In the anime, a God Tree seed landed on Earth several millennia ago, believed to nourish the land and help it thrive. Chakra (チャクラ, Chakura) is a supernatural substance native to lifeforms on some planets and is the component to create Chakra Fruit. The Ōtsutsuki Clan travels from planet to planet to absorb all the chakra on them to create the Chakra Fruit.
The process takes millennia, and after every thousand years, the God Tree produces a Chakra Fruit, an all-powerful fruit that can grant unfathomable power. Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, the original ten tails Jinchuriki, became the Ten-Tails Jūbi, the Tailed Beast incarnation of the God Tree, previously cultivated by Isshiki Ōtsutsuki and Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. The tree will bear a Chakra fruit, whose power depends on the sacrifice. A healthy and strong sacrifice will help create a more powerful Chakra Fruit.
It is highly probable that Kaguya ate the chakra fruit from the Divine tree planted by the Ohtsutsuki pair who had visited Earth before her. The Ten Tails transforms into a Divine Tree and plants its roots in the ground after consuming a living Otsutsuki. The Otsutsuki clan’s quest for chakra fruits implies the existence of civilizations or planets outside of Earth within the Naruto universe. To remove the unquantifiable Chakra Fruit component from the 9 Bijū’s/Kaguya-Jūbi’s power, Kaguya can revive inside the vessel and continue managing the God Tree until it absorbs all the planet’s energy and produces the Chakra Fruit.

Amado might have been making this move to get the chakra fruit all along because in chapter 55, where you see Code’s karma release smoke like a scientific tool to show Isshiki, you also see Amado later in that chapter muttering something covered by his hands. For all we know, he could be manipulating Code to get the fruit as a back up while giving Kawaki the karma as a first resort.
Amado is a cyborg. I also think he has Otsutsuki dna, Shibais or his own (bc he IS a natural born Otsutsuki lol). Therefore, wanting a chakra fruit makes total sense. He’s training Sumire so he has someone in the village to work on his body. Katasuke is too goofy for this task in Amado’s eyes. He outwit Ishiki, a being eons old w knowledge of entire solar systems worth of the collective knowledge of all those systems. No regular man can do that with our limited life spans. He’s either Otsutsuki or found a way to live multiple lifetimes.
One thing I found VERY interesting is that in episode 288 (or the episode where Amado was planting the seeds of wanting power to Kawaki) ONE specific and interesting line that was said to Sumire is that he has “no intention of harming the Leaf.” I honestly do believe Amado has his own mission in mind but in order for that to come to fruition, he HAS to withhold info constantly, almost letting each little thing play its part out as he pulls the strings. I still don’t trust Amado, even from the start though.

If Amados cyborg tech is strong enough to implement a shut code that works on Kawaki like it did Delta then what if there is a control code that sends them into a kinda service mode where Amado can speak a word and then have control of Kawaki and he’s functions? What if Amado is waiting for Ishikis power to fully awaken in Kawaki and for the wish fulfilling jutsu to be fully unlocked maybe in the Darhma eye 👁️ once Kawaki unlocks all of the triangles in the wheel he gets access to a wish fulfilling jutsu that fans have been theorising Ishiki had based off a past statement of Jigen saying “everyone’s wish will be fullfilled” or something like that in regards to him getting he’s full power when resurrected but he’s power has been fully resurrected right? Just inside Kawaki and minus ishikis soul. Would be interesting to see but doubt Amados tech would be that strongly implemented into someone who’s not a full cyborg like Delta, Kawaki is only part cyborg right? Maybe the programming can’t run as deeply for him?
I think isshiki’s plan worked… when his soul showed itself to code I think that’s when he knew that it worked ….it may not go exactly to plan but the end results will be the same… isshiki is not dead…. just think about it why…. would isshiki need amado to find him a vessel… hasn’t he been doing this for millennia?…. the same way amado had ulterior motives isshiki had ulterior motives as well…. I think it was making a clone of kawaki… or whatever makes kawaki a viable vessel…. I just find it strange that they found code and kawaki in the same batch… and jigen personally went and got kawaki… he knew kawaki was a viable vessel without amado’s….. he needed something from Amado’s research …just like amado needed something from isshiki… code will not die if he eats the chakra fruit because he has a Karma seal…. a chakra fruit from Earth, you will see isshiki again… in some form or fashion…. I think he’s going to take over kawaki’s body… and boruto is going to have to struggle with wanting to kill him or not… basically the roles will be reversed as they are now
If Amado what’s a gof fruit he needs a ten tails which code has. If he isn’t pulling the strings on code. And tricked him by creating a vision of ishiki telling him to make one. Amado said he makes the best decision for himself at the time. That he programed this in code under the circumstance of ishikis death. To insure someone still makes a Chakra fruit. And the purpose of kawaki would be a sacrifice.
This theory gives also an explanation why the kara organisation actually existed, leaving however the Jigen figure at its borders. Really, what was the point in the existence of Kara, since Jigen could achieve his goal in a much more subtle way? He could just acquire what ever amado needed for his experiments and facilities much easier.
If Amado will be the Biggest threat or Shibai himself ( who knows) 🤔 then Sasuke must get a power that’s even beyond Baryon Mode & Eight Inner Gates together!! Thing is, where is her soup going to come from? Unless she is in some coma somewhere where her soul still resides on planet earth & hasn’t been reincarnated. How would he bring the soul of his daughter back with a karma seal being implanted on a dna clone? Because delta itself has her own soul and being. Let’s say even if it was possible then delta would be living in the corner of that body. But logically it doesn’t make sense with the information we have thus far. Something is not being said, something is missing.
The reviving someone has already been done. I am not for sure if this was in the Maga or in Naruto series. Did the Great Gage Toad create such thing? The Great Sage Toad told Six Paths that it took ether a 1,000 years or sacrifice1,000 toads for one revive tag. Than given it to Six Paths just in case he might have to use it. timeskip is being overhyped at the moment and i can see why as it is close, but theres a good lot of things that need to be shown before we head on to the time skip, such as amados intentions, i’ll assume they’ll give a few hints and some new technology will be shown off, and probably another arc for another of the 5 villages, hidden cloud this time as it got none while the rest have been shown once or twice at least, and then rest will be related ongoing stuff with kawaki, this will probs be after the code arc, and the current stuff Then it’ll go into timeskip,.
But why is nobody talking about Amado lying? He claims that all he wants is Kawaki to put a Karma on his daughter’s clone so that she can be resurrected. But it has no sense because if this would work it would mean that Isshiki can resurrect through Kawaki because he has the Karma. A soul is extinguished when there are no vessels left and his daughter died a long time ago. How can her soul come back? That is why Momoshiki told Boruto that he is not to be trusted. He has a plan playing with Otsotsuki genetics and he lies about the true purpose which even left Momoshiki concerned. Why do u think Momoshiki cares and tells Boruto about it if not because he knows hos smart and full of surprises this Amado is and he doesn’t want his clan to be played with.

