How To Obtain Classic Mage Teleport Spells?

Portal spells in World of Warcraft can be learned at level 24, except for those to Oribos and Valdrakken, which can be learned at levels 58 and 68, respectively. Portal trainers are unique to Mages and teach the spells needed to learn Teleports and Portals. Teleports transport only the mage and are available at levels 20 and 30, while portals transport both the mage and every member of the mage’s party.

For example, if a player is Human, they will learn from the Trainer in Stormwind. If they try to go to Ironforge, they will learn from the Trainer in Stormwind.
