How long is a concert normally?

Music concerts can vary in length, from 20-30 minutes for a short set to a couple of hours for a well-known group or an entire evening or day if multiple artists are performing. To determine the expected duration, consider the following guidelines:

Shorter concerts can be as short as 20 minutes for lesser-known artists or groups, or as long as an hour for better-known but not yet legend status artists. The length of the concert depends on the amount of music and the artist’s popularity.

Shorter sets are often combined, with a well-known artist playing for an hour and a lesser-known artist opening for them. The entire concert could last two or three hours, depending on the number of groups, the duration of each play, and the duration of breaks. This helps to ensure that the concert is well-received and enjoyable for the audience.

How long does magic hour last?

The golden hour, also known as the blue hour, is a natural phenomenon that occurs at dawn and lasts around one hour. It is preceded by the bluish-grey light window just before the sun cracks the horizon. In autumn and winter, it can be as little as half an hour, but most of the year it lasts around 52-58 minutes. The golden hour begins when the sun is 4 degrees below the horizon and ends when it is 6 degrees above it in the morning.

It is less well-defined than the well-lit “civil twilight” and its impact and desirability are subjective. In the evening, the golden and blue hours occur in the west, falling between -6 to 6 degrees on either side of the horizon.

Distant Worlds: Music From Final Fantasy is a concert tour featuring music from the Final Fantasy series, launched in Stockholm, Sweden, on December 4, 2007. Created by Arnie Roth and Nobuo Uematsu, the two-hour-long concerts feature music from every game of the series. The tour features giant video screens with video and art stills to accompany the music. Additional songs were added to the setlist in 2009, including “Ronfaure” from Final Fantasy XI, “Man With A Machine Gun” from Final Fantasy VIII, “Main Theme of FFVII”, “Dancing Mad” from Final Fantasy VI, and “J-E-N-O-V-A” from Final Fantasy VII.

After the Distant Worlds II concert in Stockholm, additional pieces were added to the setlist, and different songs from that rotation were chosen for each performance. “Kiss Me Goodbye” from Final Fantasy XII was played at the June 18, 2010 Detroit show, though it was not officially added to the general setlist. It was played again at the April 1, 2011 concert in New York City, which featured an expanded setlist over two concerts. Square Enix announced that the concert series was expected to run for at least three more years.

The album, released on December 4, 2007, features the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and the choir Allmänna Sången and contains most songs performed at the first concert. It received mixed reviews from critics, with Patrick Gann of RPGFan praising the recording quality, the performance, and the classic Final Fantasy feel, while Andre of Square Enix Music Online praised the quality and overall energy of the album.

  • Kiana, I’m so happy I was on time to see your set in Chicago. I was front row and I have a great article of you singing directly to my section and your vocals were phenomenal, period! I would have never guessed you were having audio issues. Your KIKI album got me thru the pandemic. Many blessings to you on your career. ❤

  • Man I’m still somewhat mad and salty I missed you the other day 😭 I still have yet to see you live and was supposed to be a week late birthday gift for myself getting to see you as part of the tour. Which is why I was really looking forward to it, but was running late getting to the arena/show. So I only ended up getting to see Jhené and Tink. So I missed you and UMI, who I also wanted to see. Though I was fortunate to run into UMI right near the merch booth in the hallways of the UC, like right before they were closing.

  • Baby you will get there. I was going through her discography and she has hit after hit. I didn’t even realize how many songs that I love of hers and as a 90’s kid that would read the insert lyrics word for word and very much picky about song lyrics and structure this is saying something. I can’t wait for your own tour!🎉🥰
