Chakra clearing is a powerful tool for personal growth and self-expression, helping to remove energetic blocks that hinder personal growth. By aligning and balancing the chakras, individuals can live more freely and release negative emotions and thoughts that may be causing stress, anxiety, fear, anger, or sadness. To unblock the chakras, one must understand their functions and recognize the importance of meditation.
The seven chakras are the Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra, the Heart Chakra, the Throat Chakra, the Third Eye Chakra, and the Crown. These 25 tips guide you to balance, nurture, and empower your chakras, discovering the profound role of spiritual healing. Accepting the reality of events and learning to forgive yourself is essential for opening and balancing the chakras.
In times of stress, misalignment of the chakras can occur due to factors such as unhealthy food, exercise, and stress. Unblocking the throat chakra can lead to negative symptoms related to communication and self-expression. Anger management can be achieved through meditation, CBT, or medication. Wearing crown chakra or third eye jewelry can also help.
The heart chakra processes certain emotions, and when we relax in meditation, our attention can go there. To restore balance, focus on the chakra through self-loving practices like massaging the lower abdomen. Staying in nature and connecting with the earth can also help. Breathing past your stomach all the way to the root chakra can help alleviate emotional blockages.
Subliminal affirmations can be used to address anxiety, depression, moodiness, and sensitivity when the energy center is out of balance. By practicing self-awareness, self-care practices, and focusing on the heart chakra, individuals can unlock their full potential and experience greater personal growth and self-expression.

The chakras are clusters of nerve endings along the spine that are highly concentrated and correspond to endocrine glands. I cant even cry, had to search up ” how to cry”, all this pent up hurt, sadness and frustration is making me want to burst out in tears but i just simply cant it just comes back in thoughts to the degree that i hit myself in the head trying to stop it, always been told that crying and feeling vulnerable was not okay, and i was scolded for showing emotion, so i just concealed it, this is the first time ive ever said this outloud, for people to read this and know something this personal about me, it makes me feel things i dont know what they are.
As a child, I learned that some emotions were not safe to express or else I was rebuked. Decades later, I am learning to feel again. I will take time to do this meditation a few times daily. I believe my body released extra toxins during my overnight sleep after the first day of using this article. I will learn to love more effectively from this. Much gratitude.
Since relinquish8ng substance abuse and man6 of my bad habits, I spend the majority of the day in anxiety and anger. Years of denying myself the ability to feel has wrought havoc, and now I’m miserable and tense. My face is always clenched and angry. Except for the few minutes toward the end of meditation and a few after. I feel like a person, I feel non judgmental and not angry at the world. I see people as beautiful, complex souls instead of being fearful they may judge or betray me. I KNOW if I stick with this mindset I can heal. The world is beautiful. We are all good enough how we are and deserve peace and love.
This is nice for relaxing but honestly didn’t make me cry like I wanted to, to release those emotions. It felt like I was being eased into relaxing so long and then the part about actually releasing was short. I wish it went in more detail for that but maybe I just need a longer vid, wanted a short one for my break from work. Nice way to calm down, though
I did this meditation and my father’s death came up. My father died when I was 8 years old. I thought I processed that and had gotten over it. But apparently I haven’t. Here I am 31 tomorrow and balling my eyes out remembering leaving the Funeral home and feeling like I’m leaving my dad behind. Thank you for this meditation I was not aware that was what was bothering me.
I am literally terrified this worked. I am just a teen with a severe case of anxiety and wanted to find a way to release all that stress out of my system and stumbled upon this article and was like “yeah as if it would’ve worked” and then I started to feel all those tingles and stuff and at a part I got scared, but it really felt so good at the end. so thank you
I had horrible bodily sypmtoms, because I suppressed so many emotions. Some restrictions came from parents, some from society and I also followed strict religious dogma. Enough is enough and now I am putting my rope down. It is so great to realize that God is love and that He is the same for all people on Earth. This is so liberating. To all people who suffer from suppresseed emotions regardless of their cause, I wish you fast and complete recovery🙏❤
our way of expressing these concepts always attracts me, and nothing, but nothing compares with it– the tone, the depth of spirituality, I can’t put it into words. Your Manifesting Manual is something I can read over and over and soak up. youtube.com/post/Ugkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq I am in process of making the routine a solid part of my life, and it has made a difference! I LOVE your 12 meditations too! I know I am a different person after 9 months with Super Manifestor, and in process of continued positive change! You deserve accolades every day of the year! Keep on with everything, and as we say in Spanish, ANIMO! Lots of love and every blessing to you both.
