Last night I was saying to myself I would like to have more respect and feel valued. I had the YouTube app open but was playing Hanuman mantras . my phone slipped on the couch and this article started playing randomly. Never ran across you before . Divine intervention. My little issue is closing my aura. Anytime I go out. Or often people are uncomfortable around me. They can feel my energy. Example. At the gym. I have to mentally prepare for stares and I imagine my aura closing in. Or wearing an invisible black hoodie. Which sort of helps but not really. Thanks for this article. Whenever I meditate I’ll use this to spread good vibes.
Divine timing. Charisma and staying true to myself is a current theme I am exploring and this popped up. I loved when you spoke of the trees and it made me think of doing this practice at the ocean. I will practice this at the ocean and connect with the power of the waves… my aura will be enormous… like a rubber band pulled deep into darkness I am ready to let go and launch 🚀 so far into the light and shine my bright light ❤ thank you and namaste.
When you suggested those who question/may not believe….to leave. You took away the process of real growth and sharing. I felt you were no longer the great teacher, you claim to be. Great teachers never tell those who fall behind ….to drop off. We ourselves decide when to walk away. We give up on ourselves. Those that are great teachers work hard to fan the coals of a soul. That for me, is great wisdom and a great teacher.
Namaste, I am Premananda, a romanian disciple of a Kundalini Master, Sri Vasudeva from Trinidad-Tobago. He taught me Love. I appreciate very much your teachings also, I started to practice and I feel wonderful. I am interested in your course also and I will make a donation of 50 USD. How can I contact you? All my respect and gratitude. God Bless you!
If you want to be valued, you have to learn to value the people around you. In other words: if you are surrounded by unkind people, you are unkind too. Because you are always surrounded by people, who behave the way you do. Blaming and shaming them will not make you grate. Mantra: I accept and respect everybody the way he is and my words and thoughts are kind.

I liked the article. Fairly logical. But 1.I don’t believe that the speaker is a disciple of Mahavatar Babaji 2. Mahavatar Babaji is a fiction or imagination. I don’t intend to hurt or dispute his claims. But these days even many fake gurus claim about Mahavatar Babaji. ALL of these so called Gurus( fake) are multi millionaires. Readers please decide
Namaskaram Guruji, Thank you for all your efforts. I know it takes a lot to keep up with the Sadhana. I’m not able to complete a mandala. I sincerely do my Sadhana for few days, enjoy the difference, give it up like a deflated balloon, then struggle to get back. I do get back and again back to square one. Please let me know how to keep it up for ever. Too many distractions.
