The Illusion Ritual Spell is an optional quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that requires the Dragonborn to be a Master of Illusionist Magic. To activate this quest, players must raise Illusion to at least 90 points in Conjuration and find Drevis Neloren. Courage can be used to speed train Illusion by finding a guard in town and throwing Courage spells at them.
To begin the quest, players must reach level 90 in Illusion skill (sometimes glitched to require 100 skill). Completing the “Illusion Ritual Spell” quest from Drevis Neloren at the Mages’ College in Winterhold unlocks all Master level Illusion spells. Once they reach 90 in Illusion skill, they can begin the quest from Drevis Neloren at the Mages’ College in Winterhold.
Drevis will give players a special Illusion spell called “Vision of the Tenth Eye”, which they must use to find four Master Illusion spells. To unlock Master Illusion spells, players must complete the “Illusion Ritual Spell” quest upon reaching level 100 Illusion.
For master level spells, players must complete a quest from the appropriate teacher once they get 100 skill. Only Drevis Neloren sells expert and master spells. There are nine quests for free Illusion level-up, including hunting down the Master Vampire for Sybille Stentor, and completing a quest from the appropriate teacher.
In summary, the Illusion Ritual Spell quest is an optional quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that requires the Dragonborn to be a Master of Illusionist Magic.
