him and its the most wonderful feeling.

  • Let me just say to everyone. If you are attracting a partner that has a wounded masculine or feminine, THAT IS YOUR MIRROR. it IS WHAT YOU Need TO HEAL within yourself. The person is not the problem. YOU have to heal these parts of yourself ! ALSO you can’t do “less or more ” of either energy. It is a balance of energies. Wether you are a WOMAN or MEN. You need to BALANCE these two energies. Look in the mirror there are two sides of you. Say hi it’s both your MASC AND FEM side. ANYWAY. If the man you are attracting is too “controlling “It is because your Devine masculine is WOUNDED. Same goes for feminine. You are your own Devine counter part. Heal yourself and you will attract the balance you seek within you & then outside of you. ☯️☯️ All is a mirror. As within so without. As above so below.

  • Yin and Yang ☯️ Polarity is important. I am a business owner and so is my boyfriend. Being a boss and having the responsibility to make decisions and actions necessary to get results, but my boyfriend’s masculinity makes me feel comfortable and confident to allow him to lead our relationship. So, I love being feminine with him. It’s so much fun to be feminine. He loves it and my spirit is free to express. It’s an awesome connection. However, I had to wait to attract the right masculine guy. I was not going to change and lower my standards. The right energy will work. He proves that he can be alpha in the relationship. I get to chill and watch him lead. ❤

  • As a woman, this is one of the best articles I’ve seen on masculine and feminine energies as well as relationship advice. So many websites project this insane hyper-masculine solution as the way to “get girls” without ever really even trying to understand us. I think it would be beneficial for both genders to communicate with one another and listen to figure out where the miscommunication is stemming from. Most of the time we have good intentions for one another, but are approaching the situation in an unhelpful way due to our lack of understanding of the other person. For example men trying to fix women’s issues when we just want them to listen or women trying to communicate passive aggressively which men don’t understand as well. Open, vulnerable communication is hard for both genders, but extremely necessary. Great article

  • I was in a year long relationship whereby the first six months i was emotionally unavailable (and very masculine) – she wanted me to be more open – and once she started pulling away towards the end I clung on (freaked out) started crying, being emotional, showing i did love her – I think I did what you said around minute 11 where I was trying to open up and be vulnerable, but went overboard and freaked her out causing emotional detachment. It’s been two months, 1 month since we spoke last just working on myself. Whether it’s her or someone else, I’ve learnt many valuable lessons for my next relationship and you helped flesh that out here. Thank you!

  • Can I just say THANK YOU for mentioning different sexual orientations on this article. With so many relationship and spiritual articles out there, it always seems they’re strictly focused on male and female relationships which sadly, as a gay woman it’s difficult to stay connected to those articles. Appreciate your versatility! Loving the content, as always!

  • Tomato soup: – 1 pint cherry tomatoes – 1/2 baseball sized sweet onion – 5 garlic cloves – handful of basil – 1/3 cup cream – roast the onions and in an oven at 400 until they’re darkened and you can easily pull the tomato skins off. Sear them a bit in a pan if you don’t have an oven like me. – blend all that crap with 1/3 cup of cream, basil, and some water to thin it out if need be. – I like to strain out some of the solids but if you’re a nerd who hates fiber you can strain out everything. The measurements here are estimates but this is something you can taste after every step so do that and adjust accordingly.

  • I have a good balance with feminine and masculine energy according to my astrology chart. I’m intuitive, nurturing and creative. But I’m also headstrong, impulsive and positive. I’ve been married twice but only in love once with a man with dominant feminine. He definitely brought out the best in me and I had so much respect for him. We weren’t able to be together very long, he passed away six years ago. But I don’t think I could be with a man without that fem energy.

  • As a mamas boy, I naturally have this more feminine side to me deeper down, but I have this more tougher masculine edge on the outside and just how I rub people off generally. I’ve always bashed the feminine side because I wish I was more masculine so I could “dominate” and be “more of a man”, but I’ve recently grew an appreciation for it and I’ve embraced it because it makes more balanced of a human being.

  • MASCULINITY is GREAT! The world today is messed up, not because of masculinity, but because of the shadow side of masculinity. Real masculinity is generous, takes care of the ones they are responsible for, contains, grows for others, builds great structures, envisions a great future and puts energy into it… There are so many traits of masculinity the world now is craving. Also on the feminin side. The passive agressiv, manipulative version of feminity has not brought us to a healthy place. Truly living the feminin is powerful, nurturing, creative, loving, inviting, networking, connecting, bringing the best out in everyone, creating (not just kids, but that one is quite impressive, too 😉 … so: YES Masculinity and Feminity have their powerful part in an integrated, healthy world!!!

  • This happened to me. I consider myself a masculine man. I met a very masculine woman at 18 and we usted to argue a lot. She was also broken and had a lot of trauma going on. I had a rather easy childhood and I had a lot more energy back then and was very naive. I was in a relationship with this girl for about 4 years and without realising I really started leaning more towards my feminine side to “help her through her trauma and avoid arguing”. When we broke up I felt like I didn’t know myself and I really struggled with my identity. Now it’s been a while and I’ve slowly gained my masculine energy back and have massively improved my life in several aspects. Now that I have more experience I can see how damaging to my character that relationship was due to my lack of experience. It never happened again and I learned how to stand my ground and to not allow any woman to step over my boundaries.

