How To Raise The Level Cap In Skyrim For Illusion Spells?

Casting Muffle while walking around the land can boost your Illusion skill and overall experience. While there is a one on the Nexus that raises the level cap for Master spells, the goal is to improve all of your Illusion spells, making them affect higher levels. Illusion spells will remain viable against all enemies except dragons and a few specific boss cases even at high levels if all perks are taken. Some spells may need to be dual cast. The best way to level up illusion is to purchase the spell Muffle and continuously cast it. Perks increase the level cap, and dual casting increases the level cap on top of perks. To reset your Illusion skill, go to Dragonreach in Whiterun, buy the Muffle Spell from the mage, and buy the first two perks under Illusion that halve the magic cost for Illusion. The Deadly Dragons Armory mod has an item you can disenchant that actually increases the potency of illusion spells. Casting Illusion spells consumes Magicka, and the effectiveness of Illusion spells depends on the caster’s abilities.