Thank you for this! I cried so hard and passionately. I didnt realized how much sadness, anger, and pain I was storing into my body. Amazing when we relax and just feel and give ourself the space to just Express and feel what we feel with no judgement. I will continue doing this to release all the pain and hurt I’ve been storing in. Thank you again 💚💚💚💚
Thank you for this. It helped me a lot, this day has been thought and I needed these words. For the first time in years I admit I have severe anxiety and persistent sadness. These last years have been thought, and I’m so tired. I had to become insensible to my heart to go on, and make it during the day. Now I feel bottled up. This helped a lot.
This meditation is highly underrated. It’s not deserving the publicity as it should. This is a very magnificent practice for anger and very flourishing afterwards. I have no idea how my mind shifted from being furious, very very very distracted and filled with anger to the max, to smiling through the practice! I smiled! And my body felt way way lighter than before. I couldn’t thank you enough. I know how to handle all my feelings, except anger! I really don’t know how to act or how to limit its effect. Again, thank you so much.
Thank you so much.. i felt sadness taking over me i felt like im in the middle of chaotic ocean trying to make my head up to breath i felt suffocated and i was under pressure and feeling unloved for so long that it manifested as sever flu infection. I needed this meditation im done of suppressing im done feeling sad and just swallow it and pretend to live my life I still feel sad but this meditation just removed tons of sad and anger layers. Thank you again.
I advise who want emotional releasing on any trauma to get back to it .. embody ur consciousness at that age and begin to write what do i feel and why? And fill pages of A4s write and cry what did u really feel? Write down for 9 or 6 or 3 days straight. And enjoy the results ur world will shift once you release it.
I hope whomever is reading this is as healthy as can be & is doing their best during this terrifying time. May hope shine upon this world. Sara, thank you deeply for your work that you share. You have awesome skills & your voice is naturally calming; to me. Meditation takes time, patience, practice. If you are reading this, know this & keep on with your practice. Give yourself Grace, we all need a little more of that. ❤️ In the past two years I have learned that I have deep suppressed emotions from the past 24 years. Goodness gracious! I did not even know suppressed emotions existed until I started doing very hard work on myself so I can live & be my best self, day by day, moment by moment. I am working on sharing & connecting more with others so, again thank you for this platform & the important work you are doing! ✌🏼#mindfulmovement
thank you, this helped me and it felt great. ive been feeling drained lately due to a large amount of pent up emotions and after the stress was starting to manifest itself into pyschical syptoms i finally realized i needed to stop ignoring it so ive been trying to work on that and getting my mind and body into a better state and this definitley helped.
Usually meditations drag on and feel like they last forever even if they are just 5-10 minutes (I get antsy and want to open my eyes), but this one flew by and felt like it lasted one minute, I couldn’t believe it was over when it was. I felt tears rolling down my face in the middle. This really helped immensely and I feel emotionally lighter
I did this meditation and i had a wonderful experience. At first i just started crying a bit to release my pent-up sadness but then the kind woman guiding the meditation got to the part where the deep blue energy was leaving the body through the crown. I visualized it and when i visioned that it reached my head area, i had a vomiting reflex and i vomited. It was like physically expelling the pain and sadness out of my body. It was great. I feel better. I am not fighting my emotions. I am letting them come. This will heal me.
As a child I went through so much Trauma all by myself with nobody’s help not even my parents they always told me you are a cry baby, you are weak for feeling your emotions and that I have a heart of rock. Im currently in very healthy relationships and find it super hard to share my emotions with my partner I can’t tell him how much I love him, he been so patient with me but I truly want to change it I want to start feeling my emotions and express it with no fear. I usually don’t ever comment but reading everyones story gave me the strength to share mine.