  • I’ve always been very masculine. Growing up a tomboy I didn’t really care about looks, until my 8th grade year when I realized I wanted to be liked by the opposite sex. Years later I’m tired of being so masculine I finally want to be a women I want peace I want patience. I was vulnerable with the wrong guy. I was finally letting go of always wanting control and always being the one who took course of action. Well he cheated on me had nothing to do with me more so him. The cheating definitely didn’t have me feeling safe anymore emotionally mentally or physically. I reverted back to being masculine because I had to protect myself again. i have a mortgage that needs to be paid utilities and a son I have to take care of. I learned he was very feminine and of course I attracted him due to my masculine tendencies. I believe I do need a masculine driven energy male because man finally being vulnerable and he stopped working stopped caring and just was emotionally driven. He broke up with me because i was “crazy, obsessed, and loud” everything he loved about me he suddenly hated.. so everything Clark says here is true i lived it. I’m diving into my feminine energy now that I am single and really want to create a balance for me. I have always felt lost and finally I am finding myself. My feminine was crying to be seen and when i finally let my guard down he of course reverted back to his feminine ways. It really wasn’t the cheating that messed me up it was the fact that finally my intuition was right and he made me believe i was wrong.

  • I’m experiencing this in my current relationship and they truly meant it when they said, “the things that first attract you to someone will often be the things that you can’t stand later on”. My boyfriend is 80/20 feminine energy and I’m 80/20 masculine. At first this was sweet because he was able to show me to tune more into my feminine energy and having a partner that was able to be gentle was a huge change. 15 months later I’m practically bald from ripping my hair out lol (100% sarcasm). It’s different for women, depending on the circumstance, to be driven when it comes to business and goals but when you have a male counter part that lacks that to a significant degree it’s a HUGE challenge to say in the least. For the women who WANT feminine boyfriends, keep the 80/20 balance for your sanity and thank me later. And if you’re a male with feminine dominant energy, it’s not a bad trait, but creating balance is key to success. Thank you Clark for this article! It was great 🙂

  • I love this. I recently started doing a deep dive into the energy balances (ying/yang) within us all. There are a lot of parallels with other mammals as well like the energy types within wolf packs (alpha vs.betas vs omegas ETC.) I agree with people naturally gravitating towards those who would compliment and balance them and serve to fill their inner deficit. Humans naturally seek homeostasis and balance at all times. That is within ourselves and externally as well. I think the main reason why relationships fail is definitely because individuals do not do the self work to become their most natural/organic and complete selves before they search for their partner. Thats why a lot of relationships fail because they “grow apart,” but actually the majority of the time, people are growing into their true selves and the relationship balance is being thrown off because that wasn’t the partner you were meant to be with in the first place. Intriguing.

  • My take on this article is that, contrary to what’s common around me, masculine and feminine aren’t plus and minus energy. They both are their own entity that coexist within a person albeit woman tends to have more feminine energy and vice versa. Balancing both energies is the key to live a better relationship, and even life in general. Thank you Clark for your insightful articles. Very clear and insightful.

  • This article! Empowering.Especially when speaking about ‘Toxic Masculinity’. Men are not the problem as you greatly pointed out. It’s the imbalance of energy that is. Growing up I had a a lot of men around me operating in their masculine energy who were feminists! Also, a divine moment for me happened when you mentioned about when women are sharing about their day, they don’t want a solution… They just want to be listened to! That’s major for me and makes complete sense why I want that! I have a lot of masculine traits and operate in the masculine a lot. However, this article helped me see how much feminine energy I have and how I can bring both into balance. Appreciate your content. It has been impactful for me!

  • I went on a date that lasted 9hrs recently and he was very feminine. He didn’t take initiative, he didn’t lead or even hug me goodbye. It’s hard for me to want a second date because I want a masculine man to lead me. The last person I was with was very masculine but I was unhealed fem and it sadly chased him away. I want to balance. But I realized being masculine made me so exhausted after this date, I felt depleted.

  • I am croatian and pretty much every country on Balkan had one year military for all men, and that was the time where guys left babysitting from they’r moms and been exposed to torture, order and discipline for one year. This one year prepared mens to everything that is going to challenged them in upcoming life . We see now how much problems are men confronting because they are in late 20 and still depending on they’re moms breast feeding 🤱

  • I have watched and listened to many programs on this theme. You have given me the best summary and detailed explanation thus far of on a subject which at first glance appears mysterious and complex. Probably because none of us have previously been taught about such energies and our true inner selves. That is now all changing thanks to these transformative times. Thank you.

  • It feels nice to hear someone say it’s ok to not be perfect.. but remind people that they don’t have to stay in that feeling. There are choices and adjustments we can all make to help reach whatever objective and/or you want to achieve. There’s a reason that doctors offices are called practices. Lawyers have legal practices.. life is practice.. no one has to be perfect or have it perfectly planned out.. it’s that balence that calms the mind to take on the life that you choose.

