Next time try 450 degrees for 35 minutes. Rinse and repeat. I find that works best. JK, but seriously I’ve dried some types of food in the oven at super low heat like turning bread in to croutons at super low heat like 175 or as low as it goes for a long time. You could always try a test with one you don’t care about and see what happens. That said, I find it reassuring if I screw up something creative to remember if you have to redo something the second time is always faster after all you learned the first time
