  • I’ve worn make up for something like 45 years, and this is the only thing I’ve ever put on my face where every single person I meet says: wow you look fantastic! Never fails. (I tap Dusty Rose (fair-medium aging skin) on cheeks, nose, chin and forehead). Please offer individual sample sizes, Jones Road!

  • I love jones road products. I live in the desert and it keeps my skin well moisturized. I also was in a rainy climate in the fall and winter and the best thing about this makeup is it didn’t wash off in the rain. Very versatile. It’s great for dry or older skin. I just wish they sold sample pots. I’d like to try all the colors, but 40 or more per pot is not in my budget.

  • One day, I decided that makeup as I have always known it no longer looks good on me. I would love to switch over to these products, but, I need full tutorials on how (when and where!) to properly apply them. I hope you guys see this, and Bobbi’s whole line looks amazing! I wore Bobbi Brown almost exclusively in the ’90s and 00’s. Please teach us “80’s ladies” how to relearn how to apply color, thanks!

  • Miracle bomb will not disappoint! Do you want to look younger with a beautifully natural dewy looking face? This is truly a miracle balm. It instantly transforms your skin into a younger appearance that’s feels as good as it looks!! You have got to try them!! I have 3 and about to order a fourth color. It’s an amazing product! ❤

  • I wasn’t sure about the Miracle Balm at first. The first color I got, Dusty Rose, ended up being too pale for my skin to show up as a cheek color. However, I started using it all over as a sort of primer and learned that it can make even my “dryest” foundation formulas usable again. I now have it in Au Naturel, Dusty Rose, Bronze, and Golden Hour. There truly is something magical about this formula. It smooths out my parched skin, fills in my pores and makes medium to full coverage foundations sit beautifully without settling or caking. I don’t think it’s an illusion, but I actually think my skin is healthier when I use Miracle Balm daily. Thank you, Bobbi. I’m curious about the JR skin care now! Shower has become my new signature scent! #Thriving50s

  • Excellent article! I am very new to this line of makeup. I have ordered everything I think I need. However, a step-by-step article would be helpful showing in what order to use the products from beginning to end. I am 64 years young with dry skin. I did not purchase the finishing powder. I have grey hair and green eyes. Thank you Bonnie xx P.S. if anyone would be willing to share their step-by-step procedure, I would really appreciate it. With thanks, Jennifer from 🇨🇦

  • I love this product. In my 50s I had stopped wearing makeup entirely. Now in my 60s, I tried Miracle Balm and it completely changed my mind. It makes me look like I got a good night’s sleep and helps hydrate my skin without using a lot of product. Also, it’s uncomplicated and pulls double duty as skincare and a beauty enhancer.

  • I love Miracle Balm, I have Bronze and Happy Hour, I will wear both or one even when Im not leaving the house, it feels so good and moisturizing. Thanks to Jones Road, when I do need to go into the office or run errands, its not a time sucking ordeal to rub some WTF on, a little more under my eyes for the darkness-I only use the face/eye pencils for nighttime looks-, miracle balm, eye liner, mascara, a tap of sparkle wash, a little brow pencil, and lip/cheek stain on my lips, and Im out the door in 10-15mins. I use my fingers, and since you need so little, Jones Road is more cost effective than other lines you have to spackle on. Finally a makeup line for women over 50 that just want to look like their face is having a good day, not pile on the product to try and look 25 again.

  • Took me AGES to figure out how to use Miracle Balm! I am 69. Have dry skin. And some lines. I’ve used foundation my whole life until I hit mid 60s. Then it no longer worked. It made me look wore than my own skin. Bobbi says, if you’re over 50, you don’t want to use foundation. Foundation used to make me look better. Now it makes me look worse. Bobbi says, when you’re older, you just want to look BETTER. So, that’s the goal, to look better — and if foundation doesn’t do that, you have to figure out what does make you look better. What I had to figure out first was that my skin was hugely dehydrated. Using Miracle Balm for the first time on my dehydrated skin was a 100% disaster. I used dusty rose all over and it looked terrible. It would dry down within 4 hours and look stale. After figuring out my skin was dehydrated, I still kept trying tinted moisturizers and foundations and none of that worked. So, I tried Miracle Balm, again, and it’s fantastic. I apply it in the center of my face and going out a bit and on my chin a little and on my forehead a little. Then I apply blush. And it looks great! When I want more of a cover up, I use WTF or Fenty Stick just on parts of my face that need a little cover — not the whole face. Also, I use concealer on spots and under my eyes — very carefully and sparingly. And that ends up being a totally fantastic look. I’ve no idea why Bobbi just does not do an ENTIRE article on how to get this look. It would have saved all of us grief in figuring it all out and the company a lot of money for all products returned.

  • I just started using these products recently and I am really liking them. Think I can get more dynamic on the application/color choices – branch out a bit from what I bought originally. These articles were really helpful for enhanced application. This product is so unique from most makeup/skincare products out there and the application is a bit different as a result. I can’t remember if the instruction articles were linked via a QR code in the packaging but that would be great to include also if it’s not in there already.

