Do Wiccans Utilize Witchcraft To Help Them Lose Weight?

The concept of weight loss is often associated with a lifestyle change, such as eating healthier, exercising regularly, and practicing personal affirmations. Wiccan weight loss spells can help achieve desired outcomes, drawing from various traditions and beliefs, including European witchcraft, African spiritual practices, and Indigenous rituals.

Wiccan weight loss spells are rooted in ancient cultural practices and folklore, and they can be used to break curses, stop bad habits, and remove negativity in one’s life. However, it is important to note that a weight loss spell should not be used solely for weight loss; instead, it should be used for health.

Wiccans worship nature, often personified as Mother Earth and Father Sky. Witchcraft has a complex history, with many women accused of witchcraft being herbalists proficient in using local plants to create potions and medicinal chemistry. Many Wiccans identify as witches and use “Wiccan” and “witchcraft” to practice their practices.

The European witch-hunt has a uniquely destructive character, as witches could be multiplied. To practice Wiccan weight loss spells, one can create two green witch weight loss spells and design a daily workout routine.

In conclusion, Wiccan weight loss spells can help individuals achieve desired outcomes, whether it be weight loss or body transformation. While it is not a guaranteed solution, it can help ignore cravings and promote a healthy lifestyle.

  • Oh, I hope that lots of healthy and weight loss kitchen witchcraft is on the way I really need it, ha ha! 🙂 So, I have a pretty long wight loss journey behind me, usually filed with hate and shame towards my body, I counted calories and of course, it didn’t work because it was filled with hate and stress. Craziest time was when I had pretty exhausting job, switched to vegan diet (it’s different story and not connected to weight loss) and tried to slim down. It was even worse then. Well, I found out that I really love strenght training and yoga and when I don’t move myself, I don’t sleep well and I feel miserable. So in the end, my mental health is my biggest motivation to move myself and eat good things. Also I know that when I want to do something every day, i start to sabotage myself. Every second day works perfectly. Yeah, I want to wear those trousers too but I can wear skirts. I cannot buy new mental health. And the most important thing is this: All the time it was me and my body. Finally due to the sleep problems I realized that My body is myself. I am me and me is my mind and my body together, I cannot separate them. As I was perusal your tea recipe I was thinking about making an essential oil blend to support these positive body changes. You can smell it or mix with oil and put on your body. 13:18 I hope somebody will help you with all the wine botles 😀 😀 😀 16:22 Will the camomile blossoms fall through into the jar or not? Omg, it’s so thrilling but you did it! Love the idea of using sweet honey as adding love on the outside of the body and not in the inside as a e.

  • I just want to congratulate you on your weight loss journey. STARTING is hard enough, but to put it on youtube for the WORLD to see? INSPIRING. It WILL be HARD. There WILL be times where YOU WANT TO GIVE UP. But listen here, I KNOW you can DO IT. As someone who also is documenting their journey on Youtube, seeing articles like these MOTIVATE ME. You don’t know how many people you’re going to inspire. KEEP GOING & NEVER LOOK BACK. Make your FUTRE SELF PROUD of who YOU are BECOMING

  • You have inspired me to make a magic weight loss tea. I focused on determination, energy, motivation, and self-love. I didn’t have black pepper that wasn’t sealed into a grinder that I couldn’t open, but I DID have Grains of Paradise which is used for weight loss and has a similar flavor profile to black pepper. So I used that to promote feelings of self-love, that hot energy, and spice, and I added anise to sweeten my feelings to myself, aid in digestion, and remind me to look inward for strength and love. I am working on losing that extra pandemic padding, so the act of making the tea and setting the intentions feels like, OK NOW I AM DOING THE THING! I love your content and love bingewatching your articles!

  • Beautiful vlog! So glad to have stumbled across your website! Multi-faceted witch here, practicing on and off for about 27 years now. Feeling inspired to begin vlogging myself to share my own path and knowledge. For the weight loss I am currently trying the ‘changing one’s dna through changing the thought pattern’, though I’m sure making some of your tea wouldn’t hurt, and would be quite tasty!

  • I did calorie counting when I was losing weight, and pick it back up here and there if I want to get a couple of vanity pounds off, but it just becomes second nature at some point and you know when you’ve taken in too much or too little. With a little kid around it’s easy to just snack when they’re snacking and it adds up! I think you’re going about this the right way and really diving into the “why,” which is a logical way of going about it. You’ve got this! For the record, I think you’re beautiful. 🙂

  • I was skinny till my late 30s when I started chunking up. Ive gained 40 lbs since then at 58. I hate my menopot where I always look like Im the 2nd trimester of pregnancy and it looks real ugly with my still skinny legs. I exercise more or less regularly and control my sweettooth to a minimum. I eat healthy and not very much. But I still have this belly fat. Ill try this. Im joining a gym this month too after not going to one fir a few months.