  • This is a great article Clark 😊 I agree with so many points you touched on. I appreciate the Sun/Moon and Venus/Mars symbols, as these are the Classic symbols of Masculine/Feminine Polarity. I like equating them to elements, Feminine energy is like water 💧 (Yin) and Masculine energy is Fire 🔥 (Yang). Where the Feminine energy is still, cool, calm, and collected. At its worst, it’s chaotic. It can be a bubbling brook, or a tsunami. Whereas the Masculine is active, energetic, fiery, and passionate. At its worst, it’s aggressive. It can be a cheerful fire where you warm your chilled bones, or a raging inferno burning everything in its wake. I also agree that men in particular aren’t the problem. It’s society as a whole, who sees Feminine energy as weak, and therefore lauds only Masculine energy. Feminine energy is needed now to restore balance. One day we’ll stop trying to figure out who’s fault it is that we’re here, and focus on where we go from here. Great content 😊 keep up the growth

  • For me yes I want to be a super successful woman.. and I know I’ll be a successful woman. But I also know how and why to be in my feminine energy when it comes to relationships! Now let me tell you how I do this.. I let the man lead. For example I don’t chase him or take initiative for dates, I let him do that.. I let him pay for our date. Basically I let him be in his masculine energy. And aslo in a relationship if your man isn’t a real masculine man then your feminine side won’t come out. And that’s a fact. So my main point is to balance your energies. That’s it Hope it helped 💗

  • As a female, I have about 83.7% masculine traits. Especially when it comes to my professional life, career and education. I am overly competitive and logical. I think in long term and take actions based on if something will benefit me. And I am attracted to such man as well. But it’s just hard to find 😅. Even if I do, they are more likely to be attracted to other women who have a high feminine energy.

  • I love the way you see things. It is very well explained! On the other hand, I find that it is not up to men to change their energy. They must stay in their masculine energy to move forward or continue to solve problems. It is your greatest strength to you men precisely. My opinion on the subject is that women need to stop putting their masculine energy forward by welcoming advice from men in problem solving. Men today are becoming more and more feminine and women more and more masculine. Why don’t we just go back to our initial energy?

  • I’m non binary and find it to be an interesting explanation. While figuring out my identity, I’ve discovered something similar in Zen teaching that a person needs a balance of these two energies within themselves. I appreciate that you didn’t go a typical route of saying “women should be this, men should be that.” Femininity and masculinity have no gender, and are just two words that we describe the concept through. I was very confused growing up about why one of the energies/ways of thinking should be attributed to one gender and the other to another gender. I think gender roles throw this balance out of whack often for people, so it’s important to recognize it and heal ourselves in that sense.

  • Great article! Excellent and extreme valid points you made and I couldn’t agree with you more!! 🔥🔥 Riddle me this; why are these such abstract concepts scoffed by the masses??!! I’m working on myself and loving myself enough to be secure & single by choice, very confident in divine timing and not eager to rush through my first real solo bit of time in 40 years. Everyone I know is constantly trying to pair me up, like I’m sad, weepy and pathetic or a leper! I like being single, why can’t my family deal with it?

  • I’m late but WOOOOOOOHOOOOO!!!! Yesssss. This is something my lover and I get into A LOT and I am often the one left hurt. I’m black, he is Hispanic so cultural difference is huge but as well as, my life background. 😬 yeeeesssh. And things only became worse after I became a truck driver -.- I have been needing some tlc in this topic. And from someone I trust. You are right in time brother. Thank you!

  • Love these concepts and so agree!! I’m curious – do you think the goal is to have a 50/50 balance of masculine and feminine energy within you? Or do we all have some natural imbalance in one direction or another that we’re meant to embody in our healthiest state? Your talk about balance at the end made me wonder about this. I find healthy masculine men make me feel like I can finally let go of trying to do both sides equally and finally relax into being the more feminine person I actually am. It feels so good to finally get to focus on giving my feminine gifts, and it really only feels safe to do that when someone I really trust is taking care of the more masculine side. But in the absence of healthy masculine men, in the past I’ve found myself presenting more 50/50 or even masculine leaning in a way that feels stressful, inauthentic, draining and even like… deadening. But because a functioning life requires both energies (and our masculine society tends to reward masculine behavior), it was my habit for a longggg time to present more masculine. I wonder if a lot of women feel that way.

  • You dint have to lean in at16:10 and throw thruth to my face just like that 😂 Anyway. I am a woman with masculine energy and all that you said is true. I was fixer. I was forced to make a shift to feminine side recently and i am having trouble maintaining balance now. Motivation and drive which was integral to me is lost.

  • Thanks man I really like this. I’m gay and in the gay community there is this really weird Masc4Masc thing which I find odd. I’m more feminine and I tried to act more masculine to attracts guys but I always attract guys that are too feminine for me. The relationships that have worked for me I’ve notice I was with a more masculine Man that let me be feminine without judgement.