Just wanted to share: The last couple of days I have felt fatigued, I wish I can sleep for an entire month, felt really sad I think or defeated, cant explain it. (Also watched bo burnham’s special and it really resonated with me haha 😂) I watched articles today on understanding emotions and how to deal with them and then I listened to this. I swear to god, I saw a golden being/light comforting me and saying that it’s always around for me before she described in the article that it was a yellow light and its something you can call upon anytime. I moved around checked my phone before turning off the article and it was 11:11am . So umm I feel great right now *happy tears*. Lots of good signs! And for those reading this and feeling upset, know all this hurt and purging is to help create an even better and improved new life later. You are all strong 💪 I believe in all of you 💕 I may cringe later because I posted this ( so cheeesyy). But hey, we need some light and cheesiness from time to time.
Im 22 and I’ve been dealing with a lot of trauma this past month over the death of my mother and grandfather after I came home from college as a graduate. I didn’t realize until yesterday with my therapist that I’ve been suppressing a lot of those emotions (stress, anxiety, fear, etc) instead of dealing and coping with them head on and has been the source of a lot of my chronic pain I’ve been feeling for a little over a month now. I decided to do this meditation and afterwards I started to cry really hard. There were a little bit of tears coming out and mostly dry gasping/heaving but this article was helpful. Afterwards, I started to feel more of my muscle aches and tensions dissolve away and feel more emotionally like myself again. I’m slowly but surely heading to recovery and I cant wait to feel like myself again and enjoy life. Not be afraid and avoiding it.
To everyone who are reading this I wanna say May your hope shine more than the sadness and anxiety you are holding. May you see the doors of happiness and opportunities. May you feel good soon. You are alright and safe. You are doing well. Thank you Sara♡ My mind feel so heavy. It is having headache. I cried yesterday in front of family when we were outside. It then made me feel embarrassed. I am stressed by continuous trying and not achieving what I want. Life feel so hard and heavy. Nothing feels good. No one feels good. I feel so strange in this world. So mixed emotions. My mind stopped working. Headache. Physically tired.
When i was a teenager my when my dad was giving out he leaned forward into me looking aggressive and said in an angry voice go cry now i feel ever since then i have not cried. Since i do laugh and smile laughter happens for dark humanity. I been telling myself to let the guard down between me and my dad I’m getting there. So hopefully it will all be released this helps me alot
had a strong stinging pain travel down my spine, some heavy load that suddenly hit me.. which made my almost entirely unconscious.. maybe being tired is a bad time. for meditation? i wasnt even at the part where the actual thing starts.. i had only gotten to minute 3.. i remember i had this once before in my life yeaaars ago…yet i have no. clue what it is
ive always had the problem that meditations were too long for me, even with 15 minutes. but these 15 mins with this meditation here pass by so quickly, even though ive done it several times already 🙂 i also came to a conclusion (thanks to the comments) that bcs of this i was having weird dreams lately but not for a bad reason but because i was probably releasing emotions (as im usually perusal this before bed) and was working with them! tysm for this gift <3
ok wow, I was not expecting that to happen…this is only my second time trying a guided meditation…I thought hey I’ll try this just to see if I can have a less crappy day. I tried this while laying on the floor and so the negative energy started out blue at my feet but as it moved up it was getting darker and darker I kept feeling more and more nervous and scared and I almost stopped but kept going. It turned pure black by the time it reached my head I started crying and my body started to shake but as it all left I felt my body become so relaxed like I was sinking into the floor and as the yellow came in parts of it were turning pure white and I saw myself at different points in my life when I felt truly happy and I felt like that person again but with big ol tears running down my face lol.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I was in a moment of despair and panic, having no idea what was wrong, or what to do to escape the physical, mental, and emotional unease that seemed to come out of nowhere, randomly on this day. This meditation helped me release so much I was carrying within. I will come back to it often. Sending gratitude, love, and light to you. ❤️🙏🏽
I’ve fucked up my life by deliberately surpressing my feelings to feel love, that heart pounding fast, weak knees, that moment of pure excitement I no longer have but a distant memory, guilt from porn and trying to be perfect and surpressing those feelings with those of the something which I hate “homophobia”to surpress the normal for opposite sex has destroyed me now I no longer feel horniness for women and feel uncomfortable around my gender sometimes… it’s fucked up,my brain is always racing non stop filled with guilt of what I have done to twist my brain, it’s a lot I can write a book but this is the big fumble curse I pressed to myself as results of guilt and now the emptiness of pain and lust for what I don’t like truly has changed me and by always fighting my demons the more they attack further, but I still hope my this feelingless and emptiness will once upon a time leave me alone,I even think this depression made me bipolar
I recently felt a loss of emotions and i also felt a loss of wanting to feel them. I also feel no thoughts at times and am just using my phone mindlessly searching up anything? Are these thoughts or is it just me forcing my body to do something. I feel no desire to do anything but i also dont feel sadness. Do you think this article could help me get my emotions and thoughts back?
