Is David Tennant’s son in 80 days?
David Tennant, a Scottish actor known for his roles in Doctor Who and Harry Potter, has been cast in the series “Doctor Who”. Tennant’s role as Phileas Fogg, a Victorian English gentleman who has spent 20 years in a comfortable armchair at the Reform Club, is part of the role’s appeal. He explores a new backstory for Fogg inspired by Jules Verne’s personal history of early lost love. Tennant tells MASTERPIECE that Fogg chose not to go on an adventure once before because he was scared, but now he will try and conquer these things.
In this series, Tennant works alongside his eldest son Ty, who plays a gang leader in the final episode. The father describes the experience as a great experience, as they had been looking forward to working with him.
Ibrahim Koma, a familiar face in France, is also in the series as Jean Passepartout, Fogg’s French valet and a street-smart, rolling stone sort of man. Koma tells MASTERPIECE that the adaptation imagined Passepartout as a Black man, allowing him to deal with his life and trust people. As he goes through that journey, he becomes more able to take that risk.
Kima is a familiar face in France, having been acting for nearly 20 years, starting at age 10. His performance in the film La Cité Rose earned him a nomination for best male actor at The Césars Awards. Koma’s most recent leading roles have been as Strahinja, an aspiring footballer in the film As Far As I Can Walk, and as Promedi in the third installment of OSS 117, a comedic French parody of secret agent films.

Benesch enjoys scenes that rely more on physicality than acting, but this was not the case for the new adaptation of the story.
Jason Watkins, a British actor known for his roles in period dramas like Midsomer Murders, A Very English Scandal, and Call the Midwife, has also been involved in various roles, including a few on MASTERPIECE. He portrayed the out-of-work plasterer Mr. Plornish in 2008’s Little Dorrit alongside Claire Foy and as the ironically-named Joe Bland in a 2009 episode of Hercule Poirot. Watkins has appeared in numerous period dramas, such as Midsomer Murders, 2018’s A Very English Scandal, and Call the Midwife.
Peter Sullivan, a character in the reimagining of Jules Verne’s original, is known for his love for sports and his ability to run on his hands. He describes himself as passionate about sports and has run a world record when he was 14. In this version, Nyle Bellamy, a low-level bully, is a complete character with his own backstory, which has never been done before. The reimagining addresses issues around colonialism, racism, and the position of women in society that the original novel is sadly riddled with—and not in a good way.
The cast of the TV series includes Jason Watkins, who has appeared in numerous period dramas, including The Crown, Midsomer Murders, A Very English Scandal, and Call the Midwife. Peter Sullivan, who played Michael Agoston in 2021’s Baptiste, Season 5 of Poldark, and Hugh Slater in 2015’s Indian Summers, is also a part of the cast.
In summary, Leonie Benesch, Jason Watkins, and Peter Sullivan have all contributed to the adaptation of the story, bringing their unique talents and experiences to the screen. Is Crowley in love with Aziraphale?
In the S2 finale, Crowley and Aziraphale confess their love for each other but pretend they are not a couple. They have said “I love you” in their own language before, but in the S2 finale, they never say it in normal human words. This is because they have euphemisms for it and have made it enough. Crowley found a middle ground between the words and their coded language with one another in S2, which is flying under the radar.
In the scene when Muriel interrupts Crowley and Aziraphale talking in the back room, Aziraphale suddenly looks happy and delighted, as Crowley looks hot, in profile, and taking charge of the situation. He knows that Aziraphale likes them and gets them all the time. Crowley cracks a dark joke for Aziraphale, knowing Muriel won’t get it. Since Muriel is cosplaying as a human Inspector Constable and they are here to verify the miracle Aziraphale has told Heaven and are monitoring them, Crowley quips that Muriel is here to spy on them, as many human police officers like to make a hobby out of spying on “people in love”. This highlights the dangers of using language and euphemisms to express love.

Had I not known that David adopted his first child, I wouldn’t have been fazed by the age gap. It can happen in couples that truly don’t want to stop having kids and prepare accordingly. My parents had 6 in total (lost 2 unfortunately) but my oldest sibling is 17 years older than me too. It isn’t as weird as most will make it. But amazingly my siblings and I were all planned! So yeah having a sibling that is 17 years older can have its disadvantages but it has advantages too.
So according to Wikipedia, having lots of kids is a Doctor thing 😃 With the exception of Matt Smith (no kids), William Hartnell, Peter Capaldi and Jodie Whittaker (one child each), they all have at least two: Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Paul McGann, John Hurt, and Chris Eccleston have two kids each. Peter Davison has three, so does Sylvester McCoy. Colin Baker has four daughters (and had a fifth child who died as a baby 😕) David Tennant has five kids now, and Patrick Troughton had six.
The Doctor is married to the Doctor’s daughter who played as the Doctor’s daughter in The Doctor’s Daughter. The Doctor and the Doctor’s daughter have the Doctor’s fifth child, Birdie. The Doctor already has the Doctor’s third child named similarly with the Doctor’s companion’s grandfather, Wilfred. The Doctor’s children is the Doctor’s grandchildren. And remember that the Doctor, the Doctor and the Doctor’s children/grandchildren are not the timeless children.
Video title: David Tenant and un-named man-accessory having 5 children. I’m so disappointed, seriously. How hard would it have been to humanize her with a name in the title? David & Georgia Tenant expecting fifth child. This was posted only last year, it’s not like we’re still in the victorian age, where the highest honor for a woman was to be wife. She is a person. She is a woman with a name. When she married David, she didn’t become a shadow. I’m in my 60s now and it’s sh!t like this that’s turned me feminist.

My favorite character(s) on good omens are of course Crowley and Aziraphale! As for whose love life intrigues me the most is probably Michael Sheen’s mainly because He’s such a big sweetheart, that I can’t imagine anyone falling out of love with him. But I’m very happy for him and Anna! I’m also very happy for David Tennant as well because he’s been married to Georgia who is such a beautiful and lovely actress for a long time! Probably the longest I’ve seen when it comes to actors. Though it is pretty funny how she’s literally the daughter of Doctor Who!
News to me Michael’s romantic history. Imo hes more attractive now with gray hair and beard than when younger! As Aziraphale every yhought and feeling shiws on his face! As for David Tennant….hes a killer! He disappears into his roles so I dont even feel like I’m perusal him, just the character. Have to watch him every day, its an addiction.