  • We’re no strangers to love You know the rules and so do I (do I) A full commitment’s what I’m thinking of You wouldn’t get this from any other guy I just wanna tell you how I’m feeling Gotta make you understand Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you We’ve known each other for so long Your heart’s been aching, but you’re too shy to say it (say it) Inside, we both know what’s been going on (going on) We know the game and we’re gonna play it And if you ask me how I’m feeling Don’t tell me you’re too blind to see Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you We’ve known each other for so long Your heart’s been aching, but you’re too shy to say it (to say it) Inside, we both know what’s been going on (going on) We know the game and we’re gonna play it I just wanna tell you how I’m feeling Gotta make you understand Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you

  • Masculine is outward feminine is inward. That’s the simple truth there are infinite amount of aspects to it but the reality is masculine and feminine come together to share the moment. It’s easy for these two to share the moment with each other because they are both dependent upon each other. That is why opposites attract because one of each needs their opposite. This is the divine truth. Another divine truth is time. always respect your elders because they’re just future you.

  • Some women need to be in their masculine energy at work and then switch their energy to feminine when they get home. Very difficult. Society pushes women through higher pay incentives to be in masculine energy. That being said, it is also difficult for a man that works at a company where he is the only male employee to flourish. This is scenario more rare.

  • I realize being raised by a marine father, army mom there was TOO much masculine energy in my house. Feminine energy was almost frowned upon. I’m frustrated with attracting single, feminine (indecisive) men and me feeling forced into the masculine role. I work 3 IT jobs as a consultant and I’m extremely ambitious. I get the part where the same reason they like you, ahhh it’s inconvenient when you have to work a lot. Anyway I think I’m on a feminine journey and it’s taking A LOT of work. I am very much depleted.

  • Thanks for this article!! As a masculine woman (who has realized she is gay). I was making myself more feminine when I was still with a man but my true energy is masculine. And I have been trying to date other masculine women. Im realizing now I need to date feminine women. Sounds so simple thinking about it now but i had no idea what I was doing wrong.

  • Hi Clark! I loved the practical approach to the subject, but you forgot the most important traits of masculinity, which are, Hunt, Provide & Protect. Unfortunately, the modern world heading towards equality, forces women to take on more masculine energy, because men are apparently becoming more feminine than needed. Thus, disturbing the entire polarity in relationships these days. Hence, one word that is sadly less used today is, ‘marriage’, which works best, when the woman is in her feminine energy & man in his masculine (with ofcourse the 15-20% of other energy sometimes desired, not required).

  • I might not be as masculine as I thought. I grow through recognition and praise and peace. I don’t mind competing, but never been big on competing with people who are over competitive and make it their identity. Because I’m happy on my own skin, so I find no need to compete, bc I’m focused on what I have and later want. and when a dude or woman takes the opposition it takes away from me. I like like minded people to grown personally.

  • This is a weird article for me to be fair. As a women with a more masculine energy in a sense, I don’t like a man that is too masculine. I have been in a situation like that before and it was stressful for me because it felt like I was being dominated, and I didn’t do well without that, even though I’m sure that’s not what he meant but its how I felt. I prefer it when we are the same in that sense, in the sense we are both masculine and feminine and balance each other out, when we are both a 50/50 split give or take. for me, I like that sense of partnership, where we are in it together type of situation and we can both do both really well.

  • I don’t know if creativity and community are predominantly feminine qualities or focus and drive predominantly masculine qualities. For example, Pablo Picasso was an extraordinarily prolific artist and Stephen King a prolific writer. Both were extremely creative “a feminine” quality yet also clearly driven and focussed which are “masculine” traits. Therefore, if their entire lives have been directed by the feminine quality of creativity yet influenced by masculine traits of focus and drive how feminine or masculine are they really? I mean are we really saying that Picasso, the great seducer of women, is a feminised man? And if polarity is required in a relationship then how did he seduce so many hotties? I mean, wouldn’t his feminine energy be repulsive to these women? Also, as a writer myself who also does a lot of community work and set up a range of community groups and events I would have thought community-spirited activities would be both feminine and masculine as it’s pro-social while also literally leaving a mark on the world and showing masculine leadership, no?

  • I run on about 95% feminine energy, the only men that I’m truly cohesive with is men who run on extremely masculine energy and that’s very hard to find in todays society. I have dated top tier men, who treated me exceptional, however I was never fully happy and content with men who run on more feminine energy. They are sweethearts but they just, idk maybe bore me. I’ve finally met someone who is quite masculine and I’m extremely happy with him. It took years to finally be in harmony with someone.

  • Clark, I’m confused. One moment you say the problem in society is exceeding masculine masculine energy, other moment you say it is almost the lack of it (hence the opposite), then you say it is the imbalance. As an intuitive guy (INTP), my bet is your politics would solve my confusion. Anyway, thanks for the article!

  • I’m a woman and left handed 😅 I do feel that I’m very sensitive and creative, but also I do have my masculine energy from time to time, I like things done right and in time I try to focus on the solution rather than the problem I’m almost every day working out and embracing the now as long as I can. My partner tends to be more feminine sometimes, he is piscis (femenine sign) and I’m Leo (masculine sign) I don’t know if it counts But I do believe that haha. My partner is amazing we both balance really well ☺️ I can feel and sense whatever he is thinking or feeling most of the times and he also knows what I need rater than what I want, and that’s cool.

