Does A Pokemon Possess Herba Mystica?

In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV), players can obtain Herba Mystica, a group of five special ingredients, by participating in 6-Star and 5-Star Tera Raids. Not every Pokémon in five-star raids will drop Herba Mystica, but they do at around a 10 chance per Herba. In 5-star and 6-star raids, all pokemon drop at one type of herba mystica, but some drop all. The ones that drop all have a higher chance of grating herba mystica because they take up more slots in the raid rewards.

Herba Mystica can be acquired by completing five and six-star Tera Raids in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This method can be repeated to obtain Sweet Herba Mystica, a special sandwich ingredient in the region of Paldea. However, it is not possible to trade Herba Mystica, as it requires a team of players to make the sandwich together.

For Pokemon Scarlet / Violet – Trading on the Nintendo Switch, a GameFAQs message board topic titled “herba mystica trades” provides information on how to farm Herba Mystica. The five flavors of Herba Mystica are Sweet, Bitter, Salty, Sour, and Spicy. Each Titan Pokémon guards a cavern where one of these variants can be found.

To obtain Sweet Herba Mystica, players must defeat the Pokemon in these Tera Raids, but not all will provide them with Sweet Herba.