  • Oh yeah! Very nice tea blend. Pooping is super important. 💩💩💩 Appreciate this article. You’re not alone. I have let my weight get out of control. I am going to be more mindful of my eating and work on my digestion. Carbs and sugar are killers so reducing those for sure. We can and will do this ladies. Do better… Be better. Love and Light Sweet Cheeks. 💚💚💚

  • Thank you, thank you!! Exactly the article I need right now. Staying home and sitting for a whole year hasn’t been good for my clothes fitting either. =/ I really appreciate your humor and your beautiful articles, they are always so positive and uplifting. I’ll be counting my calories and setting my intentions along with you. ♥

  • I loved it all. I’m a beginner in witchcraft so I know no spells nor magic yet. I have been trying to lose weight and have lost 70 pounds since last year. It started with depression. Going without a little food. But now I like the way I look but trying to lose 10 more pounds and keeping it off is very hard. I’ve cut down on oily foods, breads, and stopped meat. I’m now on the verge of being vegan. I eat nuts and seeds, raw fruit and vegetables mostly. With me being a diabetic it is a challenge. And being a senior/old lady. The trick for me is to eat little. Like a 4th of a whole plate full. Or eat one thing every time I’m hungry. I drink water and herb teas. Sometimes juices.

  • Happy 2021 Bex! I hope you and your family are well and healthy! I’ll have to plan a VR to this article, Bex. Since October I was in the same journey as you, but Yule arrived and with it, tons of sugar… but let’s not cry for what is in the past, and let’s focus on what is here now. Hehe, you’re always with me in my morning walking! And I do have some tips that are truly helping me turn the numbers down on the balance. So it will be a matter of some days until my LO goes back to his routine. I loved your tea recipe, I’ll try that for sure, and I want those question/answers sheets. I’m gonna check that with calmly, cause there’s gold over there! Much love to you, dear friend. See you soon.

  • @UCyXvjYln49ZTxZ2qh8PWxWgI have only just found you and feel a strong kinship… can’t wait to try the tea and will try to make the banana mash with some greek yogurt as I have no idea what quark is lol. I have lost and kept off 35 lbs over the pandemic by reducing portion sizes, cooking more at home being aware of what I am eating and tracking calories on and off to be sure I am eating what I think I am. I will send you recipe for a leek soup that is helpful, filling and quick delicious!

  • Thank you so much for this article! Im not sure you will read this since its been quite a while since you posted this article, but I definitely needed this article; so thank you!!!! I definitely need some inspiration to help with moving more and coming up with some tasty healthy food ideas and its always a bonus if i can have magickal assistance to help me 😊. I was wondering if you could please share the types of questions you asked yourself for the self reflection? Thank you again

  • I have much to learn about herbal remedies and kitchen witchery as these areas of interest are not my forté. I always appreciate learning from someone else like you who knows about these things. My suggestions for weight loss include the body’s rhythms. Whatever schedule of eating you follow, your body learns to remind you that you are hungry at those times. It takes about three days for the body to adjust to a new schedule. People who fast do not feel hungry after about three days, for example. If they eat one meal a day at the same time each day, their bodies get used to it and stop signalling hunger outside of the one time of day. You’ll continue losing weight Through springtime, summer, autumn And you’ll fit inside your dress But please don’t lose that bottom! 👍😘❤

  • I love this! I was hesitant to watch it at first (I’m very skeptical of weight-loss methods); but this is a great collection of positive information that could possibly save my life! I’ll keep it in mind for re-watching in the near future; and thanks for all the knowledge and advice! Bright blessings from Seattle… 🙂 <3

  • As a fitness and health professional whose studying a degree with a 2 year old at home and has no car, I can say that motivation is mistaken in fitness and nutrition with discipline. It can be heartbreaking. People are SO motivated and their motivation is inspiring, but discipline gets in the way. Being in the right mindset is super important and the smallest upset or distraction can take you off the rails, like an injury, money, psyche amongst other things… I lost 14kg after my daughter was born and ended up lighter than when I fell pregnant with her, but I had more time. The motivation for me was that I didn’t want to have photos taken with my baby because I was so ashamed of how I looked. Every photo was awful. That upset me so much and I finally said ‘enough is enough’. The discipline came from having time and being at home with her. I could plan and be busy and exercise when she slept about 3 or 4 times a day. Now, she doesn’t really sleep and my degree is getting harder and reaching its end. I can’t train during the day like I used to and in the evening I’m so tired. BUT, my husband will give me time when he gets home, so I will get back on track with having that time now, but only twice a week. HA! Mine wasn’t leggings – I wore fisherman’s pants for about three years! Discovering my witchyness was great and the selfcare routines help keep me on track instead of going backwards again. I hope your journey worked and that you are wearing your favourite clothes again 🙂 🙂 Best wishes to you.