The end of this meditation has me supremely amused… letting the blue go, being covered in yellow warmth, warm blanket. I swear I chose this specific meditation because I was very angry at my cat for peeing on me while I was in bed this morning! (No, she doesn’t have a UTI – she’s mentally disturbed). Released those feelings of piss-offedness to get to the end of the meditation where I’m covered in yellow warmth again… OMG. The universe wanted me to laugh.
I am. Always tensed in ftont of boys. It seems like i am mad sometimes. Can i stay positive and achieve my dreams. Can i lead a peaceful and hsppy life controlling my emotions. I am always engaged. I keeps myself by invoving in lots of activities like meditation, exercise, listens to music, goes for walking, watchesmovies, short films, stsnd up comedies, writes poems, writes articles etc. Will everything come to normal by listening to this music
Grief is one of the hardest things we will ever face in this life. Jesus loves you more than you could ever want to be loved. He understands exactly what you are going through and He can bring you such peace, comfort and joy to your heart like you’ve never known if you will surrender to Him. I am sharing my best friend’s story with the world in hopes that it will be a help to so many who are struggling. God bless you. Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey Family Story Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our 16-year-old son, Ethan, played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he’d see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my “new driver” heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, “It’s just so hard letting go.” Little did I know how much “letting go” I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart.
I wish I would’ve shut my eyes sooner. I really need to cry to get pent up grief out, but just before the article got to the closed eyes point, a small car drove past my house at a fast speed with about 6 gigantic, wide, and thick beams of wood protruding at least 8 ft from the sunroof, splayed out pointing all different directions. They appeared to be sitting in the passenger seat, and just the parts the were sticking out of the sunroof alone were longer than the entire car itself. That made it hard for me to meditate 🤣😑
This was relaxing, but the problem is that I can’t feel any emotions, i just have a lingering numbness and apathy that won’t go away. I came to this article because I wanted to cry, I wanted to feel something, but how can I release emotions when I have none? I sometimes cut myself just to feel. What is the point of living an apathetic life? Emotions are what make us human, without them I may aswell not exist.
“Divine creator, father, mother, son as one… If I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds, and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness… Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations, and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light… And it is done.” “‘
This is incredible I have been going through some bad times recently mentally and I’ve been slowly very slowly getting “better” I still have my moments where I want to just stop give up and go lay in bed I have been looking all around YouTube for good mediation articles and I never thought it was super real or helpful until now I will come back to this article as much as I can and need to and I will definitely tell people about it that are struggling grounding themselves! Thank you again❤️🙂
I can’t believe what is going on…in the middle of the meditation I felt a negative emotion as a dark blue color in the shape of a pyramid that was trapped in my chest and then turned into light blue butterflies flying out of my body. A few seconds later in the article they mention imagine the color blue. I am shocked…is this some kind of sign?
