Leto’s Amulet is a rare item in Remnant: From the Ashes, found in either Shroud or Gorefist’s dungeons. It is not a craftable item and can only be found in Campaign Mode or Adventure Mode. To obtain it, players must look for a wall with the text “Only the Penitent Man may pass” and squat.

The Leto’s Amulet is not account-wide, but it can be found in the first dungeon on Earth. It can also spawn in The Hidden Sanctum and/or Sunken Passage maps, but it is not guaranteed spawn. The Leto’s Amulet appears only once on Shroud’s dungeon, with just 29 rolls of gameplay. It is located in a randomly spawning room in either Hidden Sanctum (Shroud) or Sunken Passage (Gorefist), which are the only two dungeons that can spawn in them.
