ChosenArchitect, just a heads up, unless they have fixed it there are some issues with this modpack. ProjectE is sorta messed up and from time to time, odd bugs occur. I couldn’t continue because portals quit working and the wither wouldn’t spawn for me, after I had already fought it a few times. It’s sorta tied with progression so I couldn’t keep going. Otherwise the pack was a lot of fun!
when i got confused how to finish mechanical mastery i decided to find a new modpack, this came into mind and i started playing it, man was it fun and easy kind of, though unlike modpacks that have project e, this one i do not suggest using the watch of flowing time as while i was gathering inferium for the creative vending upgrade, it lagged so much that i could barely play, and i had about 10-15 watch of flowing time placed down, oh yeah, project e and draconic evolution is here so its kind of similar to project architect
Interesting to see you play this pack since I started playing it a few days ago too. Only think I did was add Integrated Dynamics because it felt more in line with mystical stuff then refined storage. Only thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to autocraft with ID when an exporter needs an item that is not available in the system.
Be aware; in the newest version of the pack. ProjectE is bugged. The pack creators and moderators say that the issue is with ProjectE. The issue is that it doesn’t save your learned items through leaving and rejoining a single player world. Also, if you ever have issues with the EMC values disappearing in tooltips and by extension EMC values entirely, with cheats enabled, run “/reload” and it should fix it. Also, the weirding gadget chunk loader is being removed in the next update, so I’d suggest not using it for chunk loading. Instead use FTBChunks.
To me at any rate the conversion of seeds should really be a magic thing not a machine thing it makes slightly more sense to me at any rate to have seed transfiguration as a starter spell in a magic mod than a machine. But thats my opinion im not a mod pack maker nor a mod maker..yet so i wouldn’t hold too much ground other than user feedback
I’m playing through this pack now and it’s a great pack. I do want to ask that you don’t just rush through it like I did, because it take away a lot of the enjoyment out of the mods I haven’t touched in a while, like twilight forest and draconic evolution. I grinded early for supremium armor, then raced toward projecte, which made most of the pack way too easy.
Hmm… Mystical Agriculture isn’t my favorite but it’s not the worst mod either. I think it’s just all the running around at first that annoys me about it, lol. I get vertigo easily. 😅 Hopefully that part is mostly done or you can go into a different view mode or something if you have to do the running around bit again. 😒
Minecraft in-game music is not supposed to be claimed by the YouTube system. There was an issue with Lena Raine’s tracks being claimed (Pigstep being the big problem) but that was sorted a while ago. It happened because, in Lena’s own words (paraphrased), some other people sampled Pigstep and then claimed the whole track as THEIR own music! Content ID should now no longer flag it. I’ve been playing through on my own and there’s tons of cool things I’ve found that you might enjoy in your play through. First of all, apotheosis spawners are great. You can upgrade them to be super efficient and you can change the spawner with a spawn egg. I made a blaze spawner above a smeltery for the blazing blood. With the ultimate crafting tables, you can shift everything into the table and then shift click the recipe for it to do the sorting for you. Refined storage has GREAT support for the ultimate autocrafting table. Just shift clicking the recipe into the pattern grid will do it for you and then just put the recipe into an crafter pointed at a chest above the table. This is a MUST for autocrafting the later power flowers. Also, you GOTTA make a allthemodium tinkers weapon just for LOLs of having the heavy X modifier. The golden hoppers are amazing. For easily collecting fluid from the tinkers smeltery, just get a mekanism dropper and right click it on the smeltery drain. I only use droppers for adding/changing fluids in the creative tanks cuz they always work. I ran into problems with losing the liquid sometimes and droppers haven’t failed me yet. Something I should have done from the beginning is place external storages on the EMC links and ProjectE has a tool for upgrading the links in place as long as you have enough EMC (Matter Upgrader). That’s all the cool little things I can think of right now. Hope you enjoy some of it 🙂
Hello ChosenArchitect, Quick tip & trick for you. I’m pretty sure that with the ultimate crafting table is smart. Meaning when you open the ultimate crafting table and click on a receipe in JEI, the table will detect what already in it and re-arrange items if needed. What this means is that you can put every item of a receipe in the order you want (instead of finding what goes where), and when it’s time to craft, you only need to find the receipe in JEI and click the ‘+’ button for the table to re-arrange everything and validate the craft 😉 cheers
