Is ring of forging F2P?
The ring of forging is now free-to-play and can be created by casting Lvl-3 Enchant on a ruby ring or paying 250 coins to Murky Matt in the south-east quadrant of the Grand Exchange. A ring of forging has 140 charges, and each time a player smelts an iron ore while wearing the ring, one charge is consumed. After all charges are consumed, the ring crumbles to dust. If the player auto-smelts more iron ores than the remaining charges, the smelting stops once the ring crumbles.
Players can right-click on a ring to check its remaining charges or break it and reset the next one to its maximum charges. When smelting multiples of an ore at the Edgeville furnace while wearing Varrock armour, two charges from the ring will be used.

📹 REMNANT: FROM THE ASHES – Leto’s Amulet Location (Sunken Passage Dungeon)
Leto’s Amulet is an Amulet in Remnant: From the Ashes that reduces the weight of your armor by 40% and drops your stamina …
Someone should get in contact with the devs regarding this item as it doesn’t correctly calculate the 40% reduction. As an example: wearing no armour at all gives a weight of 0 right regardless of the amulet being worn or not. So for the purposes of elucidating why this doesn’t work correctly with armour I’ll use the Void set as an example since its the heaviest set we have access to at present. As a single piece the Void chestpiece has a weight of 35. 40% of 35 is actually 14 but with the amulet equipped it only reduces encumbrance to 21. Further more to this with the math of the whole set taken into consideration the final result should be a weight/encumberance of 28 The Math for this can be show as follows Helmet base weight : 14 Chest base weight : 35 Legs base weight : 21 So (14 / 10 x 4 = 5.6 ) + (35 / 10 x 4 = 14) + (21 / 10 x 4 = 8.4) 5.6+14+8.4 = 28 You can even do this the short way of the total armour value = 70 /10 x4 still equalling 28!