  • There is no such thing as feminine/masculine. It is left brain/right brain. And even the concept of left/right brain has been debunked, as studies have shown that there is very little dichotomy between the hemispheres in terms of synaptic functionality. And reality is a spectrum. There is a thesis and antithesis, but the truth of reality is in fact a synthesis of equal side. If a person is embodied in their “feminine” energy as you call it, it is at the repression of the “masculine” and vice versa. It is really important for humanity to evolve past these archaic notions. Half of the problem with the fracture between men and women are the notions that keep them divided. Humans are first and foremost a MIND in a biological avatar that is used to experience the world through the senses. I learned this from Hegel and Neuroscience.”Femininity” and “Masculinity” is socialized play acting, and a repressive fracture system that keeps men and women almost alien to eachother. It’s a shame.

  • I won’t try to change her mind, but I’ll try to make her feel better if she’s not in the right place. Sometimes one has to choose the best time to share wisdom and educate. Still, if it’s something that cannot wait, I won’t care about her mood and she better act right. Discipline and values are primordial in a relationship. I’m also not the cunning type who would try to change her mood just to make her ready to listen. That’s not me. It’s her choice whether she listens or not and I shall act accordingly. I am indeed uncompromising in values that matter, and generous when it matters. It what it is. Masculine energy will manifest in different ways in different men. I’m a stoic asshole and I’m fine with it. You have more forgiveness and an amiable predisposition in your manners, and you should own it as well. Great content. Just don’t generalize. A note on Shadow work : I haven’t seen all your articles on this topic, but I do think that shadow work has masculine merits in it as well. Some people are doing shadow work without realizing it by owning their negative traits and experiences as well. That’s why they seem real. They do not sugarcoat, they do not bring only the “positive” to the surface. They are what I call “raw” people. Take good care of yourself, Clark. Keep up the good work. Life is a journey of discovery and self-discovery.

  • I definitely grew up hiding my feminine energy and focused on the masculine and didn’t see how not leaning into my nature didn’t make me seem like a partner but more of a brother to men haha 😂 it’s great, cus relationships aside, I feel so much better embracing the female and feminine in me and enjoying the masculine energy around me instead of trying to generate it. It feels more natural to balance it out ❤

  • This is true…my ex husband was feminine I naturally have a masculine energy out of necessitiy but, I don’t want to be in that energy all the time, and I know how to let it go because I like being feminine the problem happened when my husband became more and more feminine it became a competition he was forcing me to become more masculine we were actually fighting over who was going to be the girl in our relationship, it got crazy. I struggle with what happened because after a divorce I was force into a masculine role UGH the very thing I did not want (or did I) Was it me creating that known patteren I don’t know but, I have to balance these two very imporrant sides if I want to feel normal again.

  • Hi, I really like your article, it’s very informative. I’m a relationship counsellor, I agree with most of what you have said. However, the one thing that I think we have been told over and over is that logic is masculine and emotions are feminine, those labels come from very old fashioned ways of thinking and play into the whole narrative of the existence of genders, when the fact is that only biological sex exists and our mind doesn’t have any gender, it only has emotions/creativity and logic/destruction. I feel that the whole concept of the Yin and Yang has been twisted into something very different to create toxic polarity between the two sexes so the strategy of divide and conquer rules over us by blaming eachother for being “different” to us. I think that humanity needs to move beyond that old paradigm of masculine and feminine energy and re-label them emotions and logic, or creation and destruction because that would remove the programming of women Vs men and vice versa, we are all humans and we all need a balance of those two energies, but I feel the language we use is very important because it shifts our perception of the information we receive even if it is at an unconscious level.

  • I believe Everyone has a recipe In both energies But not! The same cures For relationship responsibilities Including sacrifices the greatest Sacrifices would be who you learn from graduating to someone who you never knew before High school‘ colleges are first kiss Good or bad There going to go Cording to your love training And then The mastery What you have learned about love and putting the skills you learned to the test On somebody worth it Thank you for reading have a great day

  • Clark, I love love love what you’re saying about the state of the world. I think it’s slowly evolving into something more feminine although it’s a long way off. Perhaps this is a sneak peak into what the future holds? A more balanced society. You e got me thinking… Also had some new ideas I hadn’t considered: women praise each other when they get together. It’s true. Thanks for sharing. X

  • Dude I give you a thumbs up without knowing the context of the article at the 5 seconds because of the artwork … Appreciate 😊 By the way I think like more than to be 50/50 is know how to switch between this energys depend on the situation and the old masculinity is toxic cause that masculinity don’t know how to swim in this energy’s

  • Im a feminine lesbian. My gf used to be very masculine, but she has changed so much, she’s become even more feminin than me. I respect her finding balance. But its not my type . But at the end i think i have to change my attitude, however its tricky because i dont want to change just to save my relationship. Please help if you can

  • I think problems in relationships come when women compromise their comfort (in all sences) and stay in or go into partnership that is not really fulfilling. Keeping personal boundaries with the loved ones is so hard. But doing otherwise would hurt everyone around. In the long run. Though women think their compromise on personal comfort will make everyone happy. It won’t. That’s also can be a reason of dominance of imbalanced masculine in the world. That men are often growing next to the shaded feminine. So fathers respecting their wives can actually make a lot of good for the young sons.