I still think Amado is Jiraiya. Here’s why. Gamamaru! The road sage is where you see oldest rhinn rebirth. Remember during pain arc, Gamamaru brought Gamabunta back to mount m. I think Gamamaru brought Jiraiya up there to and performed the rhinn rebirth on him. There are times when you see Amado standing and it looks just like Jiraiya’s stance. I think its possible that he had to modify his body, voice and eyes. Going back to Amado told Sumerie “I have no intention of harming the leaf.” I think he is sincere in that.
The fact that Shibai quote on quote ‘died’ on Earth could be a reason why the clan is so invested in it, they gain the genetic data of whoever/whatever died on the planet, which means that they could find the route to God-hood through Shibai’s genetic mass (akin to how Amado used his DNA to make Eida and Daemon), their goal after all is to become a God, their best method would be to eat the Divine fruit from a planet where an entity that transcended into a God would of ‘died’ to gain the advantage that they want.
@NarutoExplained Theory: The divine tree where hidari teleports in that chapter is sasuke’s tree, every time hidari’s recovers form that tree it’s Sasuke chakra. I believe that hidari himself not know who and why that tree there is, he just teleported at instinct, that was the only thing he knew. “Recover myself and go back on the battlefield”. My point is I think every time a shinju recovers they take the chakra form the one who turned into a tree, eventually they will die if the shinju use all the chakra form the owner.
I think that jura is overseeing the real reason he has a conscience: The claw mark from code. Didnt boruto say that code was the solution to the shinju? What if Code and Boruto cooperated? Boruto can use flying raijin to go through codes claw marks and code can use them to get to the shinju..so what if boruto marks code and when code travels boruto can spam a big ball rasengan each time he teleports
With the big gap between Boruto and Kawaki I wonder if the thorn souls can be absorb/ consumed by either one of them. Kawaki has to get some kind of power up and it more than likely will be quick and easy . Boruto wouldn’t absorb a thorn soul because he wants to save people . Kawaki on the other hand would see it as a means to become more powerful.

