Rite Aid, a bankrupt pharmacy chain, has announced in court filings that it will close over 50 additional locations across nine US states. The closures are part of the company’s bankruptcy process, which began on October 14, with stores open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Thanksgiving Day, November 28, and Day After Thanksgiving Friday, November 29, Rite Aid pharmacies have been steadily closing.
Some Rite Aid locations may be open on Thanksgiving Day, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, all Rite Aid stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day to allow for other holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day (December 26), and New Year’s Eve. Hours will vary by location, but most Rite Aid stores will be closed on these holidays.
In-store shopping is available at various locations, including 92 South Street Concord, NH 03301, and 577 Mast Road Manchester, NH 03102. For those with hearing or speech disabilities, calling 711 through National Telecommunications Relay is recommended.
Rite Aid also offers online refills, clinics, pharmacies, and beauty services. Customers can find information on vaccinations and immunizations, search available immunizations by state, and learn more about vaccination services available at Rite.