  • MBTI personnality type kinda talk about this. But feeling, and thinking type, are not exclusive to gender. It’s like 60 feeler, 40 % thinker in women, while it’s reverse in men. Biology decide if you are a feeler or thinker, while society and stronger contact with your own gender will decide how much you tap in “Feeling / thinking” cognitive fonction/energy. “You ARE what you attract ” is wrong, it’s more about “Be something able to attract what you desire”. Being truthfull is a given, to find someone truthfull. But if you want to find a protective man, then accept being vulnerable as a woman and accept help. For attracting what you want, sometimes you need symetry (being both truthfull), sometimes asymetry. Asking for a man with a lot of money, when you have no money or beauty, is kinda a lost cause. For the polarity, it’s kinda finding someone completing you. If you have both feelers, one will have to be the thinker and get mad about it. If both are thinkers, they will have trouble to have real connection because no one will push forward by talking about emotions. It’s good to have people having the same strenght so they can relate to each other, but both people having the same weakness can make life harder. Being irrationnal, or insensible for exemple. Or thinking too much of futur, and not living enough the present.

  • I met this guy online he’s been incredibly open with me about his ex he said he was need their engagement bc she was manipulative and pulling him away from what he enjoyed doing. He said he’s opened up to me more than he has to anyone in a while. But when I asked him if I was doing anything he didn’t like he said he wants me to be myself and not adjust my personality to fit what he wants. We both enjoy our time together but he said we have a romantic friendship but that he could meet someone else but that he isn’t going to disappear from my life either way

  • sometimes woman try to be to much woman and dont try to grwo the maskuline energy. But the muskuline energy in a woman is the one that makes woman very sexy and very atractive and give them energy to achive things. Mostly the energyies are there but they are hurt and traumatised. I think we all have the both energies in us but they just need to heal

  • Someone please help me understand something; im open to learning & gaining insight🙏🏻 … the senario of change her mood not her mind, in the example of work: if she just wants to be heard & not coached, would then ” changing her mood” be a frequent thing, if she doesnt leave her job she’ll be ” stuck in a loop” not willing to change anything. That seems extremely taxing on the masculines energy having to “change her mood” on a regular basis. I KNOW its my masculine here but like, my girl, you gotta change/fix something, 😅😅😅

  • I am having some trouble trying to understand a guy I’ve been dating.. he keeps saying he is looking for a woman who has more masculine energy.. and somehow I think I do pass this a lot being independent, leaving by myself for 9y now..a achieving many things etc… but I am who I am because I need to.. I think the opposite of him… i wanna my masculine energy give me a break … I like a man who can decide things, can do things..is not only handsome from outside but yeah have brains and know how to use it.. So.. the point is.. will I work out with this guy somehow 🤔..cause I wanna more my feminine side, but he wants to see the opposite 🤷‍♀️ And I feel if I keep my masculine energy that high..first I will not need a men.. second, it will screw my mind.

  • whats up man, im late to the party. so i have a girlfriend who ive been with a year now, remind you shes very spiritual and has evolved me in the last year but ive learned and noticed that im very masculine and she has very high masculine energy as well for being a female, when with her i often feel out masculine kind of fight eachother and i feel like i end up in my feminine. i just have no idea how to change this.

  • Hey just a random thought, I dont think left brain = think and right brain = feel. I think lol, its more like your brain thinks and your body feels. They are both processors! Your left is more like memory, and right is psyche. feelings and thinkings can be both sourced in memory and psyche. How to test for this, you visually notice a difference the more stimulated each side is.

  • I 100% have super masculine energy for a girl and I’ve always known this.. but when I started dating and realized I was getting into relationships with men who were really girly and I really didn’t like it and couldn’t figure out why I was attracting them when I was nothing like them.. Well I was confused. I had friends tell me it was because I intimidated guys for a ton of reasons so I tried changing and it didn’t work lol

  • My girlfriend had a very tough past in which she had to step into a masculine role more often than she wanted to. She sometimes has those traits with me still where we bud heads. I am a leader personally I do not allow myself to be pushed around a lot, so I tell her that in a respectful manner and she stops. I this an example of two people budding heads and 2 masculine energies meeting one another?

