Mani and Mari, the newest official Osu! mascots, were created after winning the Most Manic Art Contest a year ago. They are twins who can’t quite stand each other but are more similar than they would care to admit. To change the Osu! Mania skin to arrows instead of bars, users can use comboburst-mania.png or comboburst-mania-.png (replace with a consecutive number).
Osu! Mania is a rhythm game based on the gameplay of various games. Users can customize their main menu with an image of their choice, but a supporter account is required. To toggle the mania keys floating above and notes levitate up from below, users can go to their Osu! settings, find the Osu!mania layout under the input section, choose the keys they want to flip at above, and check on.
To change the color of approach circles/button colors, users can find the perfect picture of their waifu or husbando, download an image editing program, and find their image to edit. The new mania mascot, Maria, can be disabled by searching combobursts in Options and disabling that.
Autoplay used mascots for each game mode as the avatar, such as Pippi for Std, Mocha for Taiko, Yuzu for CTB, Mani and Mona for Mani. To change the note skin in Osu Mania, users can go into the editor, click Song Setup on the top bar, click the advanced tab, and go down to Mode Specific and change Allowed Modes to Osu!Mania.
In summary, Mani and Mari are the newest official Osu! mascots, designed by xiemon after being scouted from the Most Manic Art Contest. Users can customize their skins, mascots, and modes to suit their preferences and skill level.
came from fnf so i started at around 3 stars, didnt play for like 5 months after the first time cause i thought it was too hard. I got back into it and started to actually play the game and improve. Now 7 months into seriously playing i can do 6 stars and got to rank 8000. (Everyone has a different improvement speed, dont feel discouraged if you dont improve as fast just have fun with the game)