it’s terrifying to think about how much underlying emotion i have under all this numbness. my mother died and two days later i was dancing around in the bathroom to music. how disconnected i am from my own reality and how anger is the only thing that manifests. the small moments reality actually comes over me is so visceral and fear inducing that i completely shut down. it’s terrifying that i remember the pain i felt during certain moments of my life and i remember how unbearable it was, but when i think about those moments in the present, i feel nothing. how can something so personal that runs so deep feel so foreign to me. and it’s one thing to recognise this repressed numbness, it’s another when those unconscious emotions show up in behaviours, having those feelings i don’t really understand come at me sideways when i least expect it. it’s like i always have something to hide from everyone, because i know i’m hiding something from myself. however, i can’t even fathom what it is or where to start unpacking it. a therapist once spoke about being a glass frog, constantly feeling like everyone can see right through you, all that you hide and repress and all that is bad, it makes you bad, a bad person. all i feel is either numbness, anger, or intense shame. any other feeling that hurts is not something i can define. and i don’t like this anger and the shame it makes me feel.
Hey. Hey, you. Yes, you. You’re the one reading this, aren’t you? Well, let me tell you something. You need to know. DON’T SCROLL, please.. I know, I know I’m a stranger here on the internet. But, I guarantee you, you need to hear this. Are you in a dark place? You aren’t alone. We all were there, y’know. Feeling Suicidal? Please don’t. I think you matter. Even if I don’t know you, I still think you matter. You are the best stranger I’ve met. So, do something for me real quick. It’s quick, I promise. Drink some water. WAIT! DON’T WIPE THE WATER OFF YOUR LIPS YET! Look, see how they shine? See how they twinkle and glimmer? it’s like you. Even in the tiniest bit of light, you shine. If you want to take your life, think about something. Out of the 7 billion+ people on this earth.. Someone out there, they think you’re perfect. They love you so much. Imagine how much you’d hurt them if you left.. even if it seems unlikely, I can assure you. Someone out there, they love you. So keep fighting. You’ll win, no matter how hard it is. “Fight the storm to see the rainbow”. Remember that, okay? Good, I love you. Stay safe, handsome/beautiful 🙂
Aaron Tobin 0 seconds ago Hello! So I recently just learned about TMS. It has been affecting my back for about a year now. The pain has been pretty rough and until recently, I thought there was something structurally wrong with my back. Now that I realize this, I have returned to normal activities like running and stretching. I have noticed that my pain almost “resets”. So ill go and sit cross-legged which originally is a position I thought id never sit in again. So when I start sitting cross-legged it hurts really bad but then the pain eases away. Next, ill go into a child pose and the same thing happens pain is there and goes away. during this time of me stretching I am able to go back to sitting cross-legged and in child’s pose effortlessly with no pain but as a go about my day, maybe 30 minutes later and try its back to the same thing with the pain almost “resetting” and I have to do it all over again. My question is, if I just keep doing this and telling my body it’s ok to do this will it eventually stop hurting and the resetting will stop? It’s hard pushing through it 5-10 times a day and is mildly discouraging but I don’t let it stop me. How can I stop this resetting and live a pain-free life from waking up to going to sleep? Thank you!