  • Its so funny how this seems to suddenly be exploding onto the mainstream in the last I would say about 6 months yet I became exposed to all of this two years ago when my twin flame came back in my life and forced us into a spiritual awakening and then I found out about all of this and how I am the feminine energy (positive polarity) and he is the masculine (negative polarity) its now making me feel like an ancient scholar on this at this point after 2 years! HAHA! But this polarity of energies exists in all relationships but it is the most strongly pronounced….like it being on steroids………in a twin flame connection

  • thers another term for that its the dominant or the submissive partner in my case iam the male and iam Submissive with a gentle dominant female and iam in a quite happy relationship meaning iam softer and indesisive and she does take charge and mames the decisions sometimes and i like it its not traditional but it works for us

  • I had an LTR with a woman who was all about the feels but VERY angry / aggressive. Came across as super masculine – it was gross to me. Everything turned into an argument, she was a nightmare. Like the worst of being emotionally led by the nose like a female, but trying to assert some strange authority constantly. Repulsive actually

  • I am currently in a relationship right now (1 1/2 years) with a slight masculine, but vulnerable, feminine guy, im pretty feminine on the outside and masculine in reality. Im in a slight pickle because he is not confident, direct, and is scared to take control. So i am constantly taking control, being the confident and direct one. Nor can he help me emotionally, but i can help him. in other words i am mothering him. But it do not feel like me and i often get annoyed that he cant do regular tasks. hiking; he hates bugs. Cleaning; he doesn’t want to get dirty/wet. Moving things; too heavy. Coming over; scared to talk to my family. I have a job, he doesn’t. He gives off extreme feminine energy, but i find this unattractive. What should I do. Is it him as a person or is this just a visible imbalance in energies

  • This is actually the most peaceful period in known human history. This peace was brought about by the Breton Woods accord, established in 1944 by the United States, gathering the allied powers to discuss what the world order would be after World War II concluded. The allied powers expected the United States, the most powerful nation on earth, with the largest and only intact navy in the world, and with the largest and only intact economy remaining in the world, to dictate terms creating an empire for itself, as that is what nations had always done in the past—including those same allied nations. Instead, the United States “dictated” that the world was going to do something different this time: The United States would use its navy to keep the peace, to keep the oceans and seas safe for all nations to travel. All nations would be able to trade for raw materials, to transport those resources back home, to transform them into new products, and to safely transport them to markets for sale. The United States would also open its markets to everyone. Any member nation in the accord could sell their products in our markets, accessing the demand in our economy, and make money. We would do all of this to, to help them rebuild their shattered economies, to recover from the devastation of the war. When the war ended, the United States then turned its attention to our former enemy nations, and instead of punishing them and extracting crushing reparations from them, we brought them in to the Bretton Woods accord as well, on the same basis as the allied nations, and to provide the same benefits and achieve the same goals as for the allied nations.

  • I got it! Loved the article. ex: My Feminine side noticed him…but my Masculine side examined the chart and the word Balance… yes….but he’s right…..so the feminine side kept perusal and tried to keep my mouth shut, but it was obviously impossible!!!!. I feel I am with the 80% feminine energy….uh, right now. lol

  • I’m a small business owner and have had to pivot my entire team and operation recently as the leader. I lead with kindness, compassion, understanding, and compromise. Recently, I had to put my foot down and sit each member of my team down, including my business partner and change everyone’s roll, create structure, give critical yet compassionate feedback. And a member of my team mentioned the term “Devine masculine” in reference to a brain storm I was having previous to said pivot. I watched this article, and now understand what she was saying as well as my own actions and intentions much clearer. Thank you ❤

  • i am coming from advaita vedanta. And all i can say is that for the past decate i was only in the upper chakras, trying to get rid of myself, my ego and body. After all the meditation and books an realizations, i couldnt heal, because i tried to transcendent but i was running away. I started semen retantion and everything changed. My body and my person got alive, got life energy and life force. Its crazy how much i ignored myself for so many years. But i had no touch with myself. My lower chakras where basically asleep. Too much female energy. Now all the masculine potential is coming up. I am alive again. Everyday is so intense and real. I love it.

  • I listen to a lot of podcasts, i drive a lot for work. The single most important one was when i found you on Danic s podcast. Everyone is blessed that has a voice like yours in thier life, be it friend, spouse, or family, or in my case a youtube website. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, freeing our minds and making peoples lives better.

  • Your insights into the interplay between divine masculine and feminine energies are profound. It’s a refreshing perspective that emphasizes the necessity of balance and harmony over the traditional notions of dominance or superiority. This view reminds us that true strength lies in the embrace of our complementary differences, guiding us toward a more interconnected and balanced existence. The idea that disbalance is a temporary state offers hope and underscores the importance of self-awareness and inner work to restore equilibrium. It’s a powerful call to recognize and honor both the masculine and feminine within us all, paving the way for a more compassionate and balanced world. Thank you for sharing such a meaningful reflection Gabi 😀

  • In my spiritual union something different happened – the dm partner had an active third eye from early childhood. This combination caused her to develop a form of bpd, which healed before our ascension. However she clearly had the power of explicit manifestion – she could vibrate her root chakra till the mountains would tremble. My third eye was occluded but fully functional – the divine feminine needs to perceive the energy because they direct the current. So for this to happen we had to combine energy and reach transubstantiation in the actual, although this is just a small part of the transaction we had vivid energy forms and dimensional shift. We met the creator of the universe who had lifted us into his realm for one simple act – to bless our union. Solve et coagula ☯️

