Warlocks can use any weapon summoned with the Pact of the Blade feature as a spellcasting focus for their spells. The weapon counts as a magic weapon with a corresponding effect. Invocations offer a powerful way to customize a warlock, adding passive buffs, new features, and spellcasting options. Some invocations have pre-requisites and are only available when a warlock reaches a certain level.
