The FBI said packages addressed to the Obamas, Clintons, Soros, Brennan, and Holder were all sent in yellow Manila envelopes and listed the same return date. A study by Zignal Labs found that unsubstantiated claims of involvement by Soros were one of three dominant themes in misinformation and conspiracy theories around Soros.