  • Thank you Gabi! 😊🙏 I am sorry I’ve only been able to catch a couple of your article’s, but you have an amazing energy and thoughtful insights in each article I have seen. You seem very confident, knowledgeable, wise and most importantly you seem to truly care about guiding and helping others. Thank you for being you 😁👍 and for all you do. I’ll do my best to support your amazing work more in the future. Take care all and wishing everyone love, light, healing and clarity! ✨ 😄✌

  • Please do divine feminine. I’m a man who embodies this in so confused, but a woman I was involved with held divine masculine energy it’s so clear I see her in your description. We broke up it’s so confusing I’m seeing a way in my life but it’s been so messed up this explanation is so clear as to my actions what I accept in others and myself. Thank you for this information 🙏🏾

  • Wow you got me. I am trying to sort out my inability to manifest this morning, looking for what motivates me towards abundance and it’s not money. And in the process I’m told to wait for Gabi’s article. And you bring this. WOW! Now how many times am I going to have to listen to this to “get” it all?? To be continued. Thank You ❤❤❤ strangely we may have just switched to 544, we’ll see.

  • Ok so hours later on my 4th view at normal speed. I totally connect with the father aspect – love that. And the warrior – just feeling this over the last 2 weeks. But being myself, growing by leaps and bounds. Seems like everything is adding to this. And I also see my weakness here, something may be blocking me from my future. And I’ve been chasing that for a few weeks now. I think I am on the verge of figuring that one out. I do love chasing after things to change, but it’s time to focus on making the future happen aka leaning into these changes. Thank You for just the right article at the right time! And neat new look 😊 ❤❤❤

  • One helpful hint, that I repetitively learned the hard way, is a man cannot create that space and structure for any and every woman. In this way, one falls into ‘nice guy’ save the woman ism and may do so but at a very heavy price or at least she will consume the space and structure without her having anything or wanting to express and says bye and ghosts you., leaving you no space or structure. I even know guys who literally that woman became his nemesis. Instead, the man creates the structure and space and chooses a woman (usually she just magically and mysteriously shows up and more or less just moves inhaha as it is naturally for her.. She will already have the femininity to express naturally inside that structure and space he envisioned. But guys, sometimes that woman outgrows that structure and space and starts seeking a new structure and space, but will not consume or steal yours. This is not the first model I spoke of as she will not attack and destroy you but instead, she will be gracious and appreciative. This, to your benefit, gives you the opportunity to create a bigger better more expanded space (as you now have more feminine energy yourself) and structure for a new feminine energy who is seeking it. Win Win for everyone.

  • It gets heavy, the responsibility. Purpose etc, for me i equate it to a glass of whater held much too long. Cant lift it cant let it go. Yet, just as the baby elephant was taught the pointlessness of resisting the rope that binds it to the poll.. now thats the elaphant has grown, that poll can no longer hold. ..what must i unknow so that i may go?

  • the divine masculine is meant to lay the groundwork for expressing and doing and finding power to voice the beauty and alignment that exists in all of us: the one. it never exists without the feminine and so it’s purpose is to work with the feminine to realize and awaken to unity! thanks as always gabi. you make me feel so much less crazy and my heart responds to your words.

  • For me it’s been bound up… pommeled Finding material obsessions to be detestable. Bad programming I suppose I say to admit, confess. It helps. Masculinity has been abused like a mf Needing mending of brokenness. First comes awareness. Knowing seeing it. Broken. Ah, got it. It’s not material but obsession. So… misconception. (Benefits of running an internal diagnostic) Btw, that’s a great hat 🙂

  • Well, uhm…. This was a bit confusing for me actually🤷🏼‍♂️ I do see myself as rather masciline, but in a nondominating way (I have zero desire to dominate anyone or anything). But I am a do’er, yet I am absolutly a thinker too🤔 I don’t care two s***s about status, dominace, control etc. Sure, I do want people to like me, agree with me, but only if it is true/ on rheir own terms, absolutly not by force or heavy influence by me. I am very empatic, wish I could turn that aspect down some actually🤪 Does that indicate that my divine feminine is very strong within me? As an example: I do want to advance personally, but I would not want to do so in detriment to others. If I must choose my own advancment, or the wellbeeing of others, I always put my own advancment aside for later. (If I managed to advance at the cost of others, I would never be able to enjoy that new level that I advance too.) Wish you a phenomenal day, hope you are doing great😊

  • Being a heterosexual non masculine male is probably the most painful paradigm to embody in the human experience. At least the prostitute archetype that is the taxi female gets pleasure out of life. If you are a non masculine male, your life in this planet is going to straight up suck until you develop a respectable masculinity that others actually take seriously and recognize in you.

  • What hat? That is a Smokin Jacket! Thus spoke the Masculine Energy! “There are Cowboys and Outlaws, Right guys and South paws, good dogs and all kind of cats. There are dirt roads and white lines and all kinds of stop signs, but I stand right here where I’m at, cause I wear my own kind of hat.”……Merle Haggard and Red Lane. Sung by Merle. Your look strikes me as a modern day Greta Garbo. “Sort of Manhattan” 🙏💚
