To find the Astronomy Table in Hogwarts Legacy, follow the stone walkway and pass a dragon hedge. Walk through the stone structure and follow the path to the table. Zoom all the way out to solve the puzzle and align all the stars. To find the Astronomy Table at the castle, fast-travel to Bell Tower Courtyard in The Bell Tower Wing. Amit informs you about the Astronomy Tables, which can be used to discover hidden constellations.
To use the Astronomy Table stone slabs, approach them at night and interact. You can wait until nightfall by going to your map screen. To complete an Astronomy Table, align the constellation drawing with the actual star field by zooming and rotating.
To zoom in and out, rotate the constellation left or right. Press square at night after obtaining the telescope. Pass through the stone structure and go straight ahead toward the stairs. Go down the stairs and continue straight, and the astronomy table will be waiting for you. Players will need to use the right and left sticks to alter the size and direction of the constellation to fit with the stars in the night sky.
Once you have located an astronomy table in Hogwarts Legacy, walk up next to them and interact to begin the stargazing puzzle.

I have one that I cant use regardless of how I approach it. It wont say “use”. And yes, it’s in the dead of night. I even changed to day and back to night. So it isn’t that. And I have the telescope. This would be the 3rd one. The first 2 worked fine. It’s located right on the ocean way at the back of the map around the feldcroft and Rackham’s tower area… HELP
yeah, I have mine lined up perfectly and it wont register the constellation. just sits there allowing me to continue moving it… I even got so desperate I thought it needed to be really accurate, so I sat there for 15 minutes and aligned every fucking pixel. I verified the game files on steam, and restarted the game 3 times. Same thing every time. I literally cant complete this quest and advance in the game.