@NarutoExplained Unpopular opinion : Eida and Daemons father is Jigen(if you look good jigen and eida look similar in some way) let me explain why. I dunno which chapter it(287-290 in the anime )was but eida and code had a conversation, CODE ASK eida why jigen was not under her charm. she said “Jigen is an exception, there are two things that kinds of heart that I cant’t steal .. Blood relatives and Ōtsutsuki”, But jigen was never an Ōtsutsuki, furthermore he was not the “perfect vessel” which means that he was never a Ōtsutsuki. now we go deeper.. Eida and daemon was sealed away because Amado and isshiki who at that time was in jigen feared Deamons and eida power, because there power surpassed jigen (the imperfecte vessels) as we know Amado said at once “there are power that likely surpassed jigens”, Amado modified her body and daemon’s and that is why she said that “amado robberd me of love” I’m fully convinced that eida has trauma of this 2 men (Amado and isshiki), she saw her father die when isshiki slowly takes over jigen brain. Eida likes kawaki but she doesn’t know kawaki for so long at the end of part 1. if you was sharp in that chapter you see that with her senrigan, looks at the past scene of isshiki (Naruto bayron vs isshiki arc) and that her heart was flutterd when he was defeated, that was where she fell in love with kawaki because kawaki is an Ōtsutsuki and he was the hero in her eyes, because he defeated the man who she hated the most AKA her “father” “jigen”. The only thing we know about jigen is that he was a monk, before isshiki plant a karma on him.
A few things regarding that last chapter… chapter 12. Jura knew he missed Borutos vitals…. Jura already recognized boruto as a threat…. With that being said Jura did not finish off boruto despite being aware he missed the vitals….. Jura must have another task that takes priority over Boruto…. Jura came for The 9 tails chakra but now it seems his focus has shifted with this thorn soul bulb…. I wonder what Jura intends to do next. In that final moment Jura could have taken Himawari, but he chose to flee with the thorn soul bulb.

I been having this theory that Momoshiki might be in the back of Boruto’s mind. I honestly think Momoshiki manifested to Shibai. Or Shibai is secretly Amado that used his husk to give humans more power to fuel the chakra fruit to be more powerful so he could eat the strongest chakra fruit. And maybe the osutsuki we’re mere pawns for power so he can eat them and gain their power. These are my thoughts not fact please don’t crucify me 😂😂😂
Hey great article! Note aside have you ever thought about the fact the second most important character in Borutos is Amado’s daughter, she’s the reason why everything that’s happening in Boruto. She’s the reason why jigen found Amado, Kara was created, kawaki has karma, Amado betrayed Jigen, powerful cyborgs were created, second karma was implanted in kawaki with her DNA, can you talk about it. I have a theory about what you say that Omnipotence. During on of Shibai times he used the Omnipotence. He may have used it to make conflict between humans and tailed beasts. I think Tailed Beasts and humans were once in harmony. Then on Shibai last day before he became a god, cast the Omnipotence to have everyone forget who he is.
If you look at it this way it’s like a bunch of family memebers gone mad fighting over who gets what’s yeah the village might be fighting the clan (ishiki, kaguya, and the rest of them) there fighting themselves for the fruit but I believe toneri could see the future and understand what they were doing and Boruto can stop it

Sarada’s future EMS and Mitski’s Sage Mode has to get a “super saiyan 2” power / level up bc as of right now even if both of them had those powers mastered and maxed out they could not stop Jigen, and were only in volume 1 maybe 2 so unless this happens there’s no way they’ll be able to “fight beside” Boruto
I’ve been thinking that Shibai is THE Otsutsuki God, meaning that the Otsutsuki that can achieve that rank will actually become the earthly vessel for Shibai. As in Shibai absorbs the Otsutsuki and its powers to grow even stronger for when he manifests in a physical form again. I just hope the Shinju don’t end up being the final villain. I’d like to see Shibai and/or his partner be the final villain. Or if I’m wrong about Shibai being THE Otsutsuki God, then I’d like to see another group of Otsutsuki (maybe led by Shibai’s partner if they’re still alive) come to be the final set of villains, leading up to Shibai’s revival.
I think our ninja world is the home of the ten-tails species. I think Shibai had this knowledge and thus earth turned into the perfect breeding grounds. Furthermore this make sense how he got his hands on so many chakra fruits. There is a reason he would leave his husk on the tentails home world. Shibai is like the god of creation and the powers that maybe manifested what we see today with the evolved shinju. The thorn soul bud is a defense mechanism of a divine tree the sum of equal parts creation and destruction which is symbolized as a power of the rinnegan. Idk if I made any sense just a fun fan theory.😅
Hey, I just thought of this theory so it is not fleshed out. I was thinking maybe somehow in a situation where boruto, kawaki and co all team up to defeat the shinju, afterwards kawaki betrays them by consuming jura’s thorn soul (like sasuke controlling the tailed beasts after defeating madara) and depending on how jura/the thorn soul would scale this forces boruto to consume hidari’s thorn soul for a power up.
To be honest my Theory about it is because since so many Powerful Shinobi and Otsutsuki have walked at Earth Isshiki Momoshiki Kaguya Madara just to name a Few that must mean whoever Consumes a Chakra Fruit from Earth would gain an Enormously Massive Amount of Power and Chakra in simple Terms a Chakra Fruit Much More Potent and Powerful than any other Planet.
To be honest my Theory about it is because since Shibai’s Body was found here and so are it’s Cells maybe the Otsutsuki are so Obsessed with getting Earth’s Chakra Fruit is because they’ll skip all the other Chakra Fruit Trips on other Planets and just Completely Evolve into a God like Shibai because it’s probably logically possible for an Otsutsuki to become a God like Shibai if the Chakra Fruit on Earth would contain Shibai Level DNA and Chakra.