But the hardest part of life is I cant cry even when I am alone its hard to cry people found me rigid but I know I am not yes I do cry but may be 2twice in a year if something major happens cause I know god is always here with me protecting me but after all I am a human too thans for this mediation ❤it made me realase half of my damaged area
Wow! I did not expect this to take me straight back to the night that changed everything. I was 12. I was so surprised to find myself back there, and just as the energy released, I just felt a shift. This is where energy healing like yoga, somatics and and q i gong work so well with guided meditations …and so much more efficient than talking about it. Whee…
I liked when it made me feel the negative emotions. The cage is a nice metaphore for it. I started trembling in fury and sadness and… it all. But if I just imagined them going away like that so fast, it’s be actually supressing the emotions again, for the sake of relaxation, in my experience. The relaxation comes naturally once you exhaust the energy of them. Even if it takes 20 minutes…
I’m really emotional. Don’t know how to relax. Getting anger fast and weeping in emotion. I love the people around me and at the same time I expect from them too. Recently I have undergone a surgery, but nobody ( my colleagues) came to me to see. I hurt a lot continuously. I am feeling very guilty. All are saying that I’m an emotional fool. I hurt for small reasons. Sometimes I think that I want to die😥😥😥
My goodness. I have experienced too many negative emotions mostly depression, anxiety, stress, and other negative emotions, and being diabetic. Thank you so much for this I need to do this when I feel anxious, depressed, and stressed. Lately, I finished perusal previous article on shadow works, and after following this short meditation helps me unblock, and release negative energy, and emotions. Thank you so much. Also I learned from FaceBook post in the Astrology Rebels Facebook page. The degree of my ascendant/rising in astrology in the tarot card. My Scorpio rising at 18 degrees shows I have six of cups tarot card, and to make it relevant. According to the tarot guide, in spirituality I need to keep my spiritual practices simple until I am used to doing, and do on my own without guided meditations. After following this guided meditation I’m so glad I followed this, watched article on shadow works, and this to deal with my negative emotions, and negative energy, and shadow self. thetarotguide.com/six-of-cups This link is to the actual post on finding the decan which the ascendant was rising at the moment you were born. facebook.com/105621447591596/posts/278751610278578/?d=n
Actually made me feel worse… I feel anxious and nervous about my emotions and thoughts and I can’t seem to let it go. I suffer from a anxiety disorder which blocks away so much besides anxiety. I just want to feel better again… I lost 3 years of my life and I can’t function normally.. Feeling so lost.
I have never found it easy to cry, and I suspect I learned this strong self control from my lovely mother who I never once saw cry, she was kind soft empathic and funny and I miss her dreadfully, but now am not able to release my tears at her passing, I have cried but I need to cry a great deal more I know this. I am looking forward to releasing.
I honestly have chronic mental health issues, for years since I was 4 I’ve had to cope with mental and physical torture from my father. Making me turn into him in my older life, causing me to cheat on my girlfriend. I’ve never believed in these types of things, but I can truly say after listening to it and following the soothing words. I cried, I cried for the longest time I have in my life and felt better
22. I was known as a person with emotional abundance and also a emotional fool at times. My ex was someone who didn’t feel anything at all and ngl i wished to become like him. I did. And now I dont want that. Im living such a slow and passion less life. I dont have a single thing i want for myself. So what am i supposed to do. I dont like where i am. I just wanna feel somethings again.
I just want to say how much I appreciate this I have a really hard time connecting with my emotions and letting them out and showing them and this article helped me relax so much in the beginning that when I closed my eyes I couldn’t help but just cry and then after that I was able to visualize all my other suppressed emotions and let them go in a good relaxed manner I’m really thankful for this article I was having a little bit of a break down when I found it and it helped a lot it’s been hard lately but hey one step at a time right!
i wanna cry, feel like shit so maybe crying will help me feel a bit better but cant seem to breakdown i feel so stuffy inside i wanna scream all my thoughts away my heads a mess i want to hurt myself – i shouldnt i know but its really hard im trying my best to breathe everyday yet these tries dont seem to be enough agh what a shitty life and im just 17 i cant even imagine me living a life past 18 lol
This meditation is so beautiful and amazing and uplifting and thank you so much for making this it helped me so much! I needed to release all this anxiety and fear and I feel so much better upon opening my eyes, I could see my body emptying the energy and turning yellow shining bright like the sun it was blissful
This was incredible… wow I was so torn apart by my suppressed emotions that were all mixed up in one in my body and my mind. I tried all methods to cope with my thoughts. I tried to write it down, I tried to talk it out or to cry it out but there was still that negative energy left inside of me… then I thought why don’t you give meditation a try? I found this article and Now I am feeling so much better and free I will come back to this post for sure thank you 🙂
I have enjoyed so many mindful moment meditations. This is the first disappointing one. Sending emotions up through my body, from toes to head is contrary to what I can accept and so difficult to release them out through my head. They remain within my body. Things flow down, not up, why try to reverse gravity and common sense? This meditation didn’t work for me.