  • I love this article and yes hope she does more! It was a little frustrating at first, but the parts I got right, I loved, so I kept learning and working with it. Now I don’t leave home without it. Whether it’s all 3, WTF Foundation in beige, MB in Dusty Rose as a highlighter and glow lift, and the blush in Flushed. I can use 1, 2, or all 3 depending on why I’m leaving the house lol. It’s innovative and different, but it’s also unique and beautiful and something for my mid 60s skin that nothing else does! And I feel beautiful wearing it!

  • I love that you introduced some mini sizes (not sure if these are permanent or limited edition). I wanted to try these products for so long but I wasn’t ready to commit to a full size as this product is outside my comfort zone. I am only in my early 30s but I have sjogrens and so there are times when my skin gets insanely, frustratingly dry. It makes me feel like I’ve aged 20 years over night. And my regular makeup go tos just will not work, and even make me look worse. I am still experimenting with the minis I got, but I love the finish, it’s like the life returned to my skin. Truly the only thing that is making me feel pretty during flare ups right now.

  • I ordered one miracle balm and it was swimming in a large box. I feel that if you’re going to charge shipping, make boxes more suitable for each order and in turn we won’t have to pay so much. I also would have loved a few samples to try other colors. I do love this product – just would’ve been nice to have a few perks ie: cheaper/free shipping & samples.

  • I started out using too much. I am 40 yo I apply it with a brush high apples of my check and where my crows feet would be. I apply it on top of my foundation/bronzer/blush. Today a friend told me your make up looks really good. I’ve only had it a week and I’m gonna order another shade. I have golden hour.

  • I love my Jones Road Beauty makeup, it was tricky finding the right shades for me. I used Clinique from 26 until 2020, I turn 69 this year. I’m blessed with my mother’s good skin, but I want to enhance it, JRB products have helped me, some didn’t work out, lip the eyelid shimmer gel bronzer in a tube with a wand, not right for me, I have learned the WTF is very thick, so I only need a few tiny dabs. I love my Miracle Balm, my new eye shadow and brushes.❤

  • This article was super helpful but this remains unclear: to cut down the shine, when should the powder be applied. Here Bobbi says powder first, then miracle balm over the powder, but her team told me I can use powder over miracle balm. Now I’m lost. I wish you showed on the same face: WTF, Miracle Balm (tint), Miracle Balm (as a blush). And last but not least: Miracle Balm as a bronzer VS the gel bronzer please!!!

  • I do enjoy these products. I wish you would tell us the shades you are choosing for the models. You are holding up 2 shades to the models, but not telling us which you choose and why. I also wish you would list the colors on pictures on your website. sometimes I’m looking at a model on the website, the models are made up so buetifully, cheeks lips eyes, but I don’t know which products and colors in the looks I like.

  • How does Jones Road Miracle Balm work on oily / combination skin? Scratch that, you just answered my question. Apply the (non drying) Jones Road powder first and avoid applying Miracle Balm to the forehead, nose and chin. Be sparing with application until you figure out the appropriate quantity for your skin. Thanks Bobbi. Would you say the Miracle Balm formula is like a hybrid between NARS The Multiple and Stila Convertible Colour in terms of formula and texture?

  • I have been a Bobbi Brown fan for years.I was skeptical of Miracle Balm, but I trusted Bobbi since I have enjoyed most of her products. That was a mistake on my part. Miracle Balm seems to be very light tinted grease. I have tried a couple shades and I get the same poor results. I really feel like this product is scam. It is no different than the crappy Boom Sticks that were popular a decade ago. This is just my opinion. I hope others are having a better experience with MB than I am.

  • No you didn’t address the comments people are making! On every article people are saying that these are way too big. There needs to be a small size in every shade for testing if we like it and for travel. I would never use one of those huge things up in a year. It’s going to go rancid. You’re attracting non-makeup types with this product. We don’t put huge tubs of products on our faces. Also, are you not aware of the economy? We can’t spend that much either.

  • So bad I threw it out. First it smells horrible. Why do you need a fragrance? Then, I live in very HUMID Florida. Miracle Balm is a sticky, gooey hair attracting mess. The WTF is another joke of a product. Out it went. I have very good skin but this product enhances nothing. It’s like the Emperor’s New Clothes. It is another non setting, gooey, sticky product. I never recommend these products. These products were so disappointing I will never try anything else from your brand.

  • Im a guy who’s never worn makeup in my life. I’m totally for wearing things that make you feel comfortable and confident. But am I the only person who feels like all this looks like is sparkling lotion? I can’t see any color change on the skin. Maybe if she used more than a sand grain of product on her finger, or maybe it just doesn’t translate thru the camera? These women are beautiful to begin with so of course they look fabulous with a little glitter on their cheeks. I could be wrong but it seems like super expensive moisturizer. I’m not into women having to wear makeup all the time either, but I’m sure you could find cheaper stuff.
