The “develop a wish chakra” subliminal message video explores the concept of creating new chakras to promote harmony and balance in one’s mind, body, and spirit. Each of the seven chakras is governed by spiritual laws and principles of consciousness that can be used to cultivate greater harmony, happiness, and wellbeing. To help unblock and activate these spiritual chakras, a guide has been created to help individuals understand their meanings and harness their power to balance their mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
The guide emphasizes the importance of practicing Reiki or Kundalini Yoga, which can help individuals advance quickly with their practice. The guiding practices include meditation, setting daily intentions, asking big questions, and stepping into stillness. There is no such thing as a “wish” chakra, and a chakra cannot be removed. Instead, it can be cleansed and worked with.
Meditation can help cultivate feelings of spiritual connectedness, gratitude, and joy. The special edition wish-fulfilling chakra is ideal for protection on the go, handmade and consecrated by monks. Opening the heart chakra can be done through meditation, hugging, and exercises. The Chakra Birthing Wisdom online birth preparation course is a self-paced journey through the chakras and their relationship with pregnancy and birth.
The fulfillment of our wishes is directly related to the quantity and quality of energy, the level of chakra functioning, the state of the physical body, and the wish-fulfilling tree in the center of the heart chakra. Yoga is a popular practice for this purpose, as it helps us shine away at all layers of our being.

How to activate kundalini?
The Kundalini practice focuses on a person’s consciousness, which is primarily determined by the direction of their energy flow in the spine. According to yoga science, cosmic energy enters the body at the base of the brain and descends through the spine and chakras to fulfill physical needs. However, this outward flowing energy can also draw the mind outward, causing the contemplative mind to return to the senses.
